The salesman’s was very knowledgeable and was very interested in finding what I came in to buy. I had bought my mattress there 3 years ago and my info was still on file! Very satisfying experience at Mattress Firm.

The salesman was excellent. He took his time and answered all questions. He explained in detail all the features the mattress has.Everything went smoothly with the delivery. The men were very friendly and efficient. They were very careful when removing the old mattress and setting up the new.

They had the bed that my wife really needs because she had major surgery 08/27 where the doctors had to open her chest to remove a very large mass which was connected to a lot of things. She has been sleeping on our reclining couch because our bed doesnt recline and its uncomfortable so we got a really good deal and Carl was very helpful and kind, he and I really have a lot in common especially God. I cant thank him enough.

I dont usually write reviews however I feel that if I dont it would be wrong. I purchased a new mattress and a mattress firm movable platform. Wow did I think I was getting a deal. The sales person was very nice, when I got the delivery first it was an hour late and I wasnt able to be present. They should never have left the platform. They say it fits within your already existing bed frame. What they dont say is that there is a decent size gap for children and animals to possibly get stuck in. Which happened in my case. Oh yea and by The way its completely on refundable and your stuck with the platform they wont remove it. Before buying use caution and make sure it fits right. I am sorry I ever walked in to Mattress firm that day.

Went to mattress firm today and couldn’t be more impressed! I had my 8 year old boy with me who was also very interested in learning how to work the adjustable beds. I went into the Oleander store after a month of researching mattresses for people who have back pain issues AND werent crazy out of my budget! I had narrowed down the mattresses I was interested in but had a few questions before making a decision. Richie the manager was able to answer my questions and help me benefit from current promotions on adjustable bases! And he got my order set up for delivery today, which was perfect since Im having surgery on my neck this week.

I have been searching for a new mattress for a few months now Which is way more difficult than one would think given all the online offers and price variations. I have looked everywhere, online and throughout Wilmington. My search ended after pulling into the mattress firm store on Oleander. Not only was the sales person, Devin super knowledgeable, I got to try out my mattress before purchasing it. In addition to trying it out in-store I still have 120. Nights to sleep on it. If I dont like it after the 120 days they take it back and give me another! If that wasnt enough my mattress is being delivered for free with a 10 year warranty. The online mattress stores cannot compete with the deal Devin at mattress firm gave me. Very happy customer here.
