Horrible service, they will not return phone calls or emails once they give you an estimate. They use to have good service years ago but now have gone down hill. Very unprofessional and bad follow up.

John Terry was amazing and all the other employees were very friendly. John was knowledgeable and kept me in the loop every step of the way. He went out of his way to accommodate my schedule and got my car to me when the shop was actually closed. The work itself was done very well and I am happy to have my car back. This has been my best experience at a body shop. Thanks again.

My car was hit while visiting my family in Arlington, Tx. This place was one of the top places to use with my insurance. I had a pretty good experience with Isiah. They got it ready quick, fast, and as expected. The problem I had was the lady Debra that answers the phone. She is not personsonable. When Joey called me and told me my car was ready. I was excited. Let me tell you they will not go out of their way to help you. When I got there to pick up my car. It wouldnt start, so it must be out of gas. Ask me did I have a gas jug? The lady tells my husband That once we get it out the gate yall can do what yall want to do with it. Thank God I didnt hear her say that. When I get outside my husband is pushing my car to the gas station in front of their business. Lord help me..... We finally get the car to the gas pump and put gas in it. It still doesnt start. They have closed by now. I had to call my family with some jumper cables to come and start the car. Thank God we got it started and was on our way... I just dont understand why they were so worried about my rental car??? I refused the rental that I pay for, for your information. Thank you God that I am done with these people. .. Please do yourself a favor and do business with someone else. ...

I cannot express how wonderful this shop was to my family. They helped us save my daughters car from being totaled For us it was our Christmas Blessing. Isaiah was fabulous and so kind. The car looks awesome if you are looking for a great body shop these guys are the real deal.

I would recommend this place to anyone that needs body work donr on the car abd the staff was vary nice. Tony was a big help and he would text me updates about my car and how fast the job would get done .

They always do a perfect job with repairs! Theyre very courteous and contact enterprise for you to pick you up so you can get a rental! Extremely professional!

Tony gave me awful service and was very indirect with what he was telling me i would hear one thing than the next week hear another. They are very unprofessional do not recommend.

Not sure of the experience others had, but mine was great. Too many variables involved with car repair, insurances and type of damage. I had in my view significant cosmetic damage to the front left side of my car. Isaiah had sound advice on repair vs replace. They repaired the damage and i could not tell, even up close inches from the fender or bumper. Clean work with updates by Isaiah. A specific part needed time to get their or the work would not look right. I would use them again.

Receptionist is rude and acted like I know exactly what Im doing between isurance estimates and repairs. She couldve been more helpful and nice instead of rude and acting like Im supposed to be a repair estimate pro. She was talking to customers on the phone rude as well so its not just me.

Customer service leaves a lot to be desired. Our rep Tony has an attitude and tends to take the lazy way of handling things. I asked for something in writing and his response was “do you want me to just keep the car”. I was appalled. They also broke a blinker during repair on our 2018 car that has less than 2000 miles and Tony tried to get out of repairing it by saying it “wasn’t their fault and sometimes blinkers just break”. After I explained to him that I could get a ticket for this on the way home he admitted he knew it was broken and he “should have said something”. I’d take your car to the Service King off 360 as I had an amazing experience with them on another car. I’ll amend this review if the final part gets delivered and installed with a nice attitude. (Thank goodness I got that in writing) Try to do better, Tony. I believe in you.Update: it took over two months to get the plastic piece replaced that they broke during the original repairs. Tony and staff are still unfriendly and were unapologetic for the amount of time I wasted making useless trips to their shop.Save yourself the headache and take your car to Service King.

Unbelievably amazing work..I baby my 17y.o car..paint hardley faded but you know it has...You can NOT see a line from old to new paint job at repair..Would not take my car anywhere else....Oh. People awesome also.

Some people must have unattainable expectations. Vandergriff fixed a fender bender on my 10 year old Silverado. The experience was super for me, the service was exceptional. Mr. Evans and the office staff treated me with every respect. The workmanship of the repair was beyond expectations. That 10 year old Silverado looks almost as good as the day I bought it. Dont let someone tell you different, this is an excellent place to repair your vehicle.

After reading the negative reviews for Vandergriff Collision Center North, I expected to never hear from anyone who worked there, period, maybe not even a voicemail to let me know my car was ready.Isaiah, proved to me that they HAVE to be under new management or something. His service was exceptional. Heck, he was calling me for updates and whatnot that I really didnt need.I guess some people must have unreasonable expectations when it comes to car repair. Yes, delays can happen, and it is usually on the side of parts and shipping, but we all have had to deal with those kinda issues at some point in our normal life, so why would that be different for a business?TL;DR My car looks amazing, Isaiah was exceptional and if, god-forbid, I get in another accident, I will be calling Isaiah up.

I never post negative reviews. I just dont and I really hate to do it but this was such a horrible experience that I have to warn other people not to use this body shop. Its just a bad place from start to finish. I dont know how they stay in business. And there is no one who takes accountability for this nightmare so the customer is left helpless. All I could do was stay focused on getting my vehicle OUT of there.

Tony took excellent care of us, comunicated well, finished earlier than anticipated, and the repairs cost less than estimated. Would highly recommend ro anyone needing paint and body work

Horrible! My car has been there for 11 weeks! Almost 3 months and every week theres a new excuse as to why its not ready. Its only body work..... Ive had 2 cars with more damage repaired in 3 weeks time. There is no excuse for this. Also the only time i get an update is when i call. I feel sure they are just working on it between other jobs, as they have time. I would never, ever trust them with my car again. Who knows what it will be like when i finally get it back...that maybe a whole other review.

Take your vehicle else where! ! ! I took my vehicle there about three months ago & these jerks broke a clip while removing the side of my car. When I went back the next day for them to fix it... these idiots used GLUE instead of replacing the clip!!! The clip would have cost them less than $10! Never ever will I take my vehicle back to this place! ! !

I have taken my truck to them for 3 different reason and each time they took very good care of my truck.

Horrible, just horrible!Extremely, extremley slow getting their estimates complete, but the worst is the office staff. While you are standing right there waiting to be helped they will make a phone call. You wait and wait. If someone working there comes up and needs something they will help them first, and leave you waiting even longer.Top if off, if your vehicle is totaled one of their dealerships will call you trying to sell you another one.NEVER, NEVER, EVER USE THIS PLACE OR ANYTHING WITH THE VANDERGRIFF NAME!!!!

Went for a wheel flare repair and they did a good job on that, looked on top of the wheel flare and seen that they scratched my fender. They seemed to try and hide it. Had to leave it overnight again. Waste of time.

Got into a wreck, and received an estimate for repairs from insurer of at-fault party. Wanted to get a few other estimates to see if I was being low-balled by at-faults insurance. Rep I spoke to at Vandergriff Collision was rude from the start and told me other estimates were useless and I was wasting my time. Poor customer service and I will not be doing business here in the future.

Dont waste your time.Whenever I pointed out what they missed or did wrong Tony acted like he was blind or something.Tony said If you want we can spend all day pointing out imperfections on your vehicle.When I asked for the manager they both teamed up against me in an argument to nowhere.I asked the manager to fix it properly and he said fix what?

Vandergriff lacks follow through, communication, and common business sense. Has the Vandergriff name but certainly not the quality.

If I could give negative stars I would. Took over 6 weeks to get my car back. Sat there for two whole weeks before they even touched it, even after we asked them to call us so we could still use the car while they were waiting for parts. I had to call them every single time, they never called me to keep me updated.

I agree this place lacks customer service and marcus is rude and has an horrible attitude and should never be allowed to work with the customers do not use this shop there are so many other better places that actually care on how they treat their customers 😡
