Alex was very helpful with the purchasing of 2 phones. Made sure we had all the necessary products for the phones ie chargers, cases, screen protectors. Very cordial, made my wife and I feel very welcomed. Alex showed great interest in knowing us as people and not just a customer. If you do go to Verizon on Gold Star, please ask for him, the way he does business is how it should be done. A+

DO NOT BUY HERE! We spent 3 and a 1/2 hours one Saturday with the store manager who was so nice and sweet, and we came away with 5 brand new phones. We only found out after we got our 1st bill that she absolutely lied through her teeth about what the charges would be. The 1st bill was $250 above what she promised, and every subsequent bill will be $60 above what she promised. Verizon doesnt care because the sale was completed. Do NOT let them tell you that Verizon will wave your activation fee if you call them. They have to do it there at the store. Its how they steal their commission. VERY DISHONEST MANAGER!

My friend and I were in an emergency needing to “rescue” a phone number that was canceled on an AT&T. We first tried at AT&T but the person that helped us there was not interested in going the extra mile to resolve our issue. We came into the Verizon store after talking to Alex on the phone and just the phone call alone I could see how their costumer service was going to be way better! Alex was extremely polite, patient and solicit in resolving our issue. Excellent customer service, ask for Alex!

I needed to get a new phone due to water damage. Verizon didnt have the same phone I had, naturally, but I dont think I was given a great choice of new phones. The new phone wasnt charged at all so had a very long wait for charging and transfers. My assistant was young and Im not the most technically savvy....I feel my questions were not given enough attention. And when the phone was finally given to me, I wasnt given the time to peruse and ask questions as my service person was working with another couple. I NEED TIME with a new phone as so many things are different. Ive figured lots out myself but still need to stop at a Verizon store for more help.🙁

I purchased a new phone, going from an Iphone to an Android. Alex Kontoulis, the associate who helped me, was awesome! He was very knowledgeable and very patient when I was selecting the phone. He took the time to explain each of the differences among the phones from which I was trying to choose. I felt, that because of him, I made a very informed decision. WOW ! I had a great experience working with Pete W to purchase a new phone. His knowledge was superb about phones and accessories. The store had the phone and accessories I wanted and they went above and beyond my expectations in customer service. I cant say enough about my experience. Not only was Pete W great but I found the entire team at this store to be professional. You could tell it was a team effort in this store. When I came in I was not going to buy anything but wanted to see availability of choices and then go to other vendors. When I spoke to Donovan Bloomfield he was polite, informative and clearly answered questions by providing options, etc.Without hesitation or experiencing “sales pressure” I agreed to go with Verizon mostly because of his professional presentation.I came back the next day with a couple of questions but he was not available and two different sales representatives assisted me with the answers to my questions and probably spent 1/2 an hour with me. Their names were Alex and Chris.I was, obviously, very pleased with the service at this facility.Philip Niddrie.

Was very impressed with ALEX MARQUIS who, along with JULIA, his Trainee, guided me into the latest update to suit my needs. Felt relaxed, comfortable & impressed as they were so informative & helpful. I’m a Lifelong Verizon Customer and really never had such service as I received from ALEX at the Gold Star Blvd location. I had such a great experience upgrading my phone yesterday. My sales associate was Frank, and he was extremely helpful. He walked me through everything that I needed to know with transferring the data and information from my old phone and maximized the promotions that they were offering as well. The store was extremely clean and sanitary. I highly recommend.

I have never been so appalled by a company in my life. I’ve been a customer of Verizon for 10 years and that came to an end after coming to this store. A young lady assisted me when I was looking for a phone here and she had promised me discounts and promotions. As we were ready to pay and check out, the discounts and promotions all of a sudden couldn’t apply. I was obviously one of her victims just to gain her weekly commission. So I decided to stop the transaction and signed up with a new phone service. Well I just received an email from Verizon that I owe money now. She signed me up for a phone line anyway against my consent! I don’t even have a phone with Verizon. This is a scam, fraud, and so shady. I am so disappointed I have ever been a customer with Verizon. Be very careful of the some employees who work here. I’m not sure if it’s greed or careless but it is not the proper way to run business.

I visited this store on Thursday 8/27 at approximately 6:45 with a huge issue, my screen went dark on my LG V30 thin. Ive had this phone for 22 months and was just 2 months away from the end of my contract and then going to upgrade. This was purely a problem solving visit and not a potential sale at all. I was promptly greeted by Cameron who was exceptionally nice and did everything in his power to revive my phone and/or get me a working phone that evening as I had no means of communication. After exhausting all exports he called over another salesperson, Frankie. Frankie was exceptional in every way possible including being the elite problem solver I was hoping to find. He was able to locate a comparable loaner phone that was damaged but fully functional and at no cost to me until I could get mine repaired. This type of incredible service needs to be recognized and rewarded as it is quite rare in any industry. Huge shout out to Cameron and especially Frankie for being so customer centric. Thank you so much for the outstanding service !

