Bought a Audi A4 Quattro, the dealers and staff where amazing. When I had test drove the car, it had a engine light on. They check it and even got it fixed for me at no cost. And with it taking time. They had offered a full tank of gas. And today the oil light came up and they took care of that problem too. Do not buy a car here in if you are from out of town. The video they send you hides the damage and blemishes in the car. I drove away and the car over heated within an hour. My front 2 tires each had less than 2/32 left on them which doesnt even pass inspection. They get cars from an auction in NJ, give them a quick go over, and put them on the lot. Neither they or you know what you are getting. Its just churn and burn with only a desire to sell. I couldnt even get a callback from them after I left. This is a vivid example of why people dont trust car dealers. You have been warned. Steer clear.

Buyer beware: Do not ignore all the 1 star reviews. Worst customer service experience out of any of the 7 luxury cars I have owned. I first purchased a car that had the check engine light on(Lexus), but was assured it would be fixed. They then said it would be too costly to repair. I switched it out for another car (BMW);nevermind the 80min drive both ways. The new car also has a light for the tire pressure sensor. But Id have to make the trip a 4th time on another day. Moe signed me up with autopay and never removed the Lexus. So I found myself paying for 2 cars, one I no longer had. He also got my address mixed up on the paperwork and everything has been sent to an old address. He was very moody, and only cares about numbers and pushing good reviews despite the terrible experience. Save your time and energy people. The two stars is for the other associates who stepped in and tried to make the situation better. (Anthony)

My wife got a good interest rate and selling price on a really sharp Audi A4 she liked, so I started looking at cars and traded mine in for a very clean GMC Terrain. I think Moe is a good guy but we started off the negotiations with me writing a proposal that he had me sign. We then went to manager to get it approved. The deal was the price of the car, weather-tech floor mats and price of trade-in. He came back and said congratulations. As he wrote up contract they can not do floor mats because they don’t have them. Then they don’t want my trade-in. The deal changed after they agreed. Also if you buy a car from prestige. You must make sure that you add second key to contract. They will only give you one. New vehicle key can cost over $400 Some reasons you only get one key, customer only turned in one key or some dealers keep a key to make it easier to repo if you don’t pay.Just keep these things in mind.
