I initially called in to AT&T customer service because my brother, my sister and I who all share a phone line have not been able to receive 2 factor authentication codes…the service “REP” Lloyd who I spoke with was completely misunderstanding what it was that We were having problems with (even after I explained it 5 different ways). He went ahead and said that he needed to reset my IMEI number and SIM card…I gave him both numbers that he requested and next thing you know my phone was OFF…absolutely NO bars! I tried anything and everything to restore my service but since nothing worked I grabbed my 4 year old and was out the door to drive to my closest AT&T store. I was sssooo happy I did not waste any more time trying to restore my service because as soon as I walked in and sat down, one of the employees (David) was wrapping up with a customer. David was already offering to help ME before the last customer even made it out the door. I walked up and quickly explained the situation, he asked me to unlock my phone and said “BE RIGHT BACK”…and he kept his word! He came right back with a brand new SIM card..popped the old one out, put the new one in and fixed the problem in NO TIME! I’m so glad I had the pleasure of working with someone who offered both FAST and AMAZING customer service! Thank you again David and also thank you to Tommy who not only listened to me vent too but also kept my little one laughing so she stopped complaining about being bored! Thanks again guys! 🙏❤️

If you want great service come to this ATT location. By far amazing, Tommy was determined and passionate in assisting us with upgrading a phone as well as a transfer of billing responsibility. During activation there was a little issue but Tommy went above and beyond to make sure that when we left everything was more than perfect. As well as Ebony for providing us with great care and conversation. And can’t forget Dave who was funny and knowledgeable as well. Great staff all around especially Tommy

The people seemed nice but I politely waited as they were busy. However, two new customers arrived later than me but were attended first and I was completely ignored. It was quite disappointing. I left quietly. However, the experience helped me resolve my confusion and I went for T-mobile instead.

To be honest the guy Tommy ended up having no clue about how to fix my problem. He seemed genuine but once I talked to AT&T on the phone I realized he only wanted the sale and I ended up almost having to pay a ridiculous amount of money..

Excellent service when I went to order my iPhone 13 AT&T store @ 453 Park Ave, Worcester, MA. I was helped by Kayla Kintchen who is very friendly, knowledgeable and professional.

I have had nothing but with problems with this company and their on line service, I was ready to tell them to take their phones back and stay with Verizon but the staff here was amazing and fixed all of my issues, one of the employees even stayed late to help us. They did a wonderful job and I am very thankful. The online help is a completely different story though.

Yesterday I was in seriously need of a phone. I contacted Alex F. from the park ave location which was a great help in opening a new line and getting me a new phone shipped. He was extremely patient with me and explain each step of the process which was helpful and gave me the confidence that he was going to take care of all the needs. He opened a line and got my phone shipped to me which I received the day after. He was friendly and knowledgeable. He help over exceed my expectations. I was left happy and pleased with my experience. Thank you Alex I love my new phone!!!

I went in and worked with a young lady name avriana she was so very nice and very helpful

Stay clear of this store..1) 1 1/2 weeks ago : Had only 1 person out in the store for customers with 2 other customers waiting for 20 min while the Manager & other workers in the back room were laughing & seemed to be having a wonderful time ..One of the customers waiting behind me didnt want to wait & left..2) 11/2 weeks later phone stopped working - I had 2 staff members @ the desk directly accuse me of getting my phone wet &/or dropping my phone...the phone was showing a total black screen..they then told me they didnt have a phone to replace my phone & I could buy another more expensive model & just pay them for the difference in price..I ended up refusing that option & had to purchase a wifi hotspot plan cuz they didnt have my phone for replacement @ their store ( I needed to use my international phone that only works on wifi no local calling) they had to search for the same phone @ other locations...They spent about 45 min trying to get my phone restarted while being distracted by the baseball game on the tv..3)I had to leave their store travel 20 min to my house get my wifi hotspot device then drive back..when I arrived back @ their location 4) I was accused by the same 2 staff members of not having bought the phone @ their store even though it showed on their computer that i had purchased the phone @ 453 Park Ave..5) I checked on line how to get your phone to work if your screen was blacked out...sure enough I tried holding the 2 buttons simultaneously for 10 seconds & voila the phone miraculously started working again..Anyone who reads this review can draw their own conclusions..ps I am still waiting to receive an email from them when they find a phone replacement ...it has already been 2 days ...

I went to the Park Ave. location and was assisted by Jason. I had an question about my plan. He quickly answered my questions and in doing so he realized there was an another issue that I was unaware of that needed attention. His attention to detail ended up saving my money!Thanks Jason for your thoroughness and going the extra mile to help when I didnt even realize anything else was wrong!

Jordan was absolutely wonderful. He informed me of the First Responder discount that I was eligible for with the First Net. I was able to get a brand new phone, tablet & smart watch with my bundle. I would highly recommend Jordan! He knows his stuff and is very personable with his customers.

