Its a great inexpensive way to have a cell phone. I got Cricket after dropped calls on my iphone. Its been 6 years now and no dropped calls for only $35.00 a month autopay.

Miguel R. Was THEE WORST sales and customer service employee Ive ever encountered in my years of being with Cricket. I visited on 6/7/18. It was less then an hour before close (which I had apologized for) as I wasnt able to get off work any sooner to come in. He acted irritated, very short with me and rude signing me up for Direct tv live on an old phone I brought in. A few other customers arrived as he stated well its been slow all day, at least we are making the sales here now as if it was turning out to be worth all of his aggravation and inconvenience so close to closing time. I left doing everything he had instructed for my Direct tv to connect thru my hotspot onto my smart tv and everything he told me was wrong absolutely nothing worked as he instructed. Im seeing why he rushed me out of there for the sale, knowing Id be back the next day, which I did at the OTHER LOCATION where I canceled my service of Direct Tv, as well as my entire service on it as well. I will not be back to this store Miguel Rs location and I suggest you visit the store on 1526 S. Avenue B and ask for Jose!!! Jose will hook you up! Hes SO friendly n spent an extended amount of time explaining everything to me over n over! He will do you right!

I went to buy another cell phone and the girl there told me lies to sell me accessories and charge me more! they make fraud in that place and that you will not go again! Also I add things that I did not ask for, for example, the insurance that I had not even asked for when I checked the receipt I saw that I had been charged too much !! 😠
