Highly recommend this shop! I went in with an issue with my phone and he was absolutely amazing. He took the time to explain to me what the problem what and how it was probably caused without being dismissive as I know other technicians can be. We went to this store yesterday to get my sons screen repaired. The gentleman repaired the phone. We spent $230.00. This included one repaired screen, a screen protector, and two new defender cases. One for my phone as well. My sons screen broke today. He said the phone cracked in his hands. He did not drop it. I called the store to tell the owner that we received a defective screen. He refused to replace the screen even though it failed after ONE DAY! So much for the protective screen. and defender case that he sold us! He will NOT stand behind his products. We have had roughly 5 phones repaired here over the last few years. Very disappointing lack of customer service. AVOID this business!UPDATE.. you can see his shady response below. It is no wonder he has multiple complaints about this business. He sells cheap replacements. He doesn’t stand behind his products! BEWARE OF THIS THIEF. He admits that his products have no warranty! Well, this the worst iPhone experience I ever have. Two ago, I got my iPhone screen replaced by a guy in the store. Two months later, the screen stopped working and kept flashing. I bought it to the store and he said I was out of warranty, which was completely fine. Then I said can you repair for me? He said he only can replace a new screen. Then I said it seems that the screen got bad within two months seems not fine. He said I dropped. Well, I never dropped it and he showed no respect for customer. Never go there again.

I had just gotten a used phone [iPhone 7] from a friend that had a fracture crack. I called and he said he could do it as soon as I get there. It did take only ten minutes. He was very kind and personable. There wasnt anyone else there so, I was glad I didnt have to wait in line.He asked about a screen protector since the new screen wouldnt have one. One that covered most of the screen was only $10, another that covered the whole screen was $20. I know Verizon charged us $40 for the same one! So, for $100, the phone is like new. I will definitely go back! Hopefully not too soon. LOL. I highly recommend him!

Abdul, is the best by far and wide. If you have a cracked screen like,I did then he is the guy you want to fix it. A plus service and in and out with a new screen for my phone in about 20 minutes.

I accidentally drop my phone, crack a 3 month old Samsung note 10 plus screen & LCD, 70% of screen is blank. Called multiple “large phone/PC repair shops” located inside retail sites & malls - none of them had the glass screen & LCD in stock. They notified me it would take an additional 3-5 days to fix due to shipping. Samsung stated it would take 1-3 weeks for the phone to be fixed (shipping not included) After contacting 5+ locations, drove over an hour to another repair shop who was empty handed.I contacted Elhouri Mobile, he had all the parts in stock, “first come first serve” I arrived on site, he had my Phone fixed in less then 20 minutes. This guy in unbelievable! Very professional, knowledgeable. I had my phone broken for 3 hours. You would never know that I crack the screen & broke the LCD. He does superior work, the phone look factory built. Good job! Highly recommend bringing your phone, laptop, & misc to Elhouri Mobile.

Popped by to get my iPhone 7 back camera fixed. I had dropped it on the corner where the back is which loosened one of the mechanisms causing the camera to be faulty. The guy who assisted me (forgot to get his name) was super kind and knowledgeable. I was in and out in 30 minutes. Super fast, reasonably priced. My phone went into continuous reboot and freezing up and couldnt be fixed. El Houri was able to retrieve my contact info and photos and transfered everything to a new device. He did this in little over an hour at a very reasonable cost. He explained everything he needed to do and was helpful in showing me how to back up my phone info. I broke my screen during this COVID19 pandemic. I couldnt get it repaired through my cell provider or through Apple or Best Buy or any major market. Something wrong with your phone? Dont rush to the big name cell phone retailers. Come here instead! Staff was extremely professional, patient and kind. They will walk you through everything and you dont have to sweat anything. I promise. My phone had water damage and they fixed it right up for a cheap price. Took less than an hour. And they even gave me tips on backing up my data so when I get my new phone, they will help me transfer all my information from my old phone to my new phone! I will definitely come back here again.

I went to this shop for a repair of my cracked and shattered screen. I had called first to see if he was able to fix this model (htc u11 life) as it wasnt a common model and shops usually only repair iPhone. Not only was he super polite and helpful but he was prompt and more than readily available to help. He ordered the new screen that day and when it came in he fixed my phone in less than 30 minutes. He didnt have to reset my phone, send it away, or any of the nonsense other shops have you do. EXCELLENT SERVICE. EXCELLENT PRICING. I highly recommend this establishment. I recently was in a pinch for work due to my Ipad screen getting shattered. I stopped in and was met by the owner. We discussed my Ipad, and the model, then he went in the back to find a match for my screen. He replaced the screen for me in about 45 minutes (most places told me it would be 3 -5 days) and the price was well under what some other places quoted. I will always come back here if I need to get something fixed and urge all of you to do the same.

Highly recommend. I broke the glass over my phone camera and LG wanted $20 and 14 days minimum to send it in and give me an estimate for repair. (not including the actual repair cost) I brought the phone in here and and paid so that he could order the part and 5 days later he called me when it came in. I brought my laptop to work on a paper while he fixed it but by the time I got started, the repair was already done. $40 total and it looks as good as new.

