I was highly recommended by my mechanic of the shop. I use my NPR as a work truck. They got me back to work right away with Awesome customer service and save me about $500 from other shops. They’ve been in business for a long time and that’s because they know what to do. I’m extremely satisfied with the work they completely rebuild my transmission and I couldn’t not be even happier

Just picked up my car from them. They did an excellent job and got my cars transmission rebuilt and back on the road in two days! Great price and Excellent Service. I will certainly go back to them for future repairs. I highly recommend them.

Absolutely the WORST choice for any auto repair period! Has had to rebuild my transmission 3 times in 14 months! I paid him extra at the beginning to put heavy duty parts and a shift kit so that the transmission would be better than stock. It broke down the first time within 3 months while going over the Howard Franklin bridge, I had to pay for the tow to his shop, and he charged me $295.00 blaming it on a mis-communication between the speedometer and the transmission... He still had to completely rebuild the transmission again at this time. The reverse went out within 4 months later. Again, he blamed it on my overdrive, charged me $338.00 and fixed the problem. Now here it is 7 months after the last time he worked on it and the transmission is completely broke! Of course, its the customers fault, and, coincidentally my warranty was up at 12 months. Ronnie Hendrix, the owner and operator, does not run a business of integrity that stands behind their work. Save yourself the headache and trouble and just buy a new transmission. Its usually only $200-$300 more anyway.

Simply the most honest Auto shop Ive ever been to. They are much more concerned with having you come back than selling parts and service that you dont need.But, do not judge the shop by how it looks as you drive up. This isnt Aamco or Just Brakes. This is a place with real, professional mechanics, whos experience is second to none. Ronco is the only Auto shop that I will allow to work on my car.
