I had an awesome experience purchasing my new mattress. I have an extremely bad back, so also complicated needs when it comes to mattresses. My salesperson stayed with me through trying 15 to 20 different mattresses and explaining the benefits of each one. He was extremely helpful and the mattress will be delivered tomorrow. Im happy!

I was absolutely dreading matress shopping but I surprisingly had a nice experience. No high pressure sales, no after extras or incentives to buy any unnecessary additions. The salesman Amjed was friendly, professional and very informative. Store was clean and they took measures to ensure the safety of everyones health.

Went in and purchased a king purple 3 mattress and purple at the time was doing a promotion for free pillows with purchase and guy at store told us they don’t have to follow purples promotion also gave me a hard time about purples military discount. Also told me to have it delivered to the store so we could get it faster and when I showed up to pick it up didn’t get any help loading the mattress into the back of my truck. Amjad and Brittany are the absolute best!My fiance and I were super stressed out and overwhelmed about the whole mattress shopping expeirence. Once we decided we were set on mattress firm it was uphilll from there. Not only did we get the perfect mattress the add-ons made it that much better from the cooling pillows to the adjustable base. Not only that, they were so kind to work with us on the price i really couldnt be happier with the final outome of everything we bought. Delivery day is set for Tuesday and we cant wait to sleep in our new bed. All in all I feel very satisfied with the service and the amount of patience and kindess we were shown.

He then sent us to the Concord Pike store next to Green Dot and Jessica helped us there. I stopped in just planning on looking, but Danelle Starkey was so helpful. I hadnt bought a new mattress in 20 years. She took her time and walked me through all the different brands. It turned out that the first mattress I tried out was the one for me! I was in and out in less than 30 minutes. Within 2 days my mattress was delivered. Even the delivery guys were great. I still have no clue how they got that King mattress up the stairs but they did!

I was so happy with the salesman that helped us and with the deals we got. We wanted to upgrade from a queen to a king but didn’t have anything else in mind. There was a really easily identifiable system used for firmness/pricing to make it easy to quickly find what we were looking for. The salesman gave some really great tips while testing the mattress to make sure we were picking the one that worked for us! I hopefully won’t need another mattress for a long time, but if you do - go here!

This is my third purchase from this store. We walked on on a Sunday afternoon, the store was packed, and only 1 salesperson was working. He knew what he was doing...he was able to assist every single customer without getting flustered. My wife and I told him what we were looking for. Within minutes he helped us pick out the perfect mattress, ring us up, and set up delivery. Our new bed arrived yesterday, just like it was supposed to. I purchased four mattresses from here and Danielle was great. She was patient and let us try everything. She was educated on the mattresses in the store and how the mattresses affect your body. We havent tried the beds yet they have to be shipped but the customer service was top notch!

Randomly decided to pop in. Was not interested in purchasing a mattress... however, the sales were too good to be true! Brittany (brown hair, younger, very nice) was able to fill me in on all the sales. I ended up getting a king mattress and the 900 adjustable base. She was knowledgeable and made my experience feel comfortable and personable. My co-worker recommended her for same reason. We both love our new beds !!!! We are on our feet alot!

She took so much time with both me and my husband who both stopped by and looked on more then 1 occasion over the last few weeks before making a final decision. We love our mattress, only problem was the fixtures to attach our headboard, finally after numerous attempts. We decided to return the fixtures and seek another way to attach our headboard. It would of been better if you had been just told us that you don’t have the correct attachments. Instead of giving us false hopes that you could fixes the problem, and wasting our time and yours. Do not buy a mattress from this company. I purchased a mattress from the Kirkwood Highway store that was delivered to my home with bed bugs!!!! They refused to take any responsibility. Do your research and search the web for Mattress Firm and bed bugs. It is an ongoing problem and I cant believe they get away with this craziness!! You hear stories like this and think it could never happen to you, but it happened to me and my family. Stay away from this company!!!! Luckily the infestation was caught early and we are bug free, but only after a $2,000 heat treatment from an exterminator. Seriously, go somewhere else!!!!
