The salesperson, Shawn Bontrager, initially appeared helpful. I was approved for a loan, but when I offered to pick it up, he sent a photo of some cleanup that still needed to be done, then later called and said there was water damage on the back tail light. After the paperwork was completed and we were working on the warranty, I asked for a copy of the paperwork and he said he couldnt send it right then. I started feeling uncomfortable, before the driver got here (to OKC from Kansas), I told them I would not sign the paperwork until I received a copy, and finally I received a copy only to find the amount on the loan was $600 more than the advertised price. I called and they said they would write me a $600 check, and i said the loan was still $600 more, and he said pay the $600 towards the loan. Which made no sense because the loan amount was wrong. When the car arrived there was obviously damage around the sunroof that was not disclosed, and would cost roughly $5k to fix. I sent the car back without signing paperwork and ask for my money to be refunded ($6K). My deposit has not been refunded 4 hours later and is not pending in my account. I feel this company, especially this salesperson was dishonest. The driver apologized multiple times because he felt so embarrassed to deliver a car where the damage had not been disclosed. If you buy a car from here, make sure you go over the car very carefully before purchasing and go over the paperwork in detail. I was extremely disappointed, because I found a vehicle I loved, a Mercedes 300 C Coupe 2017, Cobalt Blue, but had to send it back. I wasted a significant amount of my time as well as others. If I had been told about the damage from the get go, I would not have even considered this car.
Very pleased with our purchase our salesman Steve Harris was great to work with no pressure sales or no pressure up sales. We had a small issue with a tire right after purchase and they replaced them all at no cost to us. The replacement was quality name brand not cheap junk. We will be return customers.

Mercedes Benz accommodated me and brought vehicles out to me to look at and test drive. I finally got the vehicle that I was looking for. I drove a 1999 Cadillac Escalade for 18 years. I Love Walser Mercedes Benz Service.. They treat me so good...and Im not easy to deal with... You know the public.. they say... Dont go to a dealership because they will rake you over the coals, they are higher than anyone ... Well first of all they should be, but 9/10 times I have found them to be the same and a few times less. They were clean efficient and did what they said they were going to do on time.You are still doubtful, and ask why Walser.. And they did not pay me to say this I go in tomorrow for a Service B and I priced checked again... I am a savvy shopper. They are competitive, and I have owned (3) three Mercedes now and have used many service shops...they are the amazing. Now the best part... You get certified trained mechanics... When you are paying an hourly rate for diagnostic... I want a tech that has experience and training to go to the common sense problem when there is one.GO to Walser, you will be a fan too.

I purchased a used 2013 Mercedes from out of state and had it delivered to Colorado. First, I would like to say that my sales agent was great, she went above and beyond with videos, calling shops that had serviced the vehicle, and was very responsive. So my review would have been 5 stars if the vehicle had arrived and been in ok shape.The car arrived with the AGM battery dead, after needing to jump the car every other time I drove I finally got a new one. The check engine light came on within the first 20miles of driving it and I needed to replace bot NOX sensors just so it would pass emissions. My mechanic also found other recent fault codes related to the turbo stored in the computer that were not addressed; I held off on those because I figure putting $1800 in the car within the first 50 miles is enough for now. There were small things too like the filters were nasty.So, my experience was that the sales portion was above and beyond but the vehicle quality standard is just good enough to get off the lot. My advice would be to get another mechanic to look at it before you commit

Pricing was phenomenal and for the advertised price they gave it to me which included up to $1000 in shipping. I live in Utah and local Mercedes dealers for the same car wanted nearly $5k more that what Nick sold to me for. I definitely plan on returning to buy another vehicle. We buy new cars every 18 months.

I am an older person and can remember when tires were balanced any needed weights were put in the inside of tires. I was very disappointed when I had my tires balanced here. I know the discount tire places Ive been put tire weights on the outside but I expected a Mercedes dealer to be a little higher class and would put the tire weights on the inside. I guess Mercedes dealers are no better than discount tire stores.

