Been here quite a few times for multiple cars and they have taken great care of us! Always helpful and knowledgeable about what they’re doing and always let me know what repairs I need to get done at a reasonable price. Definitely recommend this place 10/10 !!

Dropped off car Friday morning because car occasionally wont start. When I dropped it off they made it seem like they could look at it right away. Called them later Friday because I havent heard anything. They said they would call me right back never heard anything. They close early on Saturday which I was unaware of so I drove up there because once again no phone calls were made to me. I tried calling them and leaving a voice mail but all mailboxes were full. I talked to a mechanic who gave me my keys back because they still hadnt looked at it. Very unprofessional!

Amos is the best mechanic. He will get the job done in a timely manner and he is trustworthy. I have been going to him for years and would not go to anyone else.

I went to Kansasland Tire & Service for years, just across the street.I had a problem and kept burning up alternators. They would replace them for free, but every 6 months I had to go back.I took my car to Westlink Auto Services and they looked at it.Their was a loose ground wire, which they found in minutes.Ive been going there ever since. They will tell you when you dont need something done, even if you request it.Its nice to have someone you can count on and trust.Thanks Westlink :)

Went into this place by the suggestion of a Walmart mechanic.I needed antifreeze in my 1997 Porsche Boxster.Apparently Walmart doesnt do topping off of fluids anymore. Anyways, pulled in and was greeted right away at the front desk.The mans name was Mike, and when I told him my situation,he had one of his mechanics pull my car in and top off my antifreeze for free.He was very informative and courteous.Amos was the name of the mechanic who topped off my fluid, and checked my car out.He was courteous as well.I will definitely go back and get my car serviced there, just based on how nicely they treated me and how efficient they were.Many businesses could use this type of model to show appreciation to their customers, no matter how small the job.

I took my Nissan Maxima in for an oil change and transmission flush. After comparing prices against 4 other shops only Walmart was cheaper on the oil change. The transmission was a different story though. Westlink had the best price by quite a bit. I got an estimate from The Garage which is only another mile south on Maize Rd. Westlink was a full $80 cheaper for the transmission. The customer service was decent or great depending on who I was speaking with. All of the employees were quite knowledgeable and helpful for the most part. I have to say however, the most impressive quality for me was timing. Out of all 5 shops I contacted only Westlink and Walmart were able to get my car in on the same day I called, and I noticed they were busy when I pulled in. Despite having the clean and accommodating lobby full of customers the work and a lengthy checklist of other services were done, and done well, within an hour and a half. The car was clean and they didnt cut any corners on the work they did. I checked all of my fluids when I returned home and I have no complaints. They answered all of my questions intelligently and honestly, and did not try to sell me any services that I didnt request or that I didnt need. Unfortunately, my transmission had issues before I took it in, but before I left they referred me to a transmission specialist that could help me pin point the exact problems I have. I would definitely say this was the best all around experience Ive had with a shop in NW Wichita that I can remeber. In an industry that is often times greedy and dishonest, it was nice to pay a good price for good work from honest people. I will be returning with both of my other vehicles when the time comes for more service.

So far so good !! Prices are verry competitive. And i dropped in 45 mins before they closed and was still ok with doing a mount and balance.

My regular mechanic was out of town and Westlink went above and beyond my expectations on my first visit.

Horrible customer service. Didnt listen to instructions on keeping parts, until the insurance company was finished. They threw them out, then when they found out we were filing a claim with insurance, said if wed known you were filing a claim we wouldnt have touched the car. We had stated when we took the car in that we were going to call the insurance company.

Was about to charge me $100 to replace a .10 cent fuse...