Swung by store for assistance setting up parental controls on my daughters cell phone. I was lucky enough to be greeted by Bryan. Our plan did not allow for this feature but he very willingly helped to assist find me an alternate app that would provide the same features. While in-store he asked about my current phone which I was not entirely happy with ie, camera, etc. He provided me with a few recommendations of either sticking with Samsung and upgrading to Note 20 or trying the LV20. I tried the LV20 but unfortunately it did not meet my daily needs and I returned today to store. Bryan was EXTREMELY helpful with processing the return and setting me up with the Samsung Note 20 Ultra. I was so happy with the service Bryan provided that I brought my daughter in to upgrade her iPhone to the iPhone 11 Pro Max. We couldnt be more happy with the service received! I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND Bryan to anyone looking for assistance with their current phone or upgrades!! Cellular Sales should be EXTREMELY LUCKY to have Bryan as a member of their team.

I had a wonderful experience upgrading my iPhone 7. Peter took over 2 hours to set up my Face ID, download my contacts, helped me shop for a case, sold me two wireless charging stations, and asked about my business.I will be upgrading two more phones before the end of this year. I won’t be going anywhere else. I cannot wait to go back.The best part is, I live in NH. I’m going to drive over an hour for this amazing customer service!!

I recently switched carriers to Verizon after many years with Cingular/AT&T. I am not an early adopter to say the least, considering my phone was 5 yrs old. The sales rep Brendan was extremely patient offering helpful advice. He asked me questions to determine how I use my phone. After much pondering, I chose the Motorola Edge + phone. I was very frustrated after a few days and stopped back at the store with thoughts of returning the phone. Brendan sat with me again, looked at how my old phone was set up and made me new phone look similar, fixed a few email issues I had and completely changed my satisfaction with my phone. Unexpectantly my husband and I had to consider a replacement phone for my refurbished Moto Z that was loosing its charge. Were not young, and hate change, especially after making payments for two years. We visited Cellular sales on 1/26, and was greeted by Pete W. We really had no intentions of purchasing anything. After Pete checked my phone, he told us about the promotions that were on for the new Samsung s21+ and other options. My husband had an I-Phone 6plus for 6+ yrs that was fine. Pete was VERY knowledgeable and so patient listening to all of our questions, we were there for over 2 hrs. In the end, we pre-ordered the S21+ for me, and my husband switched to android LGV60. We picked up our phones on 1/29, and Pete spent a few hours transferring, suggesting and explaining everything to us, hes so patient. We had more ?? so we came back on 1/31 to finish, and close the deal in order to get our credit from Samsung. All the sales personnel were so friendly, and the facility was very clean. One time I came in on the spur of the moment, because I got frustrated with the new phone features, and Pete politely stopped what he was doing, and resolved my issue. Today 2/16, I stopped in again and Pete helped me with more unknown, and showed me allot. I came to this store just to buy a charger for my phone nothing more. The customer service agent asked me who my carrier was. I was like T-mobile. Asked me what price was paying turns out they could offer me the exact same price as t-mobile and obviously they have the better service when I ran with them years ago. Only switched when it got too expensive for me. These guys were super nice and very laid back and fun to talk too. Extremely confident in their prices and literally tell you how things are going to be! Got setup with the new S8 which was an upgrade for me from the S6. Ill definitely send people there way! Theyll get there moneys worth! Good job guys!!! Side note extremely impressed with this new high tech phone and the rate of transferring all my info to my new phone regarding pics, music, apps, and contacts!!

I went to this store for a new phone in the middle of October, my phone was not recharging properly and I was going to be traveling the next day. I was going to a wedding and did not have a lot of time. I told Mike M what I wanted. A similar phone to what I had. I told him online I saw I could get a new phone for 20 monthly.He told me to get that phone I had to add a new line. He showed me a phone that looked like it would do. It was an older model and would cost 38 monthly, telling me that it was the best thing for me. Not knowing better I agreed. He wrote up the deal on his computer,when I asked for a receipt he told me that I would be able to get it online later.When I got home my wife asked me why Verizon emailed her. The email said I added an insurance for my phone. Mike did this without asking me, it has a monthly fee. He charged me 40 to transfer data, did not ask me about the fee I spoke to my son about the phone and monthly payment,he told me phone was an old model, and that the new model was better and only 20 monthlyI went back returned phone and went to another store to get the newer model and pay half of what Mike was charging.I waited for a few weeks before writing review so I would calm down because I felt I was getting taken advantage of and it would have cost me hundreds of dollars for what Mike sold me.And did not want to say anything I shouldnt

