Disappointing experience!Saw a used truck online and reached out, almost a week now of requesting pictures of the inside of the truck since they have very limited pics posted and multiple emails and texts with the sales person Miguel Mendez and I still havent gotten to see what the inside looks like. I live almost 2 hours away, terrible service. I never asked for a discount or any special treatment, hell I just wanted to see the interior and I would have given him a cc over the phone. Pretty simple process but the lack of customer service makes me think twice now about the truck or spending my money there.

I had a nice experience at Winter Haven Honda! Rodney was so knowledgeable during the test drive and Marco was a saint with all my questions during pick up of my CR-V. No heavy pressure sales tactics...refreshing after experiencing that everywhere else. There were a few times when I was told something that wasnt quite true later. Only 4 stars because it would have been nice if the gas tank had been filled up instead of less than half a tank in there, especially after I was told it would be. Yeah, I know its a small thing, but it was a gesture that would showed a little appreciation for my business. 🤷🏼‍♀️

So I made an appointment for an oil change and tire rotation. When all was done and I was leaving, my tires were making a loud noise and felt wobbly. It honestly didn’t feel safe to drive. I ended up making another appointment and taking it back a few days later for inspection and told them what the problem was and how my vehicle was working perfectly fine before they serviced it. After an inscrutable amount of time later, one of the workers comes back to tell me that my front wheel bearing was completely bad then proceeded to try and pressure me to get it fixed at their dealership right at that moment for a small price of over $1100. Now I know nothing about cars but i do know they were trying to pull a fast one on me. I decided to go elsewhere for an inspection and turns out that there was NOTHING wrong with my wheel bearing. My tires just needed balancing after the rotation. Oh and I forgot to mention that when Honda were taking my car apart, they didn’t properly refasten my undercarriage, so it was scraping on the flipping ground. So all in all, I ended up paying less than $30 for something they told me would cost over $1100.

These clowns charged my wife $330 for a new key to her 2011 Accord. They are con men and cannot be trusted. They will take advantage of anyone in the blink of an eye. Regal Honda charges $150 and Brandon Honda charges $250 for the same key. Keep your hands on your wallet at Winter Haven Honda. Notice all their glowing reviews are from people that just have a single review completed, or just a handful. Sketchy.

On 12/20/20 I drop off my CR-V for filter and oil change. You bring your Honda vehicle to Winter Haven Honda with the confidence they will use Honda original parts. But this not case, they are ripping off customer with generic parts, instead of genuine parts. Happened to me. They installed a NAPA oil filter instead of a Honda genuine filter. I call and try to talk to General Manager, Service Manager. But nobody is available, nor they return your call. They are ripping off your money. If you are Winter Haven Honda customer, better verify the work they do before you leave the dealer.

I have 2020 Mazda CX-5. I get a physical mail piece stating $39.95 oil change for most vehicles up to 5 qts is available for my car at this Honda dealership. I call to make an appointment. The woman Angel who answered the phone call is not aware of such promotion. She puts me on hold 5 times in a row to find out answers. She then schedules me for the next day. I arrive 15 minutes early. Noone pays attention to me for over 10 minutes. Then an advisor comes over and states that the price is for Honda vehicles only. I say the advertisement doesn’t mention Hondas only. The advisor changes his story stating that’s for everyone, but my vehicle will be extra because of the oil, filter cost and the pandemic. I say their mail piece is a lie to the clients because my car takes 4.75 qts. THE ADVISOR RAISES HIS VOICE AND CALLS ME A BUDHEAD.IF YOU ANYONE WHO LIKES TO BE CALLED THAT GO AHEAD AND COME IN. EVERYONE WHO BELIEVES THAT IS UNPROFESSIONAL AND DISRESPECTFUL DON’T BUY AND DON’T USE THEIR SERVICE. NOT TO MENTION HONDA IS RATED A 7TH BEST USA VEHICLE RIGHT NEXT TO HYUNDAI ACCORDING TO CONSUMERS REPORT MAGAZINE DATED YEAR 2020. So guys buy Mazdas and not Hondas with their horrible sales and service. Thanks

I contacted this dealership about a vehicle posted on their internet site priced at $7421. They sent an email confirming that price. Upon arrival, the car had a dent in the bumper, damage to the fender, the driver’s headrest was coming apart, the mirrors could not be adjusted and the interior needed detailing. Most of this was minor or cosmetic so we were still willing to purchase the vehicle.After speaking with the sales person, he came back with a price tag that was almost $10,000! The sales price of the vehicle magically jumped to $7900. When I asked why, I was told because of maintenance to get the vehicle ready for sale.Winter Have Honda was unwilling to fix any of the issues with the vehicle and the taxable fees on this now $7900 car were $979 not to mention the other fees that significantly increased the price. The problem with the sales tax specifically is for my county in Florida, sales tax on vehicles is 7%. The math was not adding up.We walked away. never again will I patronize this business. They are completely unethical and trying to get over in any way possible. When customers walk through the door ready to buy a vehicle and the company treats them in such a manner, I don’t know how they remain in business.

