Bad service at dealership. I have an appointment for tires change but when I got in they said I don’t got it until I show my email for schedule. I can’t not imagine the tires change and oil change take over 4hours. I told them I have other appointment need to go. They told me wait about 15-20 minutes, but it take over 40 minutes. I kind of late on other appointment. The lady at check out knew that, but she kind of rude. It look like she doesn’t know how use computer to print out paper work. If I know other place can maintenance my car. I will never come back this late.

Could not express the ease of this purchase and personal efforts this Team made to help my wife and I this past weekend! Rosalie was AMAZING. MY WIFE HATES GOING CAR SHOPPING WITH ME! From the time we walked up in the rain and cold Rosalie approached us what we were looking for. We had been looking for a while for a specific year and model of a vehicle, Lexus had 2 of these vehicles, and one in the color she wanted. Rosalie immediately obtained one to let us go drive it. After the first one we were going to check out the next one and Rosalie braved the elements and still went across the lot to obtain it just to bring it to the front and my wife say, NO, i want the first one. (Thank anyways Rosalie!) We were in a hurry that day and informed them of price we would like to stay around what needed to happen with trade in and what we would like to see. Rosalie and her managers simply said, well take care of it! My wife and I left around 3:00pm on a Saturday (they closed at 6)!!! By 4:30 they called us and asked, When you want to pick up your new car? and not only did they EXCEED expectations but also got us under budget with warranty, gap, and OUTDID THEY ORIGINAL DEALER FOR OUR TRADE IN FOR A 2 YEAR OLD VEHICLE!!! Make Walser Lexus of Wichita your only place for all your Lexus needs. I was very impressed with their staff and friendliness. I came from Emporia with the hopes that Lexus would replace my factory defective sticky dash and door panels. Mr.Gallardo from the service department went out of his way to see what he could do to adress the issue. Unfortunately he was unable to assist me since the recall only has a ten year window period but he did print off all my service records with a number to call Lexus directly to see if theyll cover the cost. They also had a nice selection of new and used Lexuses and I plan to be going back for my next Lexus IS model hopefully soon. They also had a nice waiting area with all the amenities.
We enjoyed the quick and easy process of buying our dream car. I found the vehicle on AutoTrader and went the same day to look at it. They had it ready for me when I arrived and allowed us to test drive on our own. They also included window tinting when I bought the vehicle. The buying process was no-negotiation and the financing options were shown to us and adjusted on the spot. That transparency was refreshing.I would give 3.5 stars if I could. While test driving, a tire pressure light came on. To address the problem, the put air in the tire. Within 2 weeks, the light came back on and continued until the tire was patched. I was disappointed that the issue was not addressed prior to buying. Additionally, it was nearly impossible by to get a return call from my sales person once we left with the vehicle, to the point I finally quit calling. Lastly, I would look elsewhere to value my trade first next time.In the end it was a good experience with a couple minor downfalls. Overall I would return again because I think all issues could be different with another visit. The car has been great and they seem to carry high quality vehicles.

Lance is a great sales man. He said he had a lexux hybrid, so I drove 2.5 hours to get there. I got a great price on my car. They are a A+ dealership I wish all dealerships were like this one honest.
This was one of the easiest car purchases I have ever had at a large dealership. Grant was exceptional throughout the entire process. If you are even possibly considering a car from the Walser auto group I can highly recommend Lexus, everyone was super nice and very helpful and not one single person was pushy.
We popped into the Walser complex one day, simply to look at the Audi Q7s and Q5s (we werent in any hurry to replace the 2007 Lexus RX350 we were driving and scoping out what else was out there). We walked all around the vehicles, peering in all the windows. Then the RX350s right next door caught my eye. We started looking at them for the heck of it, comparing to our much older vehicle. While looking at a particularly beautiful black number, Grant came out and asked if wed like to take it for a drive. It was exactly what we wanted with a premium package I could only dream about. Grant took our car around for a quick inspection and Scott came back with exactly what we were hoping for in trade-in value. Since we had had no intentions of buying when we drove in, we werent prepared to surrender our car that evening. But the next night, we were back and in short order, Chelsea and Grant had us driving away with a beautiful new vehicle. Everyone was fabulous and we couldnt be happier with the process or the vehicle. We were truly only looking to see what the Audi had to offer since we werent really in the market yet to replace. Had Grant not taken the initiative to get us inside this Lexus, Id still be driving that 2007! Love my Lexus and Lexus of Wichita!

