All I wanted to do was ask if the iPhone 11 was available at the store, but there is no direct phone number available and the automated call system kept giving me incorrect codes to get to a human. Verizon should adopt the Apple support system. You get to speak to a human quickly every time and with a problem solver who doesnt stop until all questions are answered. The frustration of trying of get information makes me consider another source that respects the customer.

The manger cant communicate. As a manger holding major responsibility and being an adult should be able to communicate. I applied for a job here and had an interview and they didn’t even bother to at least let me know I wasn’t picked, I just didn’t hear anything.

Why is it so hard to have a direct number to places? I literally just had a question about the kiosks in the store. VZW has taken over a week to pull out my partial payment from last week and I wanted to know if the money is taken out immediately and if they have a service charge. I have been on the phone for 45 minutes now waiting. This coulda taken 45 seconds. SECONDS, NOT NEARLY AN HOUR!

Melissa R was very helpful and did beyond what was expected for helping my brother that is on Disability find a phone and showed him how to use his 1st Smart Phone. I was so thankful for her caring assistance and her kindness. I was so happy that Verizon has Great Employees like her. I will alway remember her wonderful service on his 1st phone.

Worst customer service ever. Don’t know how to treat someone that’s trying to move over to their services. Manager Armando from the Yuma Palms and his team completely lied about discounts saying we were approved for them when we weren’t and then ended up saying they couldn’t do anything about it. Had to return phones and they got all grouchy. It shows Verizon doesn’t know how to choose there management and doesn’t care about there clients. Don’t recommend at all ended up going with AT&T which do know how to treat someone.

They refuse to answer the store so you cant set up an appointment with them. You cant set up an appointment with the app because the app is broken. So to get anything done you have to call Verizon and go through 5 minutes of automated menus until you finally get someone to be able to schedule an appointment to go down there and talk to them.how lazy do you have to be to work for a phone company and not answer the phone?!

Is this store the best in Yuma because its the corporate store, or because of its customer service? For a long story short, we went in there and came out with new phones; 5 for the each of us. A sweet deal on their limited offer for various bundles and some accessories. Worth looking into.

Truthfully, one of the worse Verizon locations I have ever been to. I understand the protocol of limiting people into the store but the representatives were completely dismissive and were clearly bothered by you coming in into the store interrupting their little get together watching TV and playing games, which I witnessed once inside. They did not even try listen to my problem, instead they cut me off just to say were only selling devices, nothing else. It was a very unprofessional experience.

Wow! Best experience I have ever had with Verizon by far! As soon as I entered I was helped right away. John was amazing! He gave me all the information I needed to make upgrading my phone easy and cost effective. He took care of everything, all I had to do was tell him which phone I wanted! 100% will recommend!

It seems if a store is willing to accept a payment it should also honor a agreement made with a another franchise store. This is not the case with this Verizon store. I purchased lifetime screen savers when I purchased my phone. This store carried the screen saver for my phone but, since I didnt purchase the phone from this store it would not replace the screen saver. They sure took my money for the monthly payment though. Verizon makes a big deal about customer satisfaction, but I guess that is just a lot talk. So much for good old fashion customer service. I bet you wont see any of this kind of stuff on a Verizon commercial.

I know the store has, or had, something of a reputation for always being busy and having to wait. With that said, the times Ive gone, there has been minor wait times but nothing like before. The staff is always friendly and attentive, knowledgeable, and helpful.

They had the cases for my new phone but only had maybe 5 choices to choose from. My screen cracked & they helped me deal with the 3rd party only downside is that since its a new phone, its on back order for 5-7 days so my options are to wait or buy another one full price & then theyll refund me - the detectable. I always get good service when I go in there. I shouldve either gone there to get my new phone or as soon as I could I shouldve gone for a case. Im still waiting for my replacement.

Verizon= no service. If you are New customer very helpful, if you have a warranty issue you better have overpriced insurance. The manufacturer of my phone Kyocera emailed me aaid to take phone to Verizon to see about broken screen. Phone has 2 year warranty on screen breakage, reason I bought it. Verizon person gave me song and dance story about insurance and problem being not manufacturing defect. Do Not expect customer service from Verizon, we have only been with them for about 30 years.

