Great customer service! They really went above and beyond helping me get my truck straightened out. I had issues with my ride quality and they were able to work with me and keep the cost low and sort it all out! Im doing my wifes suv next week and hopefully it goes just as smooth!

Unfortunately I got a flat tire going home. Put the spare on and tried to find a tire store. It was a Saturday at 5:30 pm and just before the holiday. Got there on my spare, however, they were completely full of customers. I was informed that they could not help me and were closing but had to finish with the customers already being serviced and would not be able to close at 6pm, their closing time. They were courteous and referred me to another tire store. Gracious staff.

I had an appointment for an alignment, was even a few minutes early was told I was next in line. However a customer came in and because he bought a set of tires they put him in front of me. This is poor customer service, I will not be back and will follow up with corporate.

Got to love Tires Choice Spent over $2,000 on tires at An undisclosed location4 months agoThey wanted to charge me to put a patch in Tires Choice As soon as soon as i told them i need a patch they said ok its a free service ifbi could give a 10 star i would and it was 20 min before closing thank you Mitch

Hello all,Sharing this review because Im from Miami and also in the freight business where every mechanic tries to take you for all you got.I am truly impressed by Steven Speyers and his team.I went there for a valve stem replacement which went extremely well.In the five minutes there he was nothing but helpful to every customer who walked in and called. The tires plus in winter haven is awesome. Steve and Terry at the front are great and the techs are superb I wont take any of my vehicles anywhere else and I have been a mechanic for more years than I want to count. They are honest and dont try to push something on you that you dont want to buy.

Ill give it 3 stars for now.and update after service.They fit me in on short notice on a Sunday. There is new staff from a year ago so hopefully things have gotten better as they did push sales a lot at this store. A++ service and price.

WILL NEVER GO HERE AGAIN!!!! Took a brand new set of wheels and tires to this location and they scratched 3 out of 4 wheels while putting on the tires 🤬🤬🤬 How is this even possible??? When confronted about it the only thing they can do is refund me the mount and balance. ARE YOU KIDDING ME!!!

Love this place. The staff is so friendly always wants to help you I have my tires with insurance on them. Any issues from my tires they do not hesitate to fix them or exchange them. When I call them and just give them the last four digits of my phone number they get me in the same day.

Daryl and Jeff were very helpful when my brothers chevy trailblazer was in need of repairs & got his ride safe for the road once again. Great place to service all your cars needs!

Went in today bc my tire leaked air. Called the day before and got all the info I needed along with the price of service. I literally walked in and walked out! 3 1/2. Hours to get 4 new tires. Told the lady I didnt have much time, she said she would get me right in, that she had 2 quick tire changes ahead of me. It was 2hours and 10 minutes before they started on mine! She keep telling me they are gonna get on it. do your self a favor go next door to pep boys

I went online to schedule my 11am appointment and picked 4 new toyo tires. The next morning they called me to confirm and let me know that they no longer carried the tires but they had another house brand tire. We arrived at 1045am to negotiate and I left my car. I returned at 1pm and my car didnt have wheels on yet. There was no real reason given but they were short staff due to Covid. I completely understand so I went to run errands. I returned at 3 and it was complete. Manager Steve and Tech DeWitt, are true professionals and are worth the wait. Steve even replaced the battery on my key Fob. The team was very knowledgeable and were full of money saving discounts that were thrown at me. Shout out to the entire team that worked on April 18th. U all rocked.

Never set up your appointment online. I did that thinking that businesses actually keep up with their online appointments. I went there and the guy at the front told me Oh, you didnt get your confirmation email did you? Then tells me, I cant take you in right now because Im busy. If you deal with your customers that way, then dont put up the option of setting up online appointments! So unprofessional! I went down the street and I was extended the assistance that I need even if I was just a walk-in customer.

They check entire car underneath for $10. Tell what wrong.

Had a recall on my tires and they replaced them without any hassles...no extra charges. Staff was friendly and helpful. Took a bit longer than I was told, but felt fortunate to not be charged a new balancing charge or disposal fee.

