I went in for an iPhone carrier unlock and worked with Jose. The service was done quickly and they took the time to make sure things worked properly after the fact. The price for the service was a little steep, but they were upfront about the pricing and did the job very well.

Worst Place to buy or sell your electronics including phones people are very unprofessionalI bought a Xbox for my nephew and it was highly defective and upon purchasing the guy who sold it to me said it had a warranty for 30 days and when I called this morning upon the store opening I spoke with Jose who told me to call another employee and told me he’d text me his number never got back to me so after waiting an hour and not getting a response I then went to the store and explained the situation and Jose said to me at one point when I was explaining the situation to the person that works here who originally sold it to me that I just decide I don’t want things and take them back and I said to him to get his facts in order I bought this for a gift them they got another customer Involved to try and rectify if my loading his account on to the Xbox they sold me that was defective then so I waited until 1pm when I had got there shortly after they had opened I pulled up my receipt on my phone that they had sent me from clover that say 30 Days warranty unless there is physical damage from when they sold it to me the store refused to refund me my money even though it wasn’t a even a week I had to turn around and then sell my Xbox to GameStop to get my nephew a fully functional gift and ship it on top of extra cost and I attempted to contact the owner Leo also goes by Chami and he wanted me to wait a whole day for another Xbox he Had in a CT STORE INSTEAD OF TRYING TO RECTIFY IT SO HE SAID I DONT DO REFUND SO I SOLD MY XBOX THAT WAS DEFECTIVE TO GAME STOP LOST MONEY AND HAD TO SPEND EXTRA ON A GIFT AND ON TOP SHIP IT TO MY NEPHEW IN ATLANTA BAD BUSINESS AND VERY UNPROFESSIONAL PEOPLE I ALSO KNOW PEOPLE WHO SHOP HERE AMD LEAVE WITH BROKEN PHONES BE VERY CAREFUL DOING BUSINESS WITH THIS STORE I BEEN SCAMED AND DONT WANT IT TO HAPPEN TO ANYONE ELSE NOT IN MY BLOOD TO LET PEOPE BE SCAMMED!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Arber fixed my phone in 1 minute.Litterally. My screen wouldn’t turn on for days and i was locked out of several important accounts. After he reseated some internal display cables, everything worked perfectly again. Great experience! 10/10

I usually deal with the Haitian or white kid over there. This time I was unfortunate and had to deal with Jose. The guy was all over the place. Had to wait about 1 hour and a half for something that usually takes 15 min for the other guy, not only that but would constantly jump into talking with other customers while talking with someone already. When asked a question will say just give me a minute and take almost 30 min before getting back at you. Customer service aside, this guy has no idea what he’s doing with the phone. My XR just needed a screen repair. After screen repair my face id wasn’t working anymore. After minutes of arguing and paying for the “repair” I went to another repair shop where they verified that the face id cable was teared during the devices disassembly Another customer that had issues with their “repaired “ device after again arguing with such employee Jose. Jose proceeded to say “ Please do not leave a bad review, we will fix your phone at no cost “ not really sure what type of business is going down there. If I was owner would have fired this guy just for the poor work ethic alone. I see all other reviews all have jose in the center which makes me question their authenticity. Anyways not stepping in this repair shop anymore. Poor work ethic, poor customer service and BS repair.

Went there for a used phone and employee ensured me it would work and it did for 15 minutes but then when someone would call me it wouldnt ring and never went to Voice-mail there was just dead air and then disconnected. Called them to give them a chance to make it right a bunch of times and they just told me there was nothing they can do it must be the SIM card. Same SIM card in a different phone from a REAL retailer and it works perfect.

After another employee got over on my son, who was looking for a xbox one power girl l cord and sold the wrong cord and then for a higher rate than what they told him over the phone.James was very helpful in this situation and got my money back.
