Do not trust these people. I got an oil change and they forgot to put oil back into my car. My oil change light started going on the fritz as soon as I left and so I turned around to ask them about it and they told me it had to do with my sensor and I’d have to go to the dealership. Behold when I check my dipstick and it comes up completely dry. When I confronted them the next day about this, they tried to say they say there’s oil in the car (oil that I had bought the night before and put in so my engine wouldn’t lock up)and that they have “procedures” for oil changes but I know they forgot to put any oil after draining it. I highly do NOT recommend their services.

RUN!!!STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE.The negative comments are true. I know this all too well because it happened to me. They will charge you upfront for a service yet not complete it. Then they will ask you to come back several times to tell you that they are busy. They even have signs posted to inform you that if the service is Noncompleted you are NOT entitled to a refund. Bad business and rude to another level. Save yourself time, money and a horrible day to come and avoid this place.

The last time I went there a newer guy overfilled my fluids and I had multiple leaks afterward. Maybe he didnt like white people? His attitude toward me was not that great though he pretended to be polite. I quit coming here. Reading the replies to these reviews, the owner is more of an excuse artist than a businessman.

They damaged my drain plug/pan in my vehicle refused to fix it. I asked for their corporate office contact information and was refused. No other place is willing to do my oil change due the liability. Do not recommend going to this place. Oh and instead of fixing the problem the owners solution was to take it to his cousins shop in Carrollton… !

I’ve brought my wife’s car for inspection here for the last two years and I’ve never had any issues. They are quick and get the job done.

The service was fine, and we have used this place often. It bugs me though when places dont keep up with their landscaping. This place would look more attractive and kept up if landscaping was maintained.

I had a Groupon for a state inspection. Service was quick, no-hassle, and waiting room was nicely furnished. It was a pleasant experience.The man who greeted me was a little short, but I think that is his natural disposition, so dont take it personal 🙂.

I went to get an oil change here at the recommendation of a rental car employee. I was skeptical at first due to the reviews I saw online but I decided to give them a try as the employee told me that they were super nice and reasonable. They had my car for maybe 10-20 minutes before they called me out. I was then told that whoever did my oil change previously had stripped the drain plug and that they would probably have to replace the whole oil pan. Ten Minute Oil Change wouldnt even begin to do an oil change. They claimed they didnt even touch the oil pan at all and couldnt believe how unethical the other company was to not have told me they stripped the pan at the time of the incident. The Ten Minute Oil Change mechanic told me that I should take my car back to where I got my last oil change. I get to the other place, and confront them about the stripped oil pan only to find out that it was done by the team at Ten Minute Oil Change. The mechanic at the other company told me that it would not have been possible to see the stripped oil pan without beginning an oil change and that it looked like they used an improper tool and turned the plug the wrong way causing it to become stripped. He then proceeded to replace my oil pan (at no charge) and completed a proper oil change. He even gave me a discount! Ten Minute Oil Change has the nerve to have signs about supporting local businesses all over the waiting area when they have no respect for their customers and clearly lack integrity. Do yourself a favor and find a reputable place to get your next oil change.

Update 12/29/2018...Against my advice, my wife took her car again to this place to get the oil changed 3 months ago and I brought the car to Jiffy Lube just the past few days ago. Prior to her having oil changed at the 10 minute oil I had it done at Jiffy Lube and I notated the serial number on the oil filter, after I took it back to Jiffy Lube this past time I asked them if the oil filter was the same or if it had been changed because I suspected 10 minute oil change of not properly performing oil changes and changing the oil filter for their $19.99 special. Come to find out, just as I suspected, the oil filter that was in the car was the same oil filter placed by Jiffy Lube the prior time to my wife taking it to 10 minute oil. So for the $19.99 special, 10 minute oil change is not replacing the oil filters as they State they are and I have proof on a receipt if ever need be to show. If you value your car, do not have your oil changed at 10 minute oil they will lie and they will not perform the work as stated and you will end up with a damaged vehicle as a result.Original Review...Liars, and potential damaging stupidity with my car.Took car in for oil change, have been for over a year and only have done so bc the oil filter is in a wierd place you cant get to without having a lift or a pit to access it, and have NEVER been told that my car required synthetic and I find out today, that AFTER them putting in standard oil for this ENTIRE time, that it needs synthetic... and he even showed me where it says that under the hood. But they will be happy to do a full flush and replace it with the right oil for $99!He then said that coolant and brake fluid was also almost empty... but I KNOW better than that, bc I JUST flushed my coolant myself and my brother who is a master replaced the brakes, bled the brake system and refilled it! Great service and super fast- got the high mileage oil a few months back and my car is still running strong today! I only waited 15 minutes and they threw in a free tire rotation and they topped off all of my fluids because I waited longer than 10 minutes. Love it- the last time I got my oil changed at another business I waited 45 minutes even though I had an appointment so kudos for the great service, 10 min oil change! Will be back!