I am from DFW area Texas and we found a great car for a great price at Walser Lexus of Witchita. I was skeptical about the process(buying out of state) but finding a great car for the right price has become a challenge everywhere. I was fortunate to work with Rosalie Isern as my sales consultant. She was extremely knowledgable about the process, anticipated questions I would have and shared insights I didnt even think of. She worked diligently to find the best financing, and was always available, even responding off hours. Paperwork was brought to my house from a notary, delivered next business day, and I timed a flight for early afternoon the day the paperwork arrived. She arranged for a car to pick me up at the airport, I mentioned I was familiar with the brand and wanted to get the keys and get on the road right away so I could make it home that evening. Despite my request for her not to come in on her day off she did so, to ensure everything was perfect. I literally walked in the door, seconds later was greated and taken to my car, which had all keys, paperwork, and a couple complimentary Lexus cannister water bottles for my wife and I. I was out of the dealership in under 5 minutes. This truly is the meaning of 5 star service. A great car, for a more than fair price, with impeccable service. Kudos Rosalie and the Team at Walser. You came through with every promise and then some.
I just want to say, Daniel McMahon at Lexus of Wichita has provided the best buying experience and friendly customer service i have ever had! Daniel was my guy throughout the whole process and he was nothing short of phenomenal!! What was also amazing is that my entire buying process was done by phone and email! I live in Colorado and he had the car delivered right to my doorstep, which saved me a 22 hour commute there and back. I had literally texted Daniel over a hundred times and no matter if it was day or night; on the clock or off the clock, he was there for me to help with anything i needed. I would absolutely buy another vehicle from this dealership and i would be asking for Daniel!Also i recommend Steadfast Auto Sales, he was the guy that did the transport for my car he was super nice!

Drove all the way from Texas to see a pre owned gx which was claimed to have been inspected by their 161 point check. The AC was blowing cold air from 2 of the dozen or so vents in the vehicle. Other than that, posting pictures of the rust that I found under the vehicle. Nothing wrong with the frame but the dealership was asking 2k above NADA clean retail so make what you want of it.Typically, experience at other lexus dealerships have been so much more welcoming. The sales rep did not even offer water after our 5 hour drive. We have dealt with Park Place, Sewell and Westside over the course of 8 yrs now between 4 purchases and service. Overall, as Tyler mentioned in his YouTube videos the mechanics really are not doing a great job inspecting the vehicles or something else is wrong. Was hoping for a great service given this a family run business like Sewell or how Park Place used to be.Now on to the only plus point was the sells rep did replace parts of the seat prior to our visit as it was worn out.

This review is long overdue for Walser and its Acura, BMW, & now Lexus dealerships. I have worked in the past with Doug, Percy, Mason from all of these dealerships and they have all delivered excellent service. I have yet to be treated how Walser has treated me over the years by any other dealership in both the sales and service departments. Their professionalism, timeliness and response to requests, and prices simply cannot be beat. I have now purchased my third vehicle from their group and worked with Rosalie for the second time. It was serendipity when she picked up the phone when I called to inquire about the Lexus. Within days, we were able to finish paperwork and despite a few hurdles, both Rosalie and sales manager Chelsea were very accommodating to my requests and needs. I was hesitant as this was my first remote car buying experience, but they shipped the vehicle to my doorstep and took good care of me. The hassle-free experience and their service has made me a lifetime Walser fan from day one. I will never purchase a luxury vehicle from any other dealership but Walser, no matter where I am.
I had been shopping for a new vehicle for some time, and merely browsing some dealers websites brought non-stop harassment for months. The dealer I bought my Camry from would call or e-mail four times a day once they smelled blood in the water. That turned me off to the point of dreading to even show any interest in a car. I was looking for a luxury SUV and I had some questions about the RX350L. Rosalie responded immediately and shortly afterward I received an e-mail from the sales manager to make sure my question was answered. That was it, except an invitation to make a test drive. She suggested we spend as much time in the vehicle as possible to be sure we liked it. After we did I knew why they were totally a non-pressure organization. They are confident in their product, the car sells itself. We drove it, we loved it and Rosalie led us through the process with great patience. With Lexus track record, we look forward to many years with this car, in fact this will probably be the last vehicle I buy. If I do make a change though, I will return to Lexus of Wichita.

Full disclosure: This review is solely from the perspective of making pick-ups and deliveries to this location. Ive never purchased anything from this location. The folks here were friendly and quick to get the product ready and out the door. No waiting, no problems. The parking/service areas are pretty snug especially if youre pulling a trailer. Be prepared for strangely random parked cars parked on either or both side of any lane and check before entering a passage between the buildings or you may be stuck backing to get freed up.
I purchased my UX-250h back in February. Rosalie was my sales agent. This woman went above and beyond with everything she did. I came in looking to trade off my car that I had for another used vehicle because of a divorce. She made sure I left within a weeks time frame in a brand new hybrid. This would save me tons of gas money with traveling all over the state for work and my trips back and fourth to Florida even to see my family. I am so thankful for the staff and more so Rosalie! I love my UX- it’s been a few months since purchase and it’s been wonderful!

