Very clean and very informative. I feel I can trust Christian Bothers Automotive to steer me in the right direction when it comes to my car repair needs. The staff is very nice and seem to enjoy their place of work and the people they work with. A very pleasant experience making my car repair a little less cumbersome.

When I made this appointment I was unsure about what it was going to be like, but as soon as I was approached by someone I knew I was going to like it there. The smiles the guys were so nice and I felt the love for the Lord in that shop. It definitely did not feel like the “normal” auto shop I have ever been in. They have been absolutely amazing and there service is amazing. Also the mechanics are good at what they do and very professional. I took my car in to have a Check Engine light diagnosed. Two hours after I dropped off, I got a call that my problem was diagnosed, but it wasnt going to be fixed. Instead, the man CALLED THE DEALERSHIP and checked to see if my car was still under warranty, (it was). Rather than do the repair and make the money for his own shop, he let me know the best option was to take it back to the dealer to have it fixed, saving me $1600 in the process!Short of doing the repair for free, you cant possibly ask for more from a shop.My wife has been taking her vehicle here for some time, and they were able to fix a problem that other shops tried and failed at multiple times. Theyre friendly, quick, knowledgeable, fair, and honest and we will continue taking our vehicles here until they take our drivers licenses away.

Super happy with the work that was performed on my vehicle. Each time I have waited in the sitting room and have found it to be comfortable and convenient. Always offered water, coffee, and a cookie. Not the typical greasy car shop.

Christian Brothers deserves five stars and more. They follow their schedule on time, check all the little services my car might need. I count on them to remind me when it’s time for oil change, filters, wipers. On this last visit, they had the added surprise of finding a “dead little critter” in the cabin filter. Ugh. They replaced the filter. (A special thank you for disposing of the mouse.)Prices are reasonable, service is friendly and accurate. They sent me an email with photos of the 30 different areas of the car that they checked.As additional nice touches, they offer chocolate chip cookies in the waiting room, and a fresh bottle of water when they bring the car around to the front door.Thank you to Christian Brothers Auto.

I am a senior so they give me a ride home once they do the service it’s done you don’t have to go back it’s done very well. Very professional very polite. The office and the work area is very clean all of the repair stalls were full but I still got really good prompt service. I highly recommend this place.

Had a few spurious warning lights illuminated on the dash of my Ford F-350 dually. I called Christian Brothers Automotive to ask if this is something they would work on and they said it was. I was very impressed that the techs were able to find and complete repairs as it was not a easy nor obvious problem. Additionally, I was very pleasantly surprised at the final cost, with all the diagnostic effort required to locate and fix a single chaffed wire hidden in the A pillar and shorting out a data cable, the bill was more than fair. A friendly and professional company, I will be returning anytime one of my vehicles needs work

Extremely friendly and explained all the checks and services of the oil change. I particularly was pleased that no one tried to push unnecessary add-on sales like cabin filters, etc. Christian Brothers gives you a fair price for the service and is genuinely interested in your experience there. I brought my 2016 Mercedes Benz GLE 350 for a fault code check. The check engine light was on and the vehicle was running sluggish. After the diagnostic test ($105 with military discount), it was determined that I needed an 02 sensor, replace spark plugs, two ignition coils (2 & 4) and head gasket seal. Total repair cost $3300! That appeared to be unbelievably expensive. I paid for the diagnostic test only. I called around to a few other repair shops and inquired about the cost of the repair. A certified Mercedes Benz technician with over 20 years experience told me that it was crazy high. I found a repair shop that did another diagnostic test. The diagnostic test was $95. They stated the 02 sensor was bad and I did need a ignition coil. I could replace or wait on the spark plugs. I did have them replace the spark plugs. I also replaced the air filter. Total repair cost for everything was $1100.80, I couldnt believe that Christian Brothers were going to over charged me by $2200. I have also gotten my oil changed two or three times at the West Side Christian Brothers. I will never return for any automotive work again. This the first time Ive ever given a review. For your sake please call around before going with the West Side Christian Brothers.

My choice for vehicle maintenance. My wifes highlander had a squeak at start, pretty obviously a belt squeal. Time constraints and access to the thing made it worthwhile to take somewhere. They had the opportunity to upsell us on a bunch, couldve made anything up from bad belt, tensioner, an alternator or bearing somewhere.Instead, they simply adjusted tension on the AC compressor, said the belt was in good shape and only charged the diagnostic fee. Honesty goes a long way and easily earned us as repeat customers, Ill take their word that much more seriously when they tell me something needs to be replaced (unlike JiffyLube 😂).

I had my son’s car towed to Christian Brothers from Lindsborg, KS. They gave me a quote of $1600 to replace the battery and alternator. I had the car towed to a local repair shop near my son’s college and they did a complete diagnostic of the car. There was nothing wrong. They charged me $44 for the diagnostic and said nothing was wrong with the battery or alternator.

Wow! Friendly, courteous, and reasonably priced! Looks and feels like a medical office and doesnt smell like a mechanic shop. Repaired 2011 Chevy Tahoe and scheduled 1998 Chevy truck next. Franchise so already a successful brand!