This place was amazing! Sam was so sweet and helpful, it took literally 5 minutes. My oil is topped off, I have a new sticker, everything was quick and easy. Him and the gentleman inside were excellent, I give 5 stars on auto service and 5 stars on customer service! I will definitely be back!

If I could put no stars I would, I got my last oil change here and I went somewhere else to get my oil change and was told the last place I got my oil change ( which is this location) broke the catridge that holds my oil filter to which to where now they could not perform the service. I understand accidents happen but to leave without any communication and for me to spend $100 for me to fix this part is inconvenient and unprofessional. Never coming back...

This place used to be good but I think it sold to new owners. They changed my oil so fast that I suspect they didnt even do it. My low air pressure light was on and I asked if they checked my pressure, they said yes, but they didnt. I added air myself and the light went off. The guys working there arent very happy to see you either. Wont be back.

Has to be new ownership, I have brought many vehicles here and things have definitely changed...and not for the better. The techs used to wear uniforms, now they just wear whatever and it looks like they are just hanging out, not working. I drive a very common vehicle and had the guy ask what it was...that didn’t make me very confident that they knew what they were doing. Then it took 3-4 of them to change my air filter.By the time they upcharged me for oil disposal fees and charged me $20 for an air filter I could buy across the street at Autozone for $11 I spent more than what the dealership would have charged me... I called and asked to verify that. I never thought the dealership would be cheaperThe entire reason places like this are in business are because they are convenient, a good value, and professional. The experience I had all I am left with is that they are convenient, and that’s not enough for me to come back. Too bad...had the techs worn uniforms and acted professionally or had any experience at all I would not have called around to check prices. But my car is expensive and I am not willing to chance it and let a crew that didn’t look like they wanted to be there and surely didn’t seem professional or experienced work on it.

Have been here a few times but the last time left me not wanting to go back. I dropped off my vehicle for a oil change. I came back to pick up my vehicle to find it parked out front with the drivers window rolled down and unlocked. When brought to their attention they seemed to shrug it off like no big deal.

I have been here 4 times. Every time I did oil changes on my car, I had to request that they fill up my fluids every single time, because they never did. No smiles by any of employees ever, no eye to eye contact from any of the employees ever. Not once have I received service by any of the employees with excitement that I am a customer. The last time I was there, not only did they not do the fluids again, that actually sliced my wiper hose with a knife. I went out to check for topping off my fluids, Which they did not again. Ive been song fluid running out in out from under the car. I ask the manager to come check it out please and he dictated that i have a leak And I could Check it out for me for $40. I tell down my windshield washer fluid was not leaking when I got there. Not only was I furious and mad I also let them know how mad I was. I then Went two doors down to Jerrys automotive Where they showed me and advised me me that my hose underneath the hood had been cut with a knife. Jerrys automotive fix my hose free of charge. I Have went to Jerrys on a motive for my all changes and inspections now 2 separate occaisions and . I will never go back-to the 10 minute oil change ever again. Jerrys automotive Employees greet each individual with smiles and face-to-face eye contact where they care about their customers. Not only one employee greets you every person that walks through the office reach you as well!

I purchased a Groupon for an oil change and inspection. I had no problems with the oil change however, the guy hooked my car up to the machine and didnt tell me in the beginning the OBDI wasnt reading. He proceeded with the inspection as if it was going to pass. Told me my backlight was out so I let them change it, told me my windshield wipers needed to be replaced, so I let him change them. Only to find out it wouldnt have passed inspection in the first place. I will never return to this place. I dont like dishonesty.