I recently purchased a 2019 Mustang Bullitt from these folks. I live in Kentucky, so obviously it was a little more difficult due to the obstacles such as not physically seeing the car ect. Lance my salesman did a good job representing the vehicle and answering my questions. I would have liked a little better communication, but when buying out of state its what it is.When I received the car per a delivery service, I immediately noticed a dent in tbe side panel behind the passenger door. I sent my concerns to Lance and he immediately address it! It was fixed at no cost to me within a week! I would definitely purchase something from them again!
They messed up my friends Lexus L460 broke the cup holder, gashed the door leather, and now the back door doesn’t look and unlock with the smart key feature even messed up the soft close!!! Crazy how they can mess up and not own up to it, the worst service from John Rawcliffe and Angela Pacheco they won’t even help get the issue solved smh 🤦♂️
We bought our car yesterday and ill start by....When you pull in no sales person jumps on your hood. (Thank god)We got to drive around and look at the cars we saw online (which your website and pictures are great and we love that you use the actual ENTIRE car fax right on the advertisement for each car) we drove around by ourselves without any hounding us.We found a few cars we wanted to see walked in and Dan greeted us kindly and was funny right off the bat.One thing I hate is an awkward car buying experience or when the sales people stalk you.Dan did none of those things and left everything we wanted to do up to us. We had planned on going to a few other dealerships but ended up leaving with a nice car. If I could I told dan Id give him a 5.5!Go see dan at walser lexus! He did amazing things for us.Even got us a lower interest rate then our bank pre-approved us for.Tell buddy we say hi dan!

When my wife and I advised him that we would need to think over our decision overnight, he didn’t try to close us before we were ready.Thank goodness we were able to avoid the, “I must get approval from the sales manager” routine. I will have to say that it was not a stressful experience! My sale associated Lance, really listen and didnt push. He truly shown that the customer needs and must be happy first. Not the other way around like other dealers here in Wichita KS. The quality of vehicles are just that as well. Which really standed out over 100 percent.The value I feel was really worth it no doubt in my opinion.Yes I would tell anyone who is looking for a car to check them out. The attention and service was really great. I didnt have to walk the lot as they brought up the car for you test drive. That truly impressed me and show the difference as well over other dealers too.

I pretty much knew what I wanted since I’d been looking online for a while. Wasler was respectful of that so when I found one Rosalie texted me a time to come test drive. Although she’s not technically a salesperson she went with me on the test drives we had a blast!!! She was so great about helping me get all my questions answered and got the best deal for my trade she did the entire process from start to finish. I had a few concerns with the car I chose and they rectified it quickly and correctly at the service garage. It was easy, fun and I made friend in Rosalie!!!! Also I appreciate them not being pushy, smart decision not to pay their employees on commission it shows compared to past dealer experiences I’ve had.

Ive been driving a Lexus, of most every model since the SC400 in 1992, which most of you probably never have seen one. Yes, Im an old living in OKC. Never too keen on our dealership here, so Ive been going South to Dallas where the are multiple choices/dealership in the DFW metroplex. A friend told me about Wichita. Great dealer, they dont pressure at all. They answered any questions asked. After buying the vehicle they told me I could schedule an appointment anytime if I wanted to learn more about the car or have any questions. I had to be to work that day and they did the paperwork as fast as they could and finished it up within an hour. The vehicle was very clean and washed before I took it home. Loved my experience here.

Up front pricing made the experience quick and easy; best price in my geographical area. We worked with Vy Nguyen and I would highly recommend him. No pressure, completed most of the sale paperwork ahead of our arrival so we were only on-site to do a quick test drive, pick a warranty package and get a low-down on the car’s infotainment system. This is the way car-buying should be (and made the 9 hour round trip drive to Wichita worth it)!

I went in to test drive a car and I left in a new car. Purchasing a car during the pandemic is different, but it isnt bad. Theres no shuffling you between staff members during the deal; paperwork is done by the salesperson. I also loved the no haggling approach. They use Kelley Blue Book and CarFax. Thanks to Dan, my salesperson.

Dan was the man! Low pressure....we took our time looking around and came back almost week later. The sales manager was very upfront with information. Transparently in the transaction.
First off I want to applaud Walser Lexus for the exceptional service they offer on picking up and returning my vehicle. I live 90 minutes away. The car had 3 safety recalls and was ready for its 10,000 mile service update. This was to take about 1 1/2 days to complete. I noticed after the driver left, the extremely muddy footprints he left behind. Upon getting in the loaner car he left it was very evident.I expected more of a luxury dealership to pay attention to detail. I keep my vehicles in tip top shape. My car was returned with dried mud all over the floor board and sides of the interior. They placed a white paper liner over it and left it. Im just really disappointed that this was overlooked. Its the small attention to detail that can make a HUGE difference.
We went in to test drive but didn’t plan to make a purchase this quickly. Rosalie was very helpful and made us feel confident about our decision. Very happy with the purchase. All 5 stars go to Rosalie.