The employees at this branch are amazing!! They were so very helpful, patient and searched for every possible discount they could! I walked out with a new phone and a tablet coming in the mail. I was very satisfied with how my whole experience went. I was expecting more of a hassle, and be told I couldnt get a phone replacement, but I left VERY happy!!! I had such an amazing experience on my visit to AT&T, and I owe it all to Jordan. He was very knowledgeable and helpful with anything I needed assistance with. I had a smooth experience activating three lines and adding two watches to my account. Definitely ask for Adrianna when you go in. She brought a lot of clarity to some confusion we had with corporate over the phone trying to add a new line to an existing account and was quickly able to resolve the problem and my frustration.

I can not express how amazing Kayla was. Att sent me the wrong phone and I had to spend 4 hours trying to get it fixed. Kayla was just a pleasure to be with during this time. I went in about 2 weeks ago. Called first as I was looking to upgrade and when trying to do it online, this store was not coming up as having the phone I wanted in stock.When I called, I spoke with Jordan. He was so helpful over the phone that I decided to just go into the store and just do my upgrade through him. Apparently, while I was driving there, the store got very busy. When I walked in and saw the line, I was overwhelmed. I was very impressed to realize that Jordan noticed me right away and I had an appointment, so I was next!He was helping somebody else and it required him talking to AT&T on the phone, which as any customer knows is absolutely awful and takes an insanely long amount of time, apparently even for associates.While he was trying to deal with them, and on hold, he was also putting through my upgrade.Everything turned out great. Im very happy with my new phone and was very impressed by Jordan. He is the kind of associate that you want in your stores. He is the type of associate that we should get when we call AT&T, but that is an impossible wish. Jordan knows what he is doing, he knows all about the plans and the phones, he cares about the customers, and he keeps his cool even during the chaos of a very busy, shorthanded day. 😃

I switched over from Verizon using the AT&T call center, which resulted in some problems with my account. I visited another AT&T store, but they were unable to fix the issue. I ordered a phone and plan online online only for it to be cancelled. I waited two days for a confirmation to pick up. When I go to the store my monthly bill changes and is increased later I come to find out that the employee that did the transaction with me added additional services that I specifically said no and denied to be added! Never coming back here employees are rude and unprofessional.

Only 1 Sales person available @ 4pm already busy with a customer...2 other people were waiting for service..1 person left because he got tired of waiting around after he heard laughter & people talking in the back room..the only Sales person that was attending to the customers had to go in the back thru their security door to inform the staff that there were customers waiting...about 20 minutes went by before anyone came out to help...

I went in in response to a texted offer for a free phone with trade-in. I waited almost 15 minutes for a salesperson. I told them that I was there to take advantage of the free phone with trade in. We discussed phones, discussed phone plans, I agreed to get the new phone still believing that I was getting the “free” phone. After 20 minutes I accepted a new phone believing still that I was getting the offer I had come in for, after I agreed to get a new phone the sales rep then said I owed $28 a month for my free phone. I walked out. About 15 minutes later my SIM card was canceled and I was required to make another trip to the ATT store to get a new SIM card. This was a thoroughly Awful experience and I was glad to get the ATT email requesting this review. This review has been the only satisfying part of this whole affair.

My husband went to store to upgrade our existing phones - instead of doing as my husband asked, Dave decided to add 2 new phone lines to my account because it was a better deal - it WAS NOT!!! Dave assured my husband that the bill was going to be the same, it IS NOT!!! No managers work there to assist, AT&T corporate couldnt help, I am stuck with this horrible plan that is costing me more than $100 more every month! Go anywhere but this place!!!!

The store on Park Ave in Worcester is the only ATT store I use. Yesterday I went there to Purchase a new phone after my other phone was stolen. Jordan was sympathetic to the fact that my phone was stolen. He was very knowledgeable on the products and helped me select the right phone for me. He set my phone up quickly and efficiently. I also purchased a case, screen saver and pop up, which he put on the phone for me. After saying I didn’t care for Direct TV, he took the time to explain ATTV, which I will seriously review with my husband. We also had some nice conversation as he worked. Jordan went over and above. He even came outside to sync the phone to my car! He’s a keeper!

Great customer service and turnaround on technical support at in-person ATT store!

I called but automated messages sent me to go in the store. I was scheduled for 3:00 pm. I arrived 5 min before and four customers were waiting to be served. There were only two employees and both busy with customers. I waited til 3:10 and then asked one of the guys that when I’m expecting my turn to come. He said they were running short on people so even with the fact that I was scheduled for 3:00 pm, I had to wait. 10 more minutes passed and the lady before me was still waiting. I asked the same guy if he can explain quick if it’s possible to unlock my old phone. He said they don’t do unlocking in any stores but this is done online only. Such a waste of time!!! I thought I could resolve this in the store after I tried several times filling out the form and submitting it online with no success.

Favorite store to stop into. Staff are pleasant!
