Horrible rip offs.After having a new cell for 2 days the screen broke. When I brought it in, I was charged far more than I should have paid for a replacement simply because it was easy for them to hit the pocket while in need.Then, the carrier... Boost, will provide mediocre service with no service in many areas (especially while roaming) .Do NOT EVER buy a data pack when youve used any data. They will apply the slow speeds to your data charges. So, if you use 85% of a GB, get sick of the slow speeds, then buy a data pack, you will only receive 150MB of that 1 GB data.When you contact support, they will tell you to purchase more data.If you buy the 3$ daily plan at 6 PM, they discontinue your service at 11:59 PM. Claiming that you should make the purchase at 12:01 AM if you expect a full day of service.AVOID Boost which is owned by Sprint.

Awesome guy working there!! Very helpful and very respectful! Hooked me up in so many ways! He even called metro for me and stayed on the for almost an hour to get my act info. Now thats what I call dedication!!

Good place to shop. I got my iPhone6 for only $49.99 new one. I have unlimited data and pay only $50 a month. They just upgraded their store And it looks great.

Do not go here!!!!!I had a terrible experience with a female working there. The ONLY employee there actually....AND she would NOT get off her cell phone that she was speaking into so loud that if I knew her language I wouldve had all her tea. I mean come on! Where are the professional people in Worcester besides myself?!?!?!This actually had me change my phone service!!!!! BC when I asked her for help when she put her convo on hold after I had been standing there for quite some time she basically said she couldnt help me and I had to call Boost. She was just being lazy BC I went to a different boost store and they not only helped me but gave me a discount because of thus womens actions but in the end I still left Boost BC of the horrible customer service at this location!

Disgusting. .rep was closing the store early mind u i had just called previous..when i asked her if she was closing early and why she couldnt have told me on the phone she walked away replying come during buisness hours 9_6...um its 550 seriously!!!

The worst customer service ever doesnt even look like the guy wants to be there and hes rude as hell theyll never get my service again

9/10 times i go to the store it is closed early or no one is there during business hours.