I have to say, I have bounced from one oil change place to another for ages, so Ive seen quite a few of them and was never very happy with the service I received... until now. Everywhere you go, the guys try to push all of these random extras on you and try to get you to pay even more than you already intended after youve sat on your rump and wasted an hour of your life in the waiting room that you will never get backIn regards to that, the guys at Expressway are a breath of fresh air. I drove up and one of the guys immediately greeted me and directed me to the dreaded waiting room. I walked in and WOW, THIS was NOT the typical waiting room. It looks like a fancy hotel lobby with comfy brown leather chairs and a flat screen that was playing Pirates of the Caribbean. I was already too impressed for words but then, after ten minutes of waiting...TEN MINUTES.... my car was done. They didnt push any other products or fancy oils on me, just gave it to me straight and told me I may need to change my air filter in a couple of months. WOW WOW WOW!So, in conclusion, if you folks dont feel like wasting your precious time in those dingey, uncomfortable, and cramped waiting rooms...get your buns (and wheels) over to Expressway! You wont be sorry.

WARNING:They tried to sell be several things I didnt need, to which I said no. Then when I got back in my car, they had reset the settings so distance was in km not miles and temperature was in Centigrade. They also set the interior dome lights to always be on, which could have drained my battery if I hadnt noticed.These things were difficult to change. No way it was accidental. Very Spiteful! Was it because Im a woman? I hope they didnt break anything...

This is a terrible place, dont get fooled by their quick service. They left the caps off my brake fluid and engine as they changed my oil. I saw a cap fly off as I was driving. I called to tell them and the guy who answered the phone simply responded by saying, oh... Im sure it was an accident. But he couldve cared less. He did not even offered to replace the caps. He was just quiet waiting for me to get off the phone. Made me feel like an idiot for going there in the first place!

False Advertising! Been going there for a long time. Took husbands Xterra in for basic oil change. It has always been 19.95 plus tax. I made sure I asked for the basic, because I didnt say basic one time and they just went ahead and charged me for the deluxe (even tho none of the fluids were topped off). Today they charged me $35. I went in to get an oil change at this location where they have a Large Sign in front of building that says Basic Oil Change 19.95. When I get there to get my oil changed the owner whose name is Ahmed informed me that it would be 35.99 plus tax. I asked him why because signs says a different price. He responded with thats only for sedan vehicles... I replied.. Why does it not say only sedan vehicles .. He then told his employee to shut my fu%%%king hood if I dont wanna pay that amount. Went in for an oil change in 2017, not synthetic, $45. After 3 months i open up the hood to find out they never replace the oil filter because it was still the same Toyota filter. Since then i told myself never get oil change from this place.Brought my wife car for inspection in 2018, wait 45 min. I came in before 2 customers and left after them. The owner looked stupid in his dark shade like he was high or something . i saw him got a hit from his e-cig right in the middle of his shop. Him and 1 of his employees give straight stupid face but change to perv. when they see female clients. The owner actually went to female client car and stick his face and conversed with them. No owner would đo that when it obviously everything was taken care of and u moron got clients are waiting for services.I gave them a 2nd chance, but that was too many. Very disappointed 😧

I got my oil changed here 2 months ago. Didn’t get a sticker for when it should be changed. Got my inspection done a week ago and now my car is telling me I need my oil changed. My work is 5 mins from me and everything I do is I’m a 5 mile radius. I haven’t even put 300 miles on my car and apparently need an oil change. They even got pissed that I didn’t wanna change my breaks when nothing was wrong with them. DONT GO HERE! My oil in my engine is dirty as hell! Looks like they didn’t even change it

TERRIBLE customer service!! I own a dealer and tried to get a safety only inspection on a 2018. First off, didnt get greeted until several minutes of waiting. Finally, some middle Eastern/Hispanic looking guy cockily waltzed over to help us. Anyways, he was extremely rude, disengeniose and short. Told us we couldnt get an inspection because we didnt have specific insurance on the car and thought he was really hard and thug. Were a dealer so we basically have blanket or bank insurance. Only went here because everywhere else was closed but I gaurantee you I will never be back, even if its the last inspection place standing on Earth!!! Screw you guys.

This is the second time in a row Ive had bad experience 1st time asked the to make sure the check tire for low pressure. They didnt and forgot my washer fluid tip off, the counter guy tried calling me a liar.so I figured it was a simple mistake came back to get an inspection they parked my car outside because I had a person in front of me.they of course forgot about me guy was outside smoking. last time they will get my business.