Loved no pressure sales and experience. Austin Cole greeted us at the door, even though we walked in within an hour of closing. Test drove the vehicle we came looking for and loved it. The whole buying process was excellent, done remotely, since we don’t live close by. We drove back in during the week and picked up the car from the showroom after signing paperwork. And the detail shop did great job!
I recently purchased a C300 from this dealership. Dan Nagel was the specialist who helped me through the whole process. His customer service was more than excellent! I never felt at any time pressured in to purchasing this vehicle. Whenever he didn’t have an answer to a question, he immediately went to get the answer for me.Something was wrong with a front tire. Since it was a holiday weekend when I purchased the vehicle, no service technician was available. However, Dan made sure for them to call me back the following day to schedule an appointment. I was able to come back 2 days later. We needed new brakes so we called and also have them look at the vehicle prior to the appointment for an estimate. Three times we were told it was around 300 for front and same price for the back brakes. The day of the appointment, they told us with tax and labor it was around $600. Came time to pick up the vehicle, the bill came out to be over $800. They said front brakes cost more. Uhhh, in my experience with other service company, theyre supposed to notify the customers of price difference and get the approval before installing. This is not the first issues weve experienced here. So thanks but well be taking our business elsewhere.

I called in to MB of Wichita to purchase an S63AMG, I Advised the sales rep I was from out of state and ready to purchase with my own transport and funds ready. All I requested was full disclosure of the condition of the vehicle since I was purchasing Sight Unseen. Photos and description of damage were sent to me VIA text from Steve the sales rep. I asked for some further clarification on some of the photos along with some additional photos, to which I received a phone call from Austin the sales manager with an arogant tone stating that The photos we sent you are going to be the best we can do I looked past this and continued to move forward with the sales rep. I then asked how much warranty was left on the certification, I was met with This car is not certified I said its advertised as certified on your website. I was then told it was an error and it was $5,200 to add certification. I replied I will purchase the car for your asking price if you honor your listing. I did not ask for a Penny off. I was later advised that the GM approved the certification and was assured Our dealership wanted to do the right thing and honor the listing. BUT WAIT THERES MORE! I was then told that the certification was only good for 6 more months, not the standard 12 months unlimited miles form the date of purchase that is Mercedes Benz USA standard. I of course questioned this, and got the sales manager involved again. Shortly after the call I was advised that I was indeed correct and was an Error in their computer system. I then asked for Paperwork to be overnighted from the dealership. I was sent a Fedex tracking number shortly after. Later that evening I asked for clarification on a potential damage I saw in one of the photos that was not disclosed to me by the sales rep. I immediatly received a called from Austin the sales manager, He advised me that the salesman is 60 years old and he may have missed it, furthermore he stated its a used car its going to have scratches (I completely understand this and all I asked for was Full Disclosure). He told me he would personally walk the vehicle and send me updated photos. Shortly after the phone call I received photos of 1) A completely scratched up and cracked front bumper on both passenger and driver sides (NOT DISCLOSED) 2) an 8-10 inch scratch running along the top of the hood in plain sight (NOT DISCLOSED) and many other items that were NOT DISCLOSED by the sales rep prior to sending paperwork. Following this new information, I sent a somewhat lengthy message to Austin the Sales manager stating to him that none of this was disclosed, ETC ETC. I then Received a minute long Voice mail from Austin we are sorry, we are going to cancel the notary, and we will not be moving forward with the transaction. as if it was my issue and in inconvenienced them. Talk about completely mishandling the easiest deal they could have had all year. It is in my opinion that this dealer acted unethically, and used dirty tactics to try and sell me something that was completely not as described/Disclosed. I have to thank them for how this deal turned out, Luckily before the vehicle was paid for. BUYER BEWARE!

There was an issue that he handled perfectly and made customer service a priority.Vy has excellent integrity. I would highly recommend Vy for a great experience from start to finish. This last time, I made the deal over the phone, the dealership delivered my new car and drove my trade in back..... So easy to work with.
We were traveling in our Sprinter based RV when we had a mishap on the highway. We ran over a piece of tire on the road and it put a hole in our gas tank. Our roadside assistance service wanted to tow us to a nearby town that could repair it in a few days to a week. My husband called Mercedes Benz of Wichita and they immediately ordered a new gas tank and put us on the repair schedule for the next day. We were towed there and were greeted warmly by our service advisor, John Muir. He reassured us that the repair would be done the next day. He then stayed late to help get us set up to stay the night in our RV, showed us around the impeccably clean service area, and gave us a recommendation for a great local restaurant. The next day, he followed up with everything and said it would be ready by early afternoon so we took off to explore Wichita. He called at 1:00 and told us the repair was completed and the cost was less than the original quote! Wow. We are still thanking our lucky stars that we discovered this place. A million thanks to John and all the folks there who helped us get back on our way home.