Great staff and exceptional timing. My wife and I went in for a plug and patch and the gentleman that handled my purchase at the register offered a coloring book for my daughter while we watched tv and waited for our repair. I will be returning

Very helpful, knowledgeable, and caring staff. We ended up with a couple flat tires right outside of Winter Haven. They even stayed open late so my hurricane relief crew could move on the road. Thanks to all the Tires Plus staff for helping and supporting us.

They should really get the times right. Called on friday was told we are open on Sunday from9-4 get there and there is a sign on door saying they open at 10. Very inconvenient am I supposed to sit in parking lot for an hr til u open.

I purchased a set of tires for my car and the counter guy helped me do the form for the rebate on the tires and also, the cabin filters in my car had never been changed (5 years) and with little money left from purchasing new tires, I purchased the cabin filters and they installed them for free. I was so happy and the car smelled so much better for the trip I was going on. Thanks Tires Plus, your great!

EXTREMELY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. THEY DAMAGE YOUR CAR UN PURPOSE. DO NOT TAKE YOUR BUSINESS THERE!!! Last year I took my car for an oil change, It took them 3 hours. I dont know what the world were they doing to my car, but they where doing something. As soon as i got my car back driving back home i notice the car wasnt running the same, it was worst. Vapors was coming out my AC vents, by the time i got home my radiator dried up, started over heating, and later find out there was a big leak in the heater core and all the antifreeze leaked on the inside of my car by the passenger side. My gut told me they damaged my car thinking Im stupid enough to go back to them for a fix. But i know better. Those people are crooks. Do not go there . They will mess up your car on purpose.

This was hands down the best tire shop Ive been to in all of Polk County. The customer service is what really puts them over the top, they are friendly and really care about helping you solve your problem. They recommend whats best for you and give honest advice. They had my tire(which no other shop could find) there by the next day and for cheaper than the dealership. They wasted no time taking care of me and my car. I will go back again and recommend you try them too. Truly great people and service!

Ive been using Tires Plus for years. I was quite disappointed in my last visit. I went in because my month old tire wasnt holding air. After waiting an hour I was told that there was a pinhole in the sidewall. Honestly I dont know how I could have put a pinhole in the sidewall, but agreed to have it repaired under the warranty. I was told that my tire wasnt in stock and that it would be an hour and half before it was delivered. Two hours later I was informed that the vendor dropped the ball and that the manager had gone to get the tire. Finally, the tire arrived and was mounted. I paid and was on my way when I get an alert that there was only 34lbs of pressure instead of 40. A tech tops it off, and as I replaced the cap I hear the hissing of air. The stem wasnt installed properly. The whole job had to be redone. When it was finally done I asked the (different) tech to make sure it was at 40lbs. Driving away, it was only 37. Decided just to do it myself. Im hoping that they were just having a bad day, but it gives me second thoughts about returning.Edit to add:Manager called to apologise and make it right. Score updated to reflect that.

Horrible experience! I was forced to pay a completely different amount than expected. I never signed or gave authorization for the nearly $400 I was forced to pay. I was without a car for nearly two full business days for a repair that I was under the assumption was a simple replacement, only to find a very different story when I went to pick up the car.After stating that I did not approve the charge of nearly $400, the representative on duty (Larry) told me that I could pay or I could leave my car.If you are going to force customers to pay to retrieve their vehicles, it should be a common and obvious practice to have the customer actually sign that they approve any charges and repairs that are taking place.I currently have an open case with Tires Plus in Winter Haven and will follow up with any changes.DO NOT TAKE YOUR BUSINESS HERE! If you do, ensure that you have an IN WRITING estimate and you are able to view and sign. BUYER BEWARE!

I used to work here and get my vehicle serviced. Since Ive left I still get my car serviced there for all my needs. Until today. The entire staff, excluding the techs are more concerned with sales then they are customer service. When I was an employee, we are told to never turn a customer away. In the last 2 days Ive been told theyre just too busy to get to me. And when you do make an appointment and tell them you need your car back at a certain time they dont acknowledge your request. I needed an oil change today, and after being turned away from their establishment twice, I finally took it to the dealership and received top notch service and was out in less than an hour; which by the way. They were much busier. I will take my business elsewhere.

