My phone quit recognizing my SIM card. The young man working was fast, friendly and efficient at resolving my problem. He was excellent...unfortunately he was also alone so it didnt take long for him to get buried by customers. He did a really good job of making it work. I would give the young man working 5 stars but the store only gets 3.

Tyler at the store in Yuma was great! Made the process fast and smooth 😊 would recommend him to others and will be coming in to see him for any future visits! He recommended the best add-on products with our new phones and was all around very personable and great!

As a previous employee I would like to add that the people working at this store are so rude and unprofessional. I recommended a friend to go here because I thought they would be taken care of. But unfortunately, the girl STILL working there was so rude and even advised a new employee to not help my friend because she had already advised her what needed to be done. A few customers had to leave the store because of how bad her attitude was. I would definitely recommend one of the other locations because even tho I used to make complaints to management about how poorly this girl treats customers, they didn’t bother fixing it. Nobody deserves to be treated so rude for simply asking for help.

Yesenia was short and dismissive. We never got help we had to drive to another location. She and another customer were chatting care free and she didn’t know how to multitask. I do not recommend this store location go to the one by Yuma palms !!

I went in the store yesterday to get my daughter a new phone. She seemed very iffy about 2 of the options (it was very hard for her to decide) Yesenia helped us, she was extremely patient understanding and polite to us and we finally walked out with the perfect purple iphone for her which she was extremely happy about. She does great customer service something we havent had in years here at AT&T. Go in and talk to Yesenia she will take care of your needs and give you the best deals :) Thanks Yesenia :)

Had a problem when me and my fiancé were trying to purchase phones yesterday bt the situation was taken care of quickly and ended up walking out with 2 new IPhones and new AirPods 🤠

My wife and I, two 80 year olds had issues with our new phones. Went into the store and was met by representative Yesnina who too us step by step to resolve all our problems. She was very kind and patient with us. We would go back again without any thought.

Store personnel are not friendly. They don’t acknowledge your presence. The blonde haired girl made eye contact with me but never said hello, can I help you, I will be with you, etc. The brunette haired girl acknowledged me after over a minute of being in the store. There was a husband and wife being assisted by blonde and brunette was standing next to her on the table.I highly recommend that you shop somewhere else. There is no friendly service here or any service worth shopping here for. Find another At& T store

I would not recommend buying from this store when the blonde and brunette ladies are working. They treated my family and I horribly when asking to have our phones activated. This is after having them ordered from this store. The blonde worker said she was activating it out of “courtesy” and she technically didn’t have to do this. Neither did them were wearing masks to add to that. It took one of my family member having an illness to get one of your workers to wear a mask and her reason behind not wearing it was that she was standing six feet apart. Given, the other worker(brunette) was behind the plastic wall. My family member that is at high risk is our main person on the line so they had to come. Your worker was not properly social distancing when we started the process to activate my family member’s phone even when she gave her reason. The blonde worker stated the internet was not working so it would take forever to activate our three phones, so we just asked for one. She was still saying it would still take forever and she would have to keep the phone after if it took till closing. We started the process at 3:40pm and the store closes at 6pm. We ended up going to at&t in fortuna and getting all three of our phones activated before the closing time(6pm).Also the blonde worker never asked for my family member’s ID when picking up our phones. That in itself makes me very concern. She stated my family members were just being bad customers and that was her reason for all the treatment she has given us till we left. I wouldn’t recommend going there. It is not worth going to this store if you have to flip a coin to guess what service you are getting. I still have more about our experience when picking up our phone and trying to get them activated, but it’s not worth to make this even longer. We were very close to switch to Verizon after this experience and another we had from corporate.I just don’t want anyone to experience this level of bad customer service.
