Worst experience ever Geo helped me get 4 lines and refused to give me my receipt so I wouldn’t find out he lie to me and charge me for things I didn’t ask for, after calling he told me they were corporate and that he was the manager and that he wouldn’t resolve anything for me.

When to this location and i had a great experience staff was helpful and knew what they were doing i did an upgrade on my phone and they gave me a great deal on it i wont doubt in coming back to this place. service is great for me cant complain, there plan offers are also great i just upgraded my plan to the 4 lines for 120 and got amazon prime for free included in that plan its was great!!!!

I purchased a new phone and service from MetroPCS. Their policy is 7 days to return the product for a full refund. I was disappointed with my phone and service. The Manager refunded everything in full 30 days way past the 7 day refund limit. I think that was nice of them.

They were busy when I was there . So it was about a fifteen minute wait before I was helped. I was satisfied with with the person who helped me.

Poor service and poorly trained staff. It took almost a month to resolve an error by their staff. That includes 3 trips without resolution, requests to contact management was ignored by the company.

Terrible costumer, public relations .read the fine print. To expensive as well.
