My wife and I were helped by Josh and Karen on our visit this weekend. The showroom had a great variety of mattresses available and Josh went into detail regarding the various types and styles of mattress options. He made our decision process easy and we were happy to leave with a new bed set to be delivered the next day. I would recommend this location to anyone.

I am a long time Mattress Firm customer and recently moved to the area from Raleigh. For the past several weeks Ive been struggling through my mattress slipping off of its movable base bc the retainer bar used to prevent this was lost in the move. Without that retainer bar, it throws everything off bc the top doesnt align w the bottom properly. I called Josh at the Wilmington store and was so thankful and pleased with his customer service and his willingness to help resolvemy situation in the SAME DAY!! I went to the mattress firm in Wilmington NC and the guy that helped me was Mitchell Lane. He was sooooo nice and helpful. He helped me find a good queen size mattress within my budget ($320 was how much I ended up paying for the mattress) and there’s even a free 5 year warranty on it so if it does mess up I can get a new one for free.

This was absolutely the most pleasant mattress buying experience my wife and I have ever had the manager who helped us was incredibly knowledgeable, patient and there was very little if no pressure I would buy again in the future.

Decent selection, and the salesperson was very polite and quick with us. They had a great deal and also informed us of some extra specials going on. All in all, I wasnt expecting much, but got a better deal and great service. Thank you.

The salesman and store manager Sean McCormick was very helpful in helping me select a mattress I would be happy with. The mattress I liked, I comfort 2000 with adjustable base was on sale but still out of my price range.After discussing the fact that I had a number in my head that I did not want to spend over, Mr. McCormick worked the numbers so that I could afford the mattress. I was very appreciative of his efforts and I felt like he saved me a little money. Because of his willingness to adjust the price enough to make the mattress affordable to me, I went shared and purchased it.I would recommend Mattress Firm to anyone, specifically the one located at 343 S.College Rd. We’ve been looking for a better bed setup since we got our last one for “rooms to go.” We weren’t really sure as far as which mattress to get but Sean walked us through each one. After being treated very poorly on the phone by the manager at the monkey junction location, I called this location in search of some help. Logan answered the phone, he was very informative and kind, which was so appreciated since the fella at the other store didnt know anything and was rude to me because he didnt know how to do his job. Logan informed me that the services I had called about were in fact available, and even apologized about the other manager (because apparently they hear a lot about his attitude.) I am so impressed and appreciative of him, because I was so close to calling corporate over how rudely I was treated, and now Im thinking about calling to just tell them how wonderful Logan is.

I was in a hurry I just needed a mattress and box spring and fast bc I moved into a new apartment recently and the sales associate Josh Karp was very helpful had the prices memorized knew the different deals and got delivery set up for just a day or so later I really didnt want to have someone trying to convince me to get something I didnt want which is what you usually experience in places like this he literally showed me exactly what i asked for and i bought it right away and basically the whole thing took less than 30 mins which is what I needed...I think a good salesman anticipates what the customer needs and wants and gives it to them and thats what this man did I am super excited for the mattress to arrive and would recommend this place to others for sure.

I had a pleasant experience with the Mattress Firm store on South College. I bought my mattress quite a while ago. The bed frame I had at that time didn’t need a Harvard frame. Regardless, the salesman took charge and really worked hard to locate the frame as there were none in stock. I couldn’t believe all the time and effort he put in for a $65 item! That was customer service above and beyond what most people would do. I was very pleased with how hard he worked for me! Appreciated

Josh was our assistant. Very attentive to our needs. And no pressure, thats what I appreciate.We ve been looking for queen size, independent coils or memory foam. Got tempur-pedic with pillows, we will get mattress tomorrow and I have no doubts it will be the best. But already with this pillow I slept like a baby.

Chris was the manager who helped us at the College Rd store. He was very nice, helpful, and professional and not pushy at all, which is something we experienced at other mattress stores. We bought a memory foam mattress and some Purple pillows (which we love!!) The mattress was too firm for us so Chris helped us return it for a different one. We also got the free adjustable base which is pretty nice (but I noticed that we never actually use it LOL!) The new one is still too firm, which is weird because at the store it wasnt firm. So I am pretty unhappy with my mattress which we paid $1,000 of our hard earned money for. I wonder if we could exchange it for a different mattress again? I am very happy with the purple pillows and the customer service at mattress firm though.

I purchased my mattress by phone from Randy Parrish at the College Rd store n Wilmington, NC. He is the reason I ended up choosing Mattress Firm bec he took so much time explaining to me the qualities of the mattress and he really cared that I bought what would fit my needs. Once I had talked w Randy several times, I did go into a Mattress Firm store in Raleigh just to lay on the mattress and be sure of my choice.I need to purchase 2 more mattresses and will definitely contact Randy again.
