This place has so many sales. I went in for one things and came out with more than I could carry. I was so happy that I had another person with me. The ace is clean and neat and the clerks wipe down everything between customers. Love it.

If I could give this store zero stars, I would. I had the worst experience here and I will never return. I had a wedding registry present that I needed to return. I brought the receipt included in the package, and my unwrapped gift. I approached the returns counter, was not greeted, and was met by a very confused employee. Eventually, another grumpy employee noticed she could not figure out how to return the item. Eventually, they couldn’t figure out what they were doing and decided to return it as a gift without a receipt (even though she was holding my matching receipt). Well, my gift worth $39.99 was taken and a store credit of $17 was given to me. I said, hold on, this is listed at $39.99 on my registry, why am I only getting $17 back? The employee shrugged and said that’s what they’re worth. Seriously? So I go to pull up my registry. However, instead of solving the problem she tells me I have to step aside while I look for the price on my registry. Then, once I find it, I have to get back in line. I get sent to a different cashier at this point (she was a lot nicer and more helpful) and immediately called her manager to help solve the problem. We explained our situation and she went to go look into it. She comes back saying that’s the price we have to accept, because that’s the purchased price? Even though our registry says the gift is worth almost double what we received back. She calls the first cashier over and LIES about the way she rang us up. I am seriously so livid. I will never shop here again, and I am moving the remainder of my registry to a different site. I will not support a company who treats their customers this poorly.

Went to BBBeyond today to return a shower curtain I had bought for my daughter that she didnt need since shed bought one without me knowing. I had paid cash for the curtain and had already thrown out the receipt. Who would have kept a receipt for a plastic shower curtain? When I returned it today I was made to feel that I had done something wrong by not paying with a card nor keeping the receipt when I bought it. I couldnt even get the full value of the item because the manager said I didnt have proof I didnt use a coupon. Wow, terrible, rude customer service. Mind you this was Christmas Eve. I did not get any smile or Happy Holidays greeting. Just a suspicious attitude from the manager. I spent the credit quickly on something else and high tailed it out of there. Such a shame since the store has great products. I will NOT go back.

Went in at 5:30, looking for a pillow. When we got to the front desk, there was someone being helped and another person was behind the desk presumably doing go backs. About 10 minutes later, we put the pillow and the cart back and the person doing go backs rudely asked ‘can i help you with something?’. Unfortunate considering I was ready to buy that pillow. Will have to get it somewhere else.

Love Heather. I had a bad hip and stood on line while she help the person with purchase . The nicer Heather was the more rude the person was rude to her. (repeatedly) The customers were not happy with the lines either and was talking rude to each other about the line. I remained quiet when it was my turn,she greeted me as though it never happened. Thats why people should be kind. To me..this is a great person she has to work for everything and take that to. She is not paid enough for that. Ive only been in 2 locations and one was in CA before covid. This store is kind of busy for covid traffic..not a lot of space to avoid getting too close to others especially if you want to leave without making a purchase cuz the set up looks like the way to the exit/ entrance is blocked by the cashiering line.

I found everything I needed. Checkout was fast.

Members + program isn’t the coupons you get in the mail; will ask for you to do your email and set up a password; comes to the billing inquiry address information and their is payment; target has practically 2 one you have to pay; bed bath and beyond isn’t really like Costco nor Bj’s nor Sam club!!!! Their king of membership!!

So sick of being asked for my email and phone number. Every time I come in the cashiers ask for it, no body wants to give out information like that.Also, not enough staff in the store! Had to walk around multiple laps to find someone to help me. All employees were busy, but when I got help, they were very nice. Maybe with more employees the store wouldn’t be so messy as well.

I placed an order 12/18/20. I got an email 2 hours later saying that my order was delayed. Then I got an email saying my order was cancelled and my card will not be charged. My card was charged and the charge is still there. Ive called the customer service line, after holding over 10 mins and was told that they dont see the charge on their end and there is nothing they can do about it. I asked to speak with a manager multiple times and the CSR insisted it wouldnt matter but she finally said she will try to get a manager and now have been on hold for 5 more mins waiting for the manager to be available. This is my first and last time ordering anything from Bed, Bath and Beyond.

I am totally impressed with the customer service from the minute I walked in the door until I made my purchase and left. I am disabled and use a cane. There was a cart available the minute I walked in the door. I inquired where diffusers were and was given good directions. A young man came up asked if I needed further assistance. I wanted to look at pillows and bath mats. He walked with me and showed me exactly where they were located. I food a beautiful diffuser and a perfect memory foam bath mat. I got in line behind a lady with quite a few items. A young lady at another register asked to come to register: she was so cheerful and quick it finished off my perfect trip to Bed Bath and Beyond. I seldom shop anymore because it is so difficult because I am disabled and cant spend too much time on my feet. I had a very pleasant and successful trip due to outstanding service.

