Needed a good bed for my hip but was on a strick budget Candace and Chris were amazing they helped me find the right bed and then found it in clearance which saved me over 1000$ so I could get an adjustable base to lift my legs too. Cant wait til its delivered tomorrow...

Richie was an awesome and knowledgeable salesman, and at no time did I feel like he was “selling” me on anything. He presented the products to me and allowed me to make my own decision as to the best fit for myself and my wife. I would absolutely return again for any mattress needs I have. Went into buy a mattress this morning. I chose what I chose based on personal needs. It should be delivered on Sunday just after Christmas. Hopefully everything goes smooth with delivery and setup. So far Im happy!I came back on 9/25 purchase another mattress using the same associate. He did an excellent job setting us up with the proper mattress, cant wait to get it!

Talked to a guy named Chris who was very helpful with what we needed for our kids first mattress. We went in knowing pretty much what we wanted and helped us to get exactly that. On top of that we bought ourselves a new mattress, not at any point we’re we pressured or swayed on our purchase. He even helped us make sure we didn’t break our budget and we’re extremely thankful!

Mattress Firm in Mayfaire was the 1st mattress store on my long list of places to go to begin my search for the perfect Mattress on Labor Day morning.Thankfully they had an amazing selection of mattresses at the same price as everyone else!Christopher was great. He explained the difference between Hybrid, Memory Foam and traditional mattresses to help me make my choice.Then he left me alone to let me test them out.I went between 3 Hybrids. It took a while. But I finally chose the Sealy Posturpedic Silver Chill.I highly recommend this store. No pressure, highly knowledgeable staff and they have a clean bathroom!!

We just bought a new Tempurpedic. Our current Tempurpedic we have had for just over 25 years and was one of the best buying decisions we ever made. I wrote a check for the two mattresses and their bank had to verify my identity which I do understand. However, after 5-10 with all my information on their computer the salesman and I hung up. Then he tried to use my credit card and it took him 3 times to do it correctly and for it to go through. Something about him putting in the information as a quote rather than a sales. Because all of my information was floating out on the internet I came home and stopped payment on the check. I will be calling my bank tomorrow to see how many charges are on it from Mattress Firm.

Charles helped my son and daughter-in-law about two months ago get them a great bed and now he’s helping us!

Today we went into the store 30 minutes before the store was closing - Father’s Day festivities had us behind and I HATE being those people, but Sean was more than willing to show us all the memory foams and made sure we left happy with our choice. There are 3 locations in Wilmington, but this one is the newest and I’m sure also the best! Great experience all around.

I will admit, I was not looking forward to dealing with sales people in multiple furniture stores. My first call was to the Mayfaire Mattress Firm. Where i spoke to the store manager Charles. Charles was answered all of my questions and concerns over the phone. He even recommended, I should bring in my mother; who the new bed was for. As it would be her bed. As I called around other stores. I did not receive the level care, Charles put for in making sure I was satisfied in my answers and concerns. Long story short, we went to see Charles first and he was the last stop. There was no other reason to go anywhere else. His level of knowledge and caring is unlike anything I have dealt with in buying anything. We spent a little more than anticipated. But once he explained how and why it helped my mother, it was a no brainer. We bought my mother a hybrid and an adjustable base (we had no idea the benefits this would bring). Mattress Firms delivery team was also very professional, polite, and ON TIME. She has been sleeping comfortably through the night for about two weeks now and loves her bed. She can actually get in and out of her bed by herself now. All I can say is. Charles thank you for all you did to help and you and your family be blessed.