I feel like I was robbed lost my car keys. To my Honda. Needed new ones. Had a valet key that only open doors turn ignition nothing more. Thinking I was gonna get a fob and key as she said I would. I got my valet key back with no fob 225.00 later. And they said you will never get a key fob. For that vehicle, Use you key. Got 1 Amazon 17.00 Thanks Amazon.

DO NOT purchase a vehicle from Winter Haven Honda!! I highly recommend to go somewhere else. My wife and I we’re pre-approved with Midflorida for a loan. The finance manager informed us that that they would file a “soft inquiry” on our credit report. Well, apparently, it was a “Hard inquiry” after I told them to not re-run our credit. Also, the finance manager inputted the wrong information and screwed up our entire loan. We have been on the phone with Midflorida trying to fix everything and Midflorida is saying everything on the sales side was entered incorrectly. We told WHH to cancel our purchase and we will buy from another dealer. They are running a circus at Winter Haven Honda and we are NOT happy with them. Please go somewhere else to buy a vehicle!!!

Stop by Winter Haven Honda on Saturday to look at a vehicle for my daughter. When we got there the vehicle we were going to look at was in the process of being sold. However Macro showed us another nice Acura. While looking at this car Mike came by with an even better suggestion. Had a lot to think about since this was not the car we thought we were going to get. Called them on Sunday to look at the Acura again. Mike was on his way out the door to go home for the day. He stayed an hour and a half to wait for us to get there. After we looked at the car a little more thoroughly we decided to buy this car. By the time we were done it was well over 3 hours that he stayed past his quitting time just to make sure we were happy with our purchase. He was very up front with everything going out of his way to make sure we were happy with every aspect of the purchase. Will definitely buy another car from Mike or Macro at Winter Haven Honda in the future.

Worst experience I’ve ever had at a dealership, some man named Justin, arrogant and to high held to be on a sales floor. The place refused to negotiate price on a used vehicle. Claimed to put in a new engine on a vehicle with over 150k miles. Go next door to Hyundai. Got a better price and 20k less miles. HORRIBLE DEALERSHIP.

Another awesome experience. Ive been leasing vehicles from this dealership for about 12 years or so. Sometimes two at a time. Same Salesman Jacob Gluck every time. Due to Covid 19, Jacob is working from home but is always on his game. He notifies me when lease deals and specials are available and had already traded me out of 36 month leases in 30 months or less sometime. He had me work directly with Matt Lewis. From Thurs night at 6:30 pm thru a few texts, we had insurance changed Fri morning and emailed a few forms back and forth and I drive away from dealership by 4:30 Fri afternoon. Oh and I only arrived there at 3:30. 45 total minutes in and out, including signing finance paperwork, and getting a tutorial on new vehicles features. They offered to bring new vehicle to me and take trade back to the dealership. This is EXCEPTIONAL service beyond even my expectations. THAT is why I continue to do business with this dealership. Another great job. Everyone hates the haggle and hassle of new car buying. Trust me, at this dealership, they will treat you fairly. They dont want to rip you off into one car, they want to make you a life long customer and sell you multiple cars. We just traded into my 11th car. A 2020 CR-V from a 2018 Honda Accord Sport. All the sales people and other workers are friendly and accommodating.I worked with Napoleon and, let me tell you, he was seriously the nicest, most stress free salesperson I have EVER worked with. He let me look around the lot and test drive a couple of vehicles before I found one I liked; and the whole time, he was so so patient and helpful in showing me the features of each vehicle. My leasing office for my trade in was closed, so he and the GM John offered to let me take in my potential purchase home for the night for an extended test drive.The next morning, I went back to the dealership to finish talking numbers and Napoleon fought hard for the best deal for me! He and his GM were just so kind and genuine.Stephen processed my paperwork and was super friendly as well. I own a Toyota and I bring it here for service because the advertised price is what you pay. When I had gone to Miracle Toyota, the service price was not as advertised and ridiculous customer service.Winter Haven Honda has never tried to talk me into more service than what I went in for and the staff there is friendly and professional.

We were so pleasantly surprised with our experience at Winter Haven Honda. We were interested in the 2018 Honda CR-V EXL. From our first contact with Mike Davis, we were very pleased with his follow through. After we contacted him, he reached out to let us know the vehicle was available and asked when we could come in. Before long, we received a video walk around of the vehicle highlighting the exterior and interior. We went in later in person driving almost an hour. Mike went over the new vehicle and arranged to have our trade in appraised. This was a very easy process compared to previous car buying. One factor that sealed the deal was that we had just bought a Pilot Elite AWD four days earlier at another dealer. No one at the previous dealer explained anything on it to us. Not only did Mike explain all of the features on the CR-V I was buying from him, he even got a Pilot Elite from the lot and went over the features on it for us!