Went back and spoke with Manager, as I was due for an oil change. He remembered me, honored his agreement and follwoled through with promise. I went there to have a new alternator but in they promise me they can do this kind of work. They charge me 560$ which is high..and when i.pick my car up the hood was damaged they push the hood all the way back to the window..i took my.car back up there for them to see it..the store Manger Jack ask me to get an estimate of the damage. .so i did To fix my hood it cost 1060$ and they refuse to fix it..now im dealing with the corporate office try to get this resolved...

Heres a rather unorthodox situation. My daughter and her mom live in Florida, while I live in Maryland. She had a problem with her front brakes and was forced to leave her vehicle at the shop. This is where it gets complex.......she needed me to pay for the repairs. So I call the shop and spoke with Andrew who gave me a very consise rundown of what was done to the vehicle as well as the final cost. They worked with me and I was allowed to pay over the phone using my credit card the next morning. They even emailed me a copy of the work order. So she got her vehicle back the next day without a problem. Special kudos to Andrew and Brian.

Came here while visiting legoland. Our breaks went out and we live in NW Florida and didnt want to chance the drive home. They fixed it while we enjoyed legoland and had it ready as we left the park. Very happy with our service!

I really wanted to do my oil change in Tires Plus, but when i saw that they have same tech, (Angel ) working with them, i escaped as he damaged my oil pan on my chevy truck 2 months ago, in Pep Boys next door, so i went back to Pep Boys and the surprise that he is working with them part time till now. its very weird to have same tech working in 2 competitor companies on the same road, however i went to Tire choice and asked them first if Angel is working there also before i did my oil change :)

Slow service (2 1/2 hours) and my brakes are still loud. I understand it was Sat., but I went around 9:30 a.m. and theyre werent many people there. I needed both sets of brakes, but Im not convinced that my front brakes (that they changed) were that bad. I believe they shouldve advised me that the back brakes shouldve been done first to eliminate the loud scratching noise Im still having while driving.

Avoid them all all costs. They wanted to change AC compressor at $1450 and the average cost to do that is usually $700 to $1000 nationally. Can find oil changes as well at far less cost, $20 even around the area just find them and avoid Tires Plus.

Terrible service, rude staff. Fleeced us for over $800 worth of work cause we were on vacation and desperate. Its normal for vehicles from the north to have rust and need a little more effort.

The staff was amazing, it was an older woman from Ohio and she was dope, kept talkin and very friendly and she kept calling to update me, and yea yall got my car runnin, but now a whole bunch of stuff in the interior dont work and its not feom blown fuses...

Went to tires plus to have calipers installed on my car. They gave me a written statement I signed and paid for it up front. Two days later they call and tell me the car is ready when I get there I was told that I owe another 110 for break pads. I never approved the pads they done it anyway. I argued my way out of it but I wont go back. And wouldnt recommend anybody to this place

Waited ten minutes and wasnt even greeted or acknowledged. Listened to the gentleman at the counter demean and try to talk above a womans understanding. Every time she questioned him he got exasperated. Everything on her car seemed to be toast, busted and shot.

Had a 12pm appointment for an oil changed. I arrived at 11:35 and checked in. By 12:35 I noticed my car was still parked in the parking lot. When I asked the clerk when will they start on it, she kept saying in a few minutes. When I looked in the work bay all i saw was the workers siting around eating pizza. I then decided to leave. Will not be use again or recommend.

All around fair place to get your vehicle serviced. As far I as could remember I only had a few issues at the this location one being when one of the technicians forgot to put my oil cap back on nd the other when I kept having issues on them finding out that I had purchased a lifetime alignment. But after a good azz chewing both matters were resolved. Sure they try to upsale but doesnt everyone right? So I give this place 4 star cause theres always room for improvement. Bought 4 Primewell Valera A/T tires for my 01 Tacoma on sale for less than $500.These tires rock. They did a free 4 wheel alignment check which I knew was out from the old tiresbeing worn on the outside. Then they cut me a deal on doing the alignment.
