Let me state first off that Janis and Uriel- Awesome!! Honestly, they are VERY good at what they do and so personable. Janis walked us through every question my son and I had as we navigated opening up a new plan with new phones. We spent 90 minutes with Janis as she helped us pick phones, showed us the best deals, and made sure I left knowing what to expect on my bills in the future. I was very impressed with her people skills. I truly did NOT realize I had been there so long and she gave me top tier service as she set the phones up, applied my screen protectors (for BOTH phones) and explained the perks of having my insurance addition.Uriel, has to be, a great manager to work with. He was always within ear range to help his associates with answers outside their knowledge. It was towards the end of the day, and before he left for the evening, I could tell he waited for us to have all the answers we needed.I was sincerely appreciate of everything Janis and Uriel provided for my son and I. Thank you so much! In this day and age it is nice to be seen as a person and not just a sale πŸ˜ƒRachel and Jerry

If you need to go to t mobile in Yuma this is the one to go to ! Uriel and Janis were amazing! They answered every question we had, walked us through switching over to them and just made the experience 10 times better!

I am originally from Calexico, California and drove about 50 minutes east so that I could be assessed and helped by the store manager and his staff, since I have dealt with them in the past. I wasn’t sure which route to go: pay off the remaining balance of my lease or upgrade to a new phone. After speaking to the manager and another employee, they were able to tell me the pros and cons of keeping my current phone an upgrading to a new one. At no moment did I feel pressured or rushed by them. I was able to upgrade to a new device and I am happy and confident of my decision and purchase. I will definitely be returning when I have any questions or need any help with anything regarding my phone.

I am a calexico resident, but visiting Yuma store just because it has the best manager around. So, it doesnt bother me driving a little bit. Uriel is always looking to give the extra mile. He and his team are the best, striving to hace the customer happy and satisfied

Worst job ever! When the new management took over in October of 2018 we were expected to do whatever it took to make the sale. All they cared about was hitting goals for the company and not what was in best interest of the customer. I feel bad for anyone that works for wireless vision! You lie and cheat people of money only to be able to keep your job. So happy I left when I did and glad I did my best to not cheat customer I worked with.

I dont know why people complain about the time spent here. I was out of there less than a minute I got in. Went in to get the phone looked at for slow, sometimes no connection. She looked at it, told me, It depends on where you are, gave the phone back, and said, Nothing we can do. That was it. What great Tech Support! They solved my problem so quick, my head is still spinning. In short - if youre paying $100 at Verizon, and have something that actually works - youre really missing out on an experience here - for half the cost of Verizon, you can get a phone that doesnt work, and employees that do the same thing.

Walked in and immediately the guy gives off a vibe of how can I rip you off. Never seen a store try and upsell a loyal customer with the most obvious greed in his eye. Nothing about this store feels like its for the customer and I recommend the store actually try to be more selfless with your paying customers with an attitude saying how can I REALLY help you today. Id give my money to that any day, all day. Really bad TMobile representation.

Pretty slow service, I have over a year having issues not only with Tmobile but also with the employees from this branch. I have here over an hour trying to open some lines and people is getting into the store and it’s getting packed. Many other customers left angry becuase of the lack of help and efficiency of the personal (Karina & Jesus).It’s sad that is the only branch in the city, next time I rather go to Foothills for a better service.

Its upsetting at the most busy Tmobile location by Yuma Palms, that there is always only one associate available in the morning???? Like why??? Theres so many customers waiting and just one person. You cant complain to the manager because he is never there. Very upsetting. It was never like this before.

How do the people in this place still have their jobs?!?! the same people others complain about are still here at least tell them what they could do better. they have no manner, they give no greetings if you dont come up and interrupt their chit chatting they wont even acknowledge you, and when you finally get their attention its like they do whatever they can to not help you at all. not to mention poor hygiene for one of them. bad attitude, bad service. switched to Verizon after the third time we got treated this way.

To make a long story short...I went with a question about my phone bill and left 4 hours later with no phone!!!! Now for the story. I had purchased this phone in Lake Havesu City and was promised that the wifi works in Yuma. Get to Yuma and the phone not the wifi works.....the phone dropped so many calls and the wifi was none existant. Was also told that we where paid up to mid January so when I received a text from them that our account is locked I had a few questions. I arrive at the store in Yuma and after a 30 minute wait I tell them whats happened and am told that I needed to pay for another full month. Ok I said not a problem but is there a less expensive plan that includes what I needed but with less wifi as we can not get it in our location here in Yuma. After the sales person check with anther came back and said no problem they can give us the $40.00 plan instead of the $70.00 plan. I paid the difference and check my phone but I still could not make a call. At that point I was told it could take a few hours before any changes happened so I could wait there or go away. Guess what..... I had to go back .. after I got through on the phone I was told the plan they gave me did not include the texting or calling to Canada or Mexico and I had to go back to the store and get it fixed.....Off I go.... Well this time there had to be an hours wait...so I waited and waited. The sales person who so happily took my money prior was not there so I spoke to her counterpart who helped her before with my account. Now the fun begins. He finds the problem, she gave me a plan that had no phone attached to it only WiFi so I asked them to add a phone line to it but now they cant and can NOT change it because there system will not let them.... They now call there support team and get put on hold for an hour and a half. When they explain what happened the lady on the phone says theres nothing she can do either ... She can only send in a request for her support to take a look at the issue and that could take anywhere from 24 to 74 hours but she will give me a 5 dollar credit to use!!! When I said that does me no good I need a phone she could only apologize. Store manager now offers to give me a new plan but I would need to change my phone number again and start all over . At this point I left.....I could not and will not ever step a foot into a T-Mobile store again. I went the next morning over to AT&T and walked away with a phone that works(no dropped calls and wifi that actually works) and kept my old phone number!!!!!!

Very bad service just walked in guy named Jonathan was very rude. I asked what iPhone he had available when I finally decided to choice one he said he had it then later on said he didnt. I asked to switch representative due to his bad service and rudness. They new representative told him that we were switching representative because he was not helping us much. He could have waited until we left to tell him that. All in all very very bad customer service and not helpful at all.