Very rude people, they broke a main wire while pulling the air filter, then when I pointed out their mistake, they refused to take responsibility. In addition, while troubleshooting the problem they stripped the battery terminal bolts.If you complain to the manager he will threaten with calling the cops.if you ask for a refund the manager will tell you:GO F**K YOURSELF!!! You are costing me clients that are walking off because I am wasting my time with you!!I will never come back, in the end, their 10 minute $19.99 oil change took 3 hours and ended up costing me $87.00

Worst place Ive ever gone to for an oil change. I went once with my old car, which had a leak after. Ended up trading it in for other reasons, come to them with my 2015 VW to pay $90!!!!! (at Volkswagen its $80, I found this out after) now i have a leak in this car as well. the service was terrible. I went in the front door, which you would do at most places to wait 10 minutes and have a guy ask me what do I need um obviously an oil change, he said next time pull to the back... there are no signs that indicate where to go so I wouldnt know that. Prior to this second visit I had a guy who worked there asking if my daddy bought my car for me or my boyfriend they were degrading and extremely unprofessional. I will never return here.

Solid Work is done at this place. The only thing they ever try to sell you is a $13 air filter, and you can always refuse. Good waiting area, ten minute service (max Ive ever had to wait was 11, but average is probably around 9 minutes), and I havent had problems with my car! GO HERE.

My girlfriend took my WRX (which I take very good care of) here for an oil change and a vaccum tube replacement, as a christmas gift for me so that I didnt have to do it myself.They broke many of my original factory parts, and did not replace them. They did not attach my air filter correctly and broke the air filter box. They broke one of my valves and a solenoid and tried to glue a hose into the solenoid and now its stuck permanently. They did not correctly mount my intercooler back onto my car and left parts hanging in the engine bay. They did not correctly seal the vaccum hoses, and did not attach my belt cover back onto my car.I went back to show them and get my belt cover the next day. I had to tell the mechanic how to properly do the job, and he still did not do it correct or fix any issues. Now I am here repairing the issues myself. This place is a joke, DO NOT GO HERE.

On Monday 12/26, my boyfriend took my car to get the oil change. The next day we saw a puddle under our car and not knowing anything about cars, just thought it was because we had gotten the oil change the day before and maybe it was normal. On Wednesday i noticed a strong oil smell in our garage and I noticed a trail of leakage from my garage to the street when I drove my car into the garage after work. Since Ten Minute Oil change was closed, my boyfriend took the car back to them the next day telling them about an oil leak. They looked under the car and told my boyfriend everything looked fine and didnt know why the oil was leaking. I called KIA and talked to a tech there and they said it sounds like they either put in the wrong filter or they didnt tighten the gasket. I took it to Meineke (Should have done this the first time), they took out the filter and cleaned out the oil tank, come to find out 10 Minutes Oil Change put in the wrong filter and oil had spilled all under the car. The guys at Meineke fixed it and cleaned up under the car as much as they could. I tried calling 10 minute but their phone was busy. PLEASE DO NOT ever use this place, they cant even put in the right oil filter into the car!!!

Worst customer service I have ever received, i was asked if I believe in god as I am trying to pay employees showed up 15 minutes late and the 10 minute oil change was 45 minutes long. Was told that God gave me money to pay.....I will never step foot in there again.

Went to them once and loved them!!!! Had moved a lil ways away from this location so I went to a place called kwik kar on brown in Arlington. They told that the bolt to my oil area was in crooked and would be a $90 repair plus $50 oil change. Well, I decided to go back to the 10 minute location I previously went to. To at least have them fix. Come to find out, there was absolutely nothing wrong with the bolt and it was half the price to get my oil changed!!! The men are absolutely awesome and professional and Ill go outta my way next time to them! I highly recommend!!! The others almost got me for over $130 unnecessarily..

Terrible customer service. None of my questions were answered, no respect was given me as a customer, I was completely ignored while I was trying to get details about my oil change. The oil change itself took 10 minutes, but Im convinced that the oil and air filter were not changed in the process, only the oil itself was removed and replaced - all for $36.00, not 19.99 (plus tax) as promised. I will never go here again.