Was able to find a microwave potato cooker there. Cant wait to try it out.

Good selection and prices. Shopping after 9 pm. Still a lot of employees around to help. Not rushed. Cashier was a little unfriendly but it was late. Everyone else very helpful

Theres a lot of various interesting and useful merchandise to choose from, which is nice, but the display areas are quite crowded, and that makes it more difficult to decide precisely what you want.If more than one shopper enters an isle to browse at the same time it can definitely get too close for comfort. I found myself moving to the next isle sooner than I wanted to several times just to put some breathing room between myself and the next shopper or shoppers.On a more positive note, I found some great deals in the markdown sections !

Like all other places you should be able to call up the same type of coupon you get in the mail 20% off on everything instead of 20% off on one item. I was in my husbands truck and he did not have any. So now have to come back with the sales slip if I want the 20%.

Large selection of items for your household and some for your business. Lot of personal care items and miscellaneous items and one large selection of candles. The place was clean the bathrooms are clean and also the employees were very helpful and knowledgeable about products. Friendly environment also a friendly staff and very helpful. I give this place a 5-star rating and planning on going back.

Really great store, with some great people in it. The only exception to this is a worker who goes by B.A. . I never leave google reviews, and if I am to, it is out of joy, not of concerned. This employee was one of the meanest, unhelpful, and snarky people I have ever met. I left a retail store feeling rattled, which should not happen. Service in any retail is mostly just a quick grab and go, and a few polite exchanges, but this was just someone reflecting inner negativity out on positive beings; I post this hoping this issue will be brought to attention and reconciled.

I believe they have every kitchen gadget and small appliance that has been ever created. Aisles are narrow and wall shelves are about 8 ft high. If you have at least a half day and like to browse, this is a very enjoyable place to shop. Something new at every turn. If youre looking for a specific item, youll probably need to ask for assistance. I love this place.

Love the fabulous service at the Wedding Registry desk. Why would you not let them take care of the whole wedding gift buying process for you? Also ship it to the brides front door at no charge! So easy and fast!

Prices are great, islands are sometimes crowed keeping social distancing is difficult. No one at the entrance was taking account of people inside of the store.

I like the bargain finds and the 20% discount as member for everyday purchases. I like the coffee kcups sale. I like to look at the new items for the bedroom and bath. I just bought the best super fan for my living room, it keeps the AC from running all day during the 90 degree weather. I like the candle section. I bought the door screen which is well worth the cost, holds up for more than 1 year with pets running in and out. Magnets hold great. I bought soft sheets from here. Actually, you could stock your entire home and not need to shop elsewhere.

Its ok but a little pricey

I would have given it 1 star if it wasnt for the outstanding employee who helped me last time. For some reason, there have been many miserable employees working over the past year. Unless you happen to run in to one of the handful of helpful, cheery employees, you are much better off shopping online or somewhere else.

I have never met such rude and less than helpful workers. Charged us for things we didnt buy, didnt let us use our coupons, were not helpful in finding products, and didnt respond when wishing them a good day. I never complain, but their rude and disrespectful attitude warranted a negative review. I will go to Jacksonville or Fayetteville Bed Bath and Beyond from now on.

Should be called bed bath and ABOVE and beyond. I have a hard time expressing just how pleased I was with the customer service manager at the Wilmington site. There were passer bys that just stopped and listened to the answers to the questions I had. Later I saw THEM with the same product in THEIR shopping cart. Text book definition customer service = textbook definition satisfied customer. Ill tell all of my friends about this and tell them all to shop here! :-)Johnathan.

One of my favorites stores to hunt for good deals.

I went in to Bed Bath and Beyond today looking for a few things and stopped a couple ladies that looked like they worked there to ask for help finding something. I was floored at how rude and unprofessional one was, dismissing me and telling the other to take care of me (I believe her words were Here, you take care of him and find me when youre done) and walked away rolling her eyes as if I was an absolute bother and inconvenience to her (I just needed to be pointed in the right direction) Come to find out, that was the STORE MANAGER, AMBER as I was informed by the cashier) Now I hate to leave one star as Joanne, the associate that helped me, went above and beyond- showing me where things were and helping me find out where to purchase something they dont carry. I was so delighted by her I almost forgot about my encounter with her manager. Most people dont care once its beyond their inventory but she did a quick google search, made a phone call to a local Ace hardware and got them to hold exactly what I was looking for till I got there. Unparalleled customer service. 5 stars to Joanne, pitiful that she must work under someone like Amber.

I love Bed Bath and Beyond! I wish their coupons were 20% the entire purchase (like the good old days), but alas...it is what it is!

This store can be overwhelming, but all the employees are friendly and knowledgeable and proactively approach you to ask if you need help. They also did a price check for me since a lot of things are not labeled. Would return!