First off, I will say the gentleman was very friendly and efficient. My problem, was with the repair itself. I brought an iPhone in to have the screen replaced after closing my car door on the bottom part of the screen. The first screen he put on had a shadow in the corner. No problem, he used another screen which seemed to be ok. As I was walking back to my car, the display froze and became unresponsive. I walked back in and he hard reset the phone at which point it seemed to be fine. The next day the phone froze a few times and needed to be hard reset again. I brought it back and explained the situation. He opened up the phone and explained to me it was an issue with the flex cable from being dropped and he would remove a small retaining clip which should improve the issue (although the phone rattles now when you shake it). Now its worth mentioning that the part he blamed the issue on is located on the top right corner of the phone. I cracked it on the bottom left. I also had been using the phone with a cracked screen for several days prior to the repair without ever having any freezing issues. I brought the phone back a third time. This time I showed him a statement Apple had issued regarding known freezing issues in iPhones that had been repaired with aftermarket screens. I showed him this, to which he claimed was describing a different problem. I asked if he could put the retaining clip back in at least. He said that he would be happy to but assured me the freezes would become more frequent if he did, so I declined. Over time the freezing had gotten worse. Eventually I ran into someone from a different repair shop who was familiar with the issue and offered to take car of it at cost. Im not trying to slander anyone or discourage anyone from giving this place a try. I dont usually bother writing reviews, but I just wanted to explain my situation so others could make an informed decision. I was trying to save myself the hassle of having to drive 30 min to the Apple store, but it ended up being much more of a headache than it was worth.

Wonderful experience. After going to Apple and being sorely dissapointed, I went to Elhouri as a last ditch effort to fix my corroded macbook. He fixed it in just a couple of days (replacing the whole front of it mind you) for a low cost. He also taugh me a little bit about the inner technology and how to prevent this from happening again. So happy I found this place and will be using it in future.

When my husband came home with my cellphone; I didnt expect to hear him state the guy who replaced the screen broke his own phone to give me the sensor out of his, and at first I was really uneasy leaving my phone with someone I do not know (I have horrible trust issues with the world due to being scammed a lot in my past and ex friends hacking my phone) but dispite me being upset about possibly losing a potential second job...this guy wasnt at all bad.Thank you very much kind sir, Im sorry if I seemed impatient, if my job was better I would have gladly waited till tomorrow. Ive been in you shop earlier with a problem on the charger port. So you told me youll fix in 1 hour. After that you told me the spare circuit you had, was broken. At this moment I realize you were trying to change my mobile circuit to an used circuit.I noticed as well that on the left top corner of the screen protect was a little bit detached. So you told me its just the screen protector. But at home I could see that the problem was on the screen, not on the screen protector. Putting all together, youve tried to fix my mobile with a used circuit and youve damaged my screen!

PLEASE DO NOT GO HERE. My phone was cracked and it was not turning on after it fell so I went here because it was cheap. He said hed get back to me later that day or the next with what was going on, but 4 days passed and no call so I called him and he said he would look at it. After a couple hours he called me back and said he cant fix it because of a lose compartment.I go to another place that is licensed and professional. They tell me that none of the compartments were loose and there was actually some weird substance on my motherboard underneath a metal sheet that keeps it safe. There is no telling whether that substance broke my phone or if the fall did, but the man said that he had no business fixing that area of the phone anyway.PLEASE GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. Learn from my mistake. It may be more expensive to go to a professional, but its worth it if it means not having to get a whole new phoneEdit: you can see the anger from this “grown” adult is showing. Im going to edit this review as my situation has changed.. Mr. Elhouri was very disrespectable as I sought a refund, for PRE -PAID service which I cancelled, prior to using. I was refered to Page Plus, for the refund. Page Plus assured me that the refund was due from Mr. Elhouri..I was told, and I quote dont waste my time. Not a very professional way to run a business. I will not be returning.

I strongly encourage anyone having an issue with their cell phone to check out Elhouris. I just had my phone repaired there after dropping it in a toilet last week. Abdul had my phone fixed in less than an hour, showed me exactly what he did to fix it and why, and charged me a fair price. I am more than pleased with my experience here, plus Abdul is good people with a genuine vibe. Hopefully, I have no other issues with my phone but if I do, hands down Im coming back to Elhouris. This was unfortunately a devastating and terrible experience. I brought my cell phone in with a shattered screen to have the glass replaced. The phone had not been turned on in 9 months, so it took a while to turn on. I left the store thinking that it would take some time and I would return later in the day when the phone had turned on for Abdul to fix it.Long story short, Abdul said that there was something else wrong with the phone that would keep it from turning on (while I was not in the shop). The phone had never had issues in the past, it just had a cracked screen and I was due for an upgrade, so I had never fixed the screen because it was still working fine and I had a new phone on the way. I was hoping to fix the screen and give the phone to my mother to use, since it had been in perfect condition. Regardless, I decided to trust him thinking there must be something wrong, and I wanted him to fix the screen, so I paid for him to fix something else related to the charging of the phone.Then Abdul calls me and asks me for a 6 digit passcode. The 6 digit password feature was introduced by Apple with their software update in September 2015. I had already switched to my new phone at that point (in August) which was the first time I ever had to set up a 6 digit password. My previous phones password was only 4 digits. He was incredibly impatient, rude, and unhelpful with this issue. I repeatedly told him that I had never set up a 6 digit password on that phone. I gave him every possible password combination that I would make because he kept yelling at me to give him the password, when I knew it didnt exist. THIS MEANS that he had reset or updated my phone without my consent. Now Apple says that the only way for me to get into my own phone is to reset it, which would wipe off all the old content I had on that phone. I am very sad that I made this huge mistake by going to Elhouri Mobile Cell Phone & Computer Repair Shop and spending so much money on a phone that I now cant even get into.
