Great people, but even with an appointment, it took more than 2 and a half hours to get my oil changed and tires rotated!! Everyone there seemed like they had a long wait too!! Driving over a half hour to get there just to sit for almost 3 hours seems crazy!

My son bought his car from them less than 2 months ago and took it in for repairs today. (Repairs that should have been done before he bought it!) They charged him ridiculous prices to do minimal work and didnt even fix what was wrong. He sat waiting for over 4 hours, while they kept telling him that first one thing, then another was wrong and needed to be fixed.(He might as well have taken it to Jiffy Lube. The same amount of rip-off artistry there.) They charged him a bunch of money to fix a piece that THEY broke. We were loyal customers to this business, but believe me, Never Again! They have lost us. He was treated so poorly! Very bad place, very bad people. If it had gone the other way around, we would have been on our way to jail!

Called 2 times today to the service dept, this morning went to voice mail.. no returned call... just tried again some body in service answered and said hold on... after waiting on hold.. guess what yep to voice mail it went again... poor way to run your service dept....

Ive been treated really good so far.I brought a couple problems there that I thought were going to be several hundred dollars each that wound up only costing 70 bucks. Very fair!

Synthetic oil change and general car check up...$58.00...I was out of there in 30 minutes +-. Very nice!
