This store is in a rough area no doubt but go during the day and it will be fine. They had one employee working. She was great but clearly overwhelmed.

The sales person was too good also he gave us great service.

Absolutely best for your money the more you get the more you save customer service is usually a plus and the phones are amazing its through AT&t I have service everywhere I do understand its prepaid people get weird about that but who wants a contract why have a contract if you dont need one you can still have insurance on your phone everything still works the same its actually way better and I really love the fact that you can go in the cricket app and change your plan anytime you want thats amazing so you dont have to have the plan with the hotspot on it you can just add the hotspot for the day or a couple days for however long you need it and then just take it off when you get on just like that and Im pretty picky Ive been with Verizon forever I didnt think anybody would be able to change me but they did!!!!!!!!

Great service.... Very attentive. Cell works everywhere. Great plans. Better than Metro PCS. Better than Boost. Cricket is on At&t towers so you get service thats most comparable to Verizon. Ive had every carrier and am happiest with Cricket!!! Nice phones good prices and all the accessories youll need. (Helpful hint, I went on Amazon and got my accessories for 1/4 the cost 😁)

Good service nice people

The staff did a good job and I only pay 30.00 for unlimited service per month. Never had a problem with the network. If you need a phone card you can go to family dollar and get one. Not bad.

Location of the store itself is a bit tough with traffic etc but the employee who helped me was great. He was personable and didnt try to sell me stuff I didnt need. Much better than the Auburn Mall location. Better selection, employees, etc.

The girl working the counter was all over the place, could finish with one person without jumping into another issue. Very poor service. Music playing so loud could hear each other talk.

Worst people!!! STAY AWAY!!! The lied to me about the plans and sold me a plan which I was not looking for.

Worst service, had a sales rep push to sell us a phone we were not even interested in. He talked so highly about the Coolpad, it is the worst possible phone ever, he wouldnt even show us other phones, or the actual phone we were asking about, he completely ignored half our questions,
