I showed up on a Saturday with three sets of rims a total of 12! I asked them to take the set off my car take the tires off another set and to put on another set of rims and they were able to make all this happen in less than 30 minutes 🔥 A two-man crew rocked it out like no other! For all this they only charged me $80 which other places they wanted a hundred to even just put the tires on the rims and no other labor included. I definitely 100% recommended 💯 come meet Julian and his boy from the Bronx! Hard workers good people great value 💪😎

Very bad service I went to buy one as they damaged a caliper mounting the rubber and the rubber did not last for 4 days the rubber turned out to be rotten I do not recommend it to my enemy

I can’t say enough about the great attitudes of all of the gentlemen that helped me even though they were closing in 30 minutes. I arrived at 5:35 and left at 5:58! TERRIBLE SERVICE!!! We stopped by for a used tire & in the process of them changing the tire out, the guy broke one of my studs off then blamed me for it!! Absurd!! They refused to change my tire out until I paid for brand new studs plus $40 for “labor” on top of the cost for the used tire. Don’t come here, they’ll screw you over & they’re all about money. The customer doesn’t matter to them. Save your money & go elsewhere!!

These guys really pulled through! We unexpectedly got a flat tire while on vacation with the family. They were so fast and reasonably priced. I am very impressed!

Dont let the small exterior of yhr place fool you these guys are awesome and professional. I found myself with a flat tire so I brought it to 863 tires. Talk about awesome service I was cheerfully greeted in the drive and after showing them my concern they immediately got busy fixing my flat tire. They looked to be a fairly busy shop but these guys are professional courteous and quick, I was back on the road in no time. Ill definitely keep bringing them my business.

I bought inner and outer tye rods they put them on for me and charged a 150.00 not bad but i had to get a front end alignment with computer and was told that my outer tye rod had been stripped took it back to the people who fixed it the first time they r telling me its not stripped and tried to show me if i knew what i was looking at i would not need them they dont want to own up to their mistake i dont have a lot of money to get things fixed like this so when i do i would like honest people to take pride in their work and if they mess up step up and fix it

The Tired Shop really looked out for me right at closing time. I called with only minutes to spare to come in and get my brakes and rotors changed, and they were nice enough to stay open so I could get that taking care of. Service was very fast too. I would strongly recommend coming to them for your business. And they ate very fair with price

We needed new tires on our GMC and have been dreading it. The last two places we have been for tire rotations tried to sell me rims, said ours were bad. Took it here thinking that we was in for a huge payment. They were the best prices for tires of all the places we checked and when finished they informed us that our rims were fine. Saved us a lot of money. We highly recommend!!!

Loved my experience here. I drove an hour from Orlando to come here because I trust the guys here. Called and spoke to the owner, Juan, on Wednesday and he was able to order my tires and tires for my mothers car and have them next day. Went out there on Saturday around 10 am and we were driving away at 10:45. The guys replaced 4 tires on my moms car and two on mine. Very happy and very polite staff. These guy should join a NASCAR Pit-crew. Will be back for any tire needs I may have in the future. Solid work, courteous service, and they care about your time.

My wife went here and bought two used tires from this location. I decided to bring this into my mechanic as it had terrible speed wobbles. Found out that the two tires were never balanced (how do you not balance a tire after installation? Thats like the basic of basics?) But the worse part was two giant gashes on the inside wall of the front passenger tire. You could have killed my children with this, this is one of the most shady things I have ever witnessed with a Mechanic in Florida. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS STORE, YOUR LIFE MY DEPEND ON IT!

My camber is off on my back tires so I go through tires lmao. Thanks for all the help! I asked what it would cost to fix the camber, he laughed then told me how to do it at home since he was pretty honest about how much it would cost versus me just doing it myself. My second time dealing with 863 first time my wife had the car and a flat they treated her with respect and did what i was unable to deal with being at work myself tires were very affordable about 100$ less then the quotes from other places in and out in under a half hour and got to pat there very friendly dogs while i waited i will continue to do business with the crew at 863 tire

No stars really. They sold me a bad used tire & tried to take it back to get another one. They told us we had to buy a new tire but we went to Corner Tires in Dundee who we always deal with because they treat you right. We just couldnt get a ride there that day but needless to say Corner Tires is definitely being our store from now on.

Told me they had 2 tires for my rear tires then after mounting 1 tire (in which I heard a loud pop in the process on rear passenger side) they told me they only had 1 tire for me, so I left still needing another tire I which I called 5 minutes ahead of getting there. To further anger me about this experience immediately upon leaving my (!) tpms light came on indicating they tire they put on could not even monitor I went back to tell them they said sometimes those things go out. That’s BS they broke my tire pressure monitor sensor and tricked me into buying one tire. Dishonest and clumsy. 0 stars!!!!
