I can’t say enough about my experience with Thomas. I had a specific car I came into the dealership to purchase. Unfortunately, they did not have the year I wanted but they did have one a year older but it was fully loaded. After spending a couple hours with me, I decided not to make the purchase and Thomas was very understanding and did not push me any further once I expressed my disinterest. After I left, I decided to turn around and go back to make the purchase. I really appreciated how unforceful Thomas was about the entire process. It really made me feel like he genuinely cared about me and not just making a quick buck. After making the purchase, I found a dent that I was not aware of. Thomas spent the next few days trying to help to make this right since it was something we both overlooked originally. He spent a lot of time and effort making things right and overall I have been extremely satisfied with my purchase. I plan to come back there in a few years to purchase another car and I can only hope to be lucky enough that Thomas will still work here.

I was overcharged by roughly $3,000 on the used vehicle I bought from Vandevere. Of course I didnt find that out until later. There was a leak somewhere in the car (still trying to figure out where) that causes my trunk to fill with water. Im trying to transfer the title over to PA and was told by Rich in finance I would receive a check from the dealership in the mail within 3 weeks that I would need to put toward the PA taxes I would need to pay once I could transfer the title. Its been over a month, no check has arrived, and none of my calls have been returned. Overall Im dissatisfied with everything and Im very disappointed in myself for not realizes I was being overcharged.

They are really helpful and he also took his time to help me and i appreciate it that he didnt give up either I like that !!!

I spent a long time at Vandevere last week, and A-a-ron Kyer was very patient and generous with his time. He worked really hard to find me the right vehicle for the best price. We even went to some other Vandevere locations, and found my Nissan Rogue at one of them.Ive never owned a Nissan, so, wasnt sure, but I love it. Its a used model, and that means the mileage is broken in to give it the best gas mileage. Ive not had time to drive it much, but on the highway, the MPG went to 30 MPG and stayed steady. Ive never had a car get that kind of gas mileage!I went looking for a new vehicle to get out from under a high payment on my previous vehicle. My payment went down some, and the great gas mileage will also help. The Rogue is very comfortable, and Im really glad to get back into an SUV the size of my Ford Escape (3 vehicles ago).Thanks, A-a-ron for the exceptional help and patience!
