I’ve been looking for a coach since October. A friend recommended Mattress and Furniture Liquidation. I was skeptical because I knew companies have limited inventory. Also, I’ve experienced the high pressure sales people who want a sale without customer service. All my skepticism disappeared!! Nina was my salesperson. She didn’t pressure me and answered all my questions. She was personable and friendly. She gave detailed information about the items in the showroom. After I made a decision, she even encouraged me to think about it. She told me the sectional was available for immediate delivery!!! Well, I didn’t have to think any longer. A few weeks ago I was about to move to a new place and knew i was going to need a new bed. I did a Google search and kept coming back to Mattress and Furniture Liquidators so I decided to go visit them after I got off work. Im so glad I did. Eli greeted me and listened to what I thought I was looking for. To make sure I was getting what I would be happy with, he called his boss over to assist. Between the 2 of them I was able to find a mattress/platform set along with a head board and night stand. I actually went in looking for a twin bed because I thought my room would be too small for anything bigger. I had a picture of the room on my phone and showed it to them. They assured me a full size would work and guess what? It did and I still have room to move around. My only minor disappointment was that the brackets ordered for the platform were not the correct ones but I have to say that the delivery guys made it work. It may not look perfect but thats ok. Everyone from the boss down to the delivery guys made sure everything was to my satisfaction. The bed is super comfortable and they were able to work out an amazing deal for me. Thanks guys and Ill keep you in mind for future furniture needs.

We don’t normally do public reviews but we have to give Nina 5 stars. We were looking for a king bed for a beach rental property - something nice but not too expensive. She was fantastic!! She showed us several options and then we found exactly what we wanted in the back warehouse. We bought it at 5pm and by 6:30pm they had it delivered and set up! Everybody was very helpful and great to work with! Totally recommend and will definitely come back.

I have been all over the world it seems like and I went to MFL and as soon as I walked in the door I was greeted by Nina. She went right into finding out what I needed and was looking for. I told her my budget and she offered me the programs they had available. She showed me around and we went into the warehouse and made sure I explored all of my options. They did a great job with everything! Tony was so attentive and made sure my things were here fast and in great condition! I love everything I got from them. Delivery guys were polite at all times and insisted of putting the furniture in its place even without me asking! Great price, great quality and most of all great staff! Definitely my first go to next time I need another furniture piece, as i ordered a sectional from another store before coming here and it took a month to get it .. Tony had it way before them! Through out this tony stayed in touch to make sure I was some sort of way satisfied about my decisions .. which of course was a downer when I could have had my sectional from him almost 3 weeks before mine arrived 🤦🏻‍♀️.. definitely will shop here again!

Such an incredible customer experience. I recently relocated from Pittsburgh, PA to Wilmington and furnished my entire apartment through MFL. Laura was a huge help throughout the process, even going above and beyond her required work efforts to help establish my account while I was away and unable to do so. She kept in touch frequently and updated me regularly on the status of my pieces as my move in date approached. The moving team was great as well. They carefully but efficiently got all my furniture into the unit and assembled it perfectly. In the process of the move, there was one piece, a TV stand, that got damaged and needed to be replaced. They took care of that right away, planning to reorder, but being so close to their store location, I went and found a piece that I liked even better and they allowed me to make the switch with ease. This is customer service at its absolute finest. Would recommend this team 1000 times over to furnish any space you need. They are cost effective, timely, and great people to work with.