I had to go to Verizon after forgetting my screen lock password, which meant that I had to do a factory reset. I was ALREADY having a really bad day, so this was just the icing on the cake. Mike Mingolla, took care of my situation right away, I didnt have to wait, whatsoever! He was really great about reassuring me that I shouldnt lose very much, & took the time to explain why. He took the time to reinstall 90% of my apps, & even got rid of some things that were driving me nuts! He turned a really stressful situation, into a very pleasant & entertaining trip to Verizon! This will definitely be the location that I will frequent, for all of my Verizon needs! I had a good experiencebuying the phone....of course they realed me in with a good deal...once I got the phone salesman was to quick and more focused on getting the deal than offering me vital information needed about phone...for example, insurance...the limited time span allotted in order to get insurance for phone... Once I got the phone I had many issues with my phone charger.... I called to get the help needed and was not respected or helped as kindly as I was when I first got the phone.... I was told there is no manager on site and everybody was in charge at the site on Gold Star Boulevard... I literally had the phone for a month before my charger started acting up... it would not give me another charger told me I had to pay full price... Maybe I can get a little discount.... Then wouldnt give me a manager to speak to.... Not very happy with the management or phone skills with Verizon on Goldstar Boulevard.

Store is under investigation corporate. I went in to address a broken phone. Was unable to fix my problem. Thats fine, as this happens. The issue is this, they upgraded my data plan, and ordered a new phone. All without my authorization. I was fortunate enough to have checked my account on line and stumbled across these changes. Upon calling customer service, they immediately corrected my account. They also knew exactly the individual who did the unauthorized changes. As he has done this at other Verizon satellite stores.

We’ve had multiple throughout the years and are familiar with the process and expectations. Unfortunately, this store let us down. While the sales representative was friendly and engaging, he incorrectly informed us that we were eligible for a Fathers Day promotion on the IPhones. It was communicated that we would receive a “buy one get one” promotion, in which we would receive a monthly credit off of our bill, equal to the monthly cost or lease of one of our phones. Almost three months into our billing cycle, the discount or credit was not being applied. After speaking to Verizon directly, I learned that this promotion was only available to customers adding a new line, which we weren’t something the sales representative was aware of as well. Had this been communicated to me at time of sale, I may have decided to wait. Fortunately, after escalating my issue with Verizon, I was able to receive a credited discount and this was only done because of my loyalty to Verizon. I’d like to think this was honest mistake but at the cost of a new IPhone, an unacceptable mistake. I would recommend taking your business elsewhere to ensure that your purchases are accurately promoted and you do incur unexpected costs.

I had a rocky exchange on a new phone, but after a few visits I ended up with Earl assisting me. He has a great deal of patience and went out of his way to see that things were properly completed. Earl gets 5 stars, and well retail has some glitches.

Once again I found myself with a broken and fried phone! I was super stressed out and headed to Verizon. I must say I was extremely impressed! Matt Loomer was pleasant, patient and helpful. He went above and beyond to help me and make me a satisfied customer.

Rob was very helpful, and got all of my data transferred into my new phone.EDIT: that line is identity theft. I did not write it. Rob did while transferring my data. I kept it up here in case I wanted to report them to the Attorney Generals office. When I tried to follow up with the store, they told me there is no store manager, only a hard-to-reach district manager, who was quite useless about addressing this. He kept asking me what he could do to help, I would suggest something like waive charges for the new phone charge and he would tell me he couldnt do that, but what else could he do for me. I feel locked into Verizon-- after years of using their service, I dont want to switch to AT&T / Apple. But I hate that this creepy thing happened, and I will avoid getting a new phone so that I dont have to go into a Verizon store for help.

I came in really upset (I was switching my phone service due to a long term relationship ending) and Cassius was incredibly kind and helpful. I left with a new iPhone X and a new iPad and I upgraded all our lines to unlimited. Thank you Cassius!!!!

If you want the best service, you have to see Daniel Joseph @ Verizon. He helped upgrade my teenage daughter to her first iphone....we couldnt have been happier - very professional & even stayed late helping us get her set up & ready to go :)

First off this is not Verizon owned! This location is owned by Cellular Sales New England. They lie, cheat, and steal from their employees and customers! They encourage misleading and deceiving every employee and customer that walks in their doors! Stay AWAY! STAY FAR AWAY! If your looking for a Verizon store to visit and it says Cellular Sales, Dont go!!
