Great team. I applied online, recieved a call moments later, came the next day .fearing the moment of denial with low credit, no history, no savings for down payment and a co-sign combined income of 4500$ roughly. After being denied by all dealerships. But Eddie and forest are great sales members who are upfront and honest from the start. The alternative to approval based on income greatly helped vs just the credit score and down payment. Amy with financing was wonderful as well. Overall a great team . It was so refreshing to have a car buying experience where I wasn’t lied too, my time wasn’t wasted, and I didn’t feel ashamed about my credit situation. I have made some mistakes in the past, I am a server so income proof is hard at times, and I am fresh out of bankruptcy, but Barry listened to my concerns, listened to what I needed and wanted in a vehicle, and somehow despite all odds, was able to make it all work out. I am so appreciative to the team there that made my purchase possible. I even got more than twice what I thought my trade was worth!

Buying process works out just fine, get a decent vehicle that is affordable. One problem, CNAC which handles the financing does not give you any room to breathe. Paid off one car through them, on my second vehicle never missed a payment, always on time. Ran into some financial troubles and called to see if I can make some arrangements and the maximum time they would give me is one week which doesnt help when you get paid every 2 weeks. I guess that is how they help out return customers. Thanks for nothing CNAC.
