My Service Adviser has been my Adviser for for 3+ years or as long as I have been taking my vehicle to this location, after they opened. I had my maintenance a week ago and I was in/out within a few hours. He is very responsive, answers any questions that I might have quickly. He provides any recommendations noted, quickly after he is advised of them. Very professional and clearly understands and practices excellent customer service, which you do not experience very often now days. Glad he is my advisor!!!!

Ive brought in a car twice to this location, for different issues. Joshua was the service person who assisted me both times. He was very courteous and helpful, and kept in touch with calls, emails, and texts during the process. Everyone I encountered was courteous. The location was clean, and the waiting area had TVs tuned to different stations and had a stocked coffee and tea bar. You can even shop for clothes and other merchandise there. I had a great experience both times. Highly recommended.

I called to see if Mercedes had a recall on my check engine code (P052E) and was talked into bringing the vehicle in with assurances that Mercedes or Park Place would make it right. They must feel youre pot committed with the $189 evaluation fee. The quote for the work was ridiculously high so I cut my losses at $189 and saved hundreds by going elsewhere. Nothing they said came true. We have 2 Mercedes so they lost 2 customers for life. Hope it was worth it.
Whenever it’s time to take my car in for service I drive out to the Arlington location because my service advisor, Jesus, makes sure to have my car ready in a timely manner. He provides outstanding service and is great at explaining everything in detail.
I had my paint repair done and it was completed with great detail, in a timely manner and the people here are very kind/ professional. Paint was restored to “like new” quality. Would 100% recommend to anyone in need of any car services. Travis kept me informed and heard all of my concerns. Thanks to them I no longer have to see a scratch on my back bumper!

I will NOT and will NEVER recommend this place to anyone. I had the worst service ever. Jasmine was so mean and incompetent/wicked and nonchalant. I think she had a hidden agenda with my vehicle. I spoke with her manager CJ who offered no help at all. He seemed to be in compliance with the nonchalance of Jasmine. I wish I could be able to talk to the general manager to express my frustration. Dont to there for repairs.

Very professional people. Joshua took great care of my wife’s car while I was out of town. Service was done on time. The only thing that could be improved was the loaner car my wife was given. She brought in a C class and received an A class to drive while the work was done.

EVERY single time our vehicles needs servicing there is NO LOANER cars available. We are alittle disappointed in Mercedes-Benz as a replicable company and NO LOANER cars., kind of say alot about the company to accommodate their customers. Do not Mercedes-Benz value their customers? POOR BUSINESS ON LOANER CARS. THEY TOLD US IT TAKES TWO WEEKS FOR A LOANER CAR . SAD

We had an unfortunate experience with our car keys getting locked in a loaner vehicle. The customer service department is not entirely knowledgeable on helping resolve issues but the service department did reach out and did their best to make things right. I would recommend cross training on services and solutions for customer service/receptionists in the event a manager is not available.

I have been using Park Place for repairs since 2007. I have always had Russell as a service advisor. He is very honest and trustworthy and keeps my car in great condition. My last vehicle I had for 8 years with over 200K miles and had no major repairs. Because of him it would be hard to get anything but a Benz because I dont know if I could confidently say I would get the same level of service anyplace else.

The Worst experience ever with a Mercedes-Benz service shop. This my third Mercedes and probably the last. I dropped in my 2013 Mercedes-Benz GL450 for a check engine light diagnostics. They said it failed a few cylinder compression tests, and they will need to tear down the engine to know how much it will cost to repair the vehicle. They quoted $750 to access and check the cylinders.The diagnosis came back with a repair bill recommendation to replace the cylinder heads for $30,000. $30,000 is more than the cars cost and almost half the price of a brand new vehicle, same brand and make. How honest are these repairs? Do they know what they are doing? One could only imagine.The second recommendation was to trade-in the vehicle for a newer model, which they didnt have. I then requested the car to be put back to its initial state to pick it up. After all, it was driving well when I dropped it.To my greatest dismay, the vehicle drives worst than it has ever been. The car makes noise and shakes, unlike it was before they had it. Am sure this was done purposely to entice me to trade-in.This repair shop is the worst repair shop I have ever worked with. They cannot even reassemble a car they tore apart to diagnose a repair, and they claim to be an authorized dealership to the brand.

Let me start off and say that Jose Gonzalez not only does he enjoy his job he also knows what he is talking about. I had a couple of questions thay I wasnt sure of and answered every single one of them at the moment. Now I usually do my own oil change but sense now it gets dark early in the day I had to stop and drop off my car. Although he had his mask on i could feel the smile he had as he greeted me. Is safe to say I will be coming to this location more often now.
Park Place Arlington has been so helpful when needing services for my car. Appointments are easy to book and lots of openings for booking. I would not choose another place they provide the best customer service each time.
Waited for over 30 minutes for someone to check our car in to be serviced. Several other people came after us but was checked in before us. Then they charged us a higher price to change the battery then we were quoted over the phone.
Horrible experience X 2 at this location. Brand new car purchased there have had to take it back for service twice already. Minimal review of the cars features by the sales rep upon purchase. Issues within the first month. First time they kept it for 4 days in order to perform a software update. Picked up the vehicle when they indicated it was ready, only to find that the original problem was never remedied. Took it back a second time and thats when they informed me that they never updated the software during the initial appointment (they didnt even mention that little fact when I picked it up the first time). Second appointment made. Service rep was very quiet and indifferent with me, acting as if I was an inconvenience. No apology for all the inconvenience. Will never purchase another vehicle from this dealership.