Highly disappointed in my experience at this location. My grandmother was in yesterday and bought a brand new phone, she was told she could donate her old phone so she did. She got home to find none of her contacts were transferred after being told by Romeo that everything was transferred from her old phone to the new one and that she was all set. I took her back in today and we spoke with one of the other gentleman(I didn’t get his name) who told us he would go look to see if they could find her old phone. After coming back and telling us the phone wasn’t there anymore, he then proceeded to tell my grandmother that it was her responsibility to make sure all of her contacts were saved before she left yesterday, seriously??? My grandma is not tech savvy AT ALL and was told everything was transferred so why would she need to look? Then we asked to talk with Romeo again to see if he knew what had happened. He first told us that he thought my grandma took her phone home and then proceeded to tell us that he put it in the recycling bin, so I asked him why her contacts weren’t transferred, he told me that everything was transferred that they he went over everything with her including her contacts, she says no, he didn’t go over the contacts with her, he then continues to say that he went over everything and that all of the apps were transferred and that he didn’t have to do any of that, he was just helping her out. Apparently customers do all of this theirselves so the fact that he was just doing her a favor was an excuse for him messing up and lying about it. He then smirked at me because he wouldn’t let me get a word out and kept saying that everything was transferred and that he did everything right. I’m very disappointed in the way I was treated, it’s not even about the contacts not being transferred, he was lying to my face saying he went over everything with my grandma when he didn’t. I’m not sure what these employees are getting paid to do, but obviously it’s not to help customers anymore. Pretty unfortunate and it makes me glad I made the switch to AT&T a few months back.

Too many people dont know what they are doing at this store. The GM is rude and seems to hate his job. Get rid of the guy if hes so miserable that hes bringing negativity to the work area. Long story short, the sales rep lied about a “free” phone when I asked about the stipulations. When I returned to the store to ask about excessive charges, the same sales rep said; “was it me the one that sold you the phone? Maybe someone else used my tablet.” This particular store allows employees to violate their code of ethics with no repercussions whatsoever. The manager did not even have the courtesy to return my call. I do not recommend this store to anyone looking for honesty and transparency.

Im fortunate to be able to say that Im currently rocking Googles current flagship phone. I tried to activate it on two other carriers, neither of which offered me any satisfaction at all. The honest truth is, they wouldnt even activate this phone. At this store though? I was in and out in less than 30 minutes. The lady that helped me was friendly, knowledgeable, and didnt waste my time by trying to sell me things that I already made clear I wasnt (at the time) interested in. This store also has many of the made by Google products that can be used as accessories alongside pixel products. Im currently getting three gigs of data and unlimited talk and text for $40 bucks a month. My experience was a very positive one, And if you explore your options, I think if you stop in here yours will be too.

Great service but not for the easily led, as it can be costly and confusing. They sold me things I couldnt use that were inappropriate for our situation, but convinced me they were. This store needs to work on their customer service. I had order a phone from Verizon online and had it in a Verizon Victra bag as I walked into to this store. As I walk in, the first thing the Rep says to me is, “we do not and will not mess with phones from Victra”! I had to tell the rep, if he would give me a chance to explain that I ordered the phone from Verizon online and not from Victra. (Victra is an authorized 3rd party Verizon dealer). After a few under the breath comments the rep made, he decided to help me with the process of setting up my phone. I definitely will not be recommending this Verizon store to my family and friends.

Went to to see about BYOD, that was a mistake, Best to do it yourself online and get a better rebate. Unable to port both phones together unable to communicate on my other line. I will say this though, Verizon s service is barnone compared to their competition in Yuma. Veterans get a discount for autopay. But buyer beware, this is a hard sale in the store as they work on commission.After the debacle at the store, we decided it would be better to buy our own phones. But with one call online with technical support we were able to get both phones (on the list) working properly without a hitch. Since the service was interupted from day one. One working, one not, one ported, and the other one not ported until Jan 18 we were able to pay for service online in advance. Now we will have just the monthly service to contend with autopay. Thank you Verizon Technical Support.

One of the worst Verizon Wireless locations Ive ever been to.I truly have to blame the management. The place reeks of mildew, I walked around the store for 15 minutes and was never signed in, no one asked if I needed anything, there doesnt appear to be very much merchandise on display, the lighting is terrible, the list goes on. Normally, I will seek out a true Verizon Wireless store when I want to shop for phone accessories. This location has been checked off of my list and I will not be going back until they have new management.

I went to this store to replace the screen protector. I have a S8 with a lifetime replacement for the screen protector. This store was extremely unhelpful. The store would not replace the protector. I went in to this store with a couple of problems that were most due to not being tech savvy. I was greeted instantly when I came in and immediately introduced to a representative who sat down and solved my problems. There was no pressure to sell me anything; just superior customer service.
