Definitely recommend this store and delivery service. Just moved to town and wanted to replace our old, horrible mattress. Chose Mattress Firm for its location and good prices online. Randall was very friendly, educated me on different beds. Took his time listening to my needs. In two days we got our delivery and on a Sunday which was great. The delivery crew called me to let me know they would be early, the guys were professional, courteous and took time to explain the features to us and had everything ready in 15 minutes. I will be back to get a mattress for our spare bedroom soon. Thank you!

Great experience! We went I. The store so we could “try out” the mattress and then the associate ordered the RV version and had it sent directly to my home without a shipping fee! Just saw online that it will be delivered tomorrow - just a few days after we ordered. Great experience! The associate in Wilmington NC store was great!!!! So helpful and kind. Just bought a mattress at the mattress firm in Monkey Junction yesterday. Since, I havent stopped talking about how awesome the whole experience was, thanks to H. Randy. When we walked in, he greeted me and aimed to find out what I was looking for before turning his attention to my partner. I sincerely appreciated that he showed so much consideration towards me, right from the start.We had no idea what we were looking for, and Randy was more than patient and happy to help is in figuring it out. Im the most indecisive person in the world, but within 20 minutes of walking through the door, Randy had already figured things out and led us to a mattress that was absolutely perfect.After falling in love with the mattress and telling him it was hundreds of dollars out of our price range, he went straight to work finding a solution, working the numbers on the mattress with different frames. He was determined to find a way to send us home with the perfect mattress. He didnt even bat a lash, knowing that was going to effect his commission on the sale. He was nothing but helpful and thankful to us for making the purchase, the entire time.Im so thankful that we were able to get such a fantastic mattress with the budget we had, and just as thankful to H. Randy for everything that he did to make it happen. This was hands down the easiest and most enjoyable purchase I have ever made.

They had a good deal on the mattress, name brand Sleepy, and it was in stock & available quickly. My daughter loves the mattress, which is plush and if you like to sleep cool this is a good choice. On the other hand, their covers are very overpriced and they push them hard. I would just get one at Walmart for $30-40 bucks.

Our second experience w Mattress Firm in Wilmington on Carolina Beach Road..our salesman was very knowledgeable and listened to our needs and gave us great choices. We Never felt pressured to buy anything. Our new mattress will arrive this week; so will comment later on it, however; last time (pre-pandemic) we ended up exchanging our new King mattress within the time frame w no problems! Very Happy with that purchase and that’s why we returned to get a new queen for our spare guest room.Would recommend them if your looking for a new bed!

Very good service from Kristen. Easy to get in and out in a reasonable amount of time. Only negative is how lousy the store looks at the front desk. Walls in disrepair and need painting, carpet needs to be replaced. Looks really shoddy.

My husband and I have been married for 42 years needless to say we have been through a lot of mattresses. The minute we walked in we were greeted by Randall. Very informative, no BS, no pressure. Excellent no pressure buying experience. The friendly and knowledgeable sales staff answered all of my questions and never pushed me to make a purchase before I was ready. They have a price match guarantee, which they honored willingly. They also gave me a full tutorial on the adjustable base, which I never thought I wanted and now wonder how I ever lived without. Very helpful but....didnt have what we needed, then was called and told it was there and to pick up next day and when we went to pick up they didnt have it and now we are waiting a few days. Still unsure when we will receive. Everyone was very nice and helpful just not happy with the follow through on receiving merchandise.

May take longer than absolutely necessary to get every thing situated. May or may not deliver you dirty mattress with a hole in it. May or may not take up to 20 days for a response following damaged mattress delivery.I took the risk and I lost was my time and a good nights sleep for 3 weeks. Fortunately, the merchants mistakes were fixed. Contact was non-existant for first 2 weeks.Mattress is good quality though.Personally after what I dealt with, I wouldve been much more content getting a cheaper, lower quality boxed up mattress. At least it would have been damaged free, correct, and on time.

My wife and I were looking to replace an older mattress with the same type but current model. We went into Mattress Firm and talked to Charles. He knew the current model which was a Sterns & Foster Hurston. It felt like home. However we did try many other mattresses to see if any were better. We would have bought it right away but had an appointment I had to get to. I called the next day and purchased over the phone. Charles sent me a link to complete the payment transaction. It was a very easy process. Charles was friendly, professional and very knowledgeable. The store was very clean and organized. We would recommend this store And salesperson to anyone.

We just stopped by to check out the beds at Mattress Firm after picking up a few items from Lowe’s just around the corner. The salesperson was very polite and helpful and allowed us to try out a few mattresses. We found something that we liked and we were surprised at the great price so we ordered a bed on the spot. The next day I called Mattress Firm to inquire about getting a platform bed frame that had higher clearance than the regular frame so we could store things under the bed. The salesperson was a different person than the day before and he texted me a picture of the platform bed frame. My wife and I were both pleased with what he sent us so we ordered that instead of the frame and box spring. He then informed me that I would get $120 returned to my credit card. I was pleased with how everything went. We expect the bed to be delivered tomorrow. I will provide feedback after we receive the bed.

Very nice people here. Very considerate and helpful when selecting a mattress. They are also extremely kind and know a lot about the different pillows and mattresses they are selling. It took a little while for me to get my mattress but they made it worth wild and an enjoyable experience every step of the way.

WOW ... Amazing customer service. Upon my my first visit, George the store manager was so patient and informative. He expressed how important it was that their customers felt rested after waking up on one of their mattresses. Then they explained their amazing return policy. I made my choice had the mattress delivered and after sleeping on the mattress for a month I realized I had purchased one that was way to soft. Just like their store advertises. I was able to switch it out for another one while only paying a delivery fee. Afterwards I even had another issue that George took care of immediately. I cannot say enough good things about this store. If you need a mattress look no further. Go see George !