Joe was great explaining what was wrong with my AC. They thoroughly inspected my car. They suggested some general maintenance and told me about a leak around an axle shaft. He didn’t push me to get anything more done then what I brought it in for. However, he answered my questions to help me decide what was a priority.

This is now the third trip Ive made to Christian Bros. They fixed both issues that a different repair shop couldnt. Not only that, but theyre always looking out for the customer. JD and Joe are solid and the woman that calls you after your work is complete is awesome too. Ive never seen a shop that calls you to make sure no dripped fluid and tells you the truth about your cars health. Will be coming here moving forward. Theyre also available to pickup and drop off as a courtesy.

JD diagnosed rear strut and shock absorber were in need of repair/replace on my sons 03 Camry. They were able to make the repairs and change out the brakes. They were very professional and very competitively priced. The job was finished on time and on budget without any surprises. I will take my car repair needs to the West side Christian Bros. Shop without hesitation. JD made me feel comfortable about the necessary repairs and advised me what not to repair as well.

Christian Brothers is a great place to take your vehicle. They are super nice and keep you informed with a detailed estimate/review. I started going to them because of my cars extended warranty, but plan on taking my other vehicles to them as well even though I live an hour away.

They replaced my water pump and some other things. I have to say absolutely the best experience I have ever had with a shop. I would recommend them to any one for anything. They even gave me a ride home and back to the shop to pick up my truck. If I could give more then 5 starts I would, they more then earned my business. They will be the only ones other then myself to work on my truck.

About as thorough of auto shop as I could have asked for. Had an issue with my brakes that other auto shops couldnt identify/fix so I was skeptical about putting more time and money into it but it needed fixed. They worked with my schedule as I dont get off work till late. The best part of the experience was keeping constant communication with me during the whole process. They listened to me and my concerns to begin with, then kept me updated with what they saw and found through the diagnostics. They were not pushy at all about services or trying to sell me on anything. My job was a bigger priced job but they gave me an honest explanation of what they thought needed to be done and why. Truck runs great and the issues are solved. Will be back in the future for vehicle maintenance.

I took my car in for brakes, an oil change and routine maintenance work. The staff was very nice and professional and honest. I even asked about spark plugs but was told it is too early and they are not needed for quite some time. It’s nice to know that they didn’t take advantage of me. I was texted with updated along the way. They will even drop you off and pick you up when your vehicle is ready. I will taking my vehicle here for maintenance.

I dropped in for a pre-purchase car inspection. From the time I dropped in to the emailed report, CB showed honesty, kindness and professionalism. I didn’t buy the vehicle but am so glad I had it inspected before I bought a lemon from a dealership! I would recommend CB for all auto needs.

Had radiator/heater hoses replaced. They did not insure coolant level was correct before releasing vehicle. Reservoir was bone dry. Needed to return for them to correct it.Front office staff were courteous, prices are along industry standard.

They helped me so much when it came to my vehicle. They ran a level 2 diagnostic. Did research, found that my car issues were covered under a 8 year, 80 000 mile warranty. Informed me to go to the local dealership. JD Offered to be an advocate on my behalf should the dealership refuse to fix the issues under the warranty. I was lucky and did not need him. I often feel taken advantage of as a woman when dealing with automotive businesses. Christian Brothers did not make me feel that way. I found their honesty and integrity refreshing. I will definitely be going back for my automotive needs.

This shop is not one I will be returning to. They have a shuttle service and good people communication skills! The people are friendly. Those things are great, but when I look for an automotive shop, I look for someone who is knowledgeable and someone I can trust. On that basis, Christian Brothers Automotive West Wichita did not make the cut, so I personally would not recommend them to a friend. (I also just learned both our adult children had also experienced negative outcomes with them as well, although one was with their east location.)I had not visited this shop before, but with my Toyota RAV4, what should have taken one visit, took three, to resolve a knocking sound in the steering wheel. The first two visits, the shop had difficulties with correct diagnosis, which I believe resulted in my paying for quite costly and unnecessary repairs (new ball joints, struts, and inner and outer tie-rods.)Afterwards, when they learned the initial problem still existed, they contacted me and said they would fix it on their dime if I would return, which I did. The problem was resolved with a remanufactured rack n pinion. They stood behind their work, but that was AFTER I spent $3,000 for parts that did NOT resolve my cars problem, and which I do not believe I needed. I will not be going back.

This place is amazing! I am not a mechanic and I tried to fix the brakes on my Honda Pilot and as it usually goes I made it worse. I called Christian Brothers early Friday morning to see if they could fix my mistake. They told me to run it up and they would work it in. Well before noon they called and the vehicle was fixed. They were professional, courtesy, clean and the price to get this done was below what I expected! I will definitely take my vehicles back when I need work done!

Almost makes me want to believe in God again.I had a very good experience with this Christian Brothers location. I had brought in my car after taking it to another location for a brake job. I noticed a few weeks ago my brakes were squealing, and got the pads replaced, but the location I took it to did not do a good job.Feeling screwed over by the last shop, I took my car to Christian Brothers at the recommendation of a family member and I was extremely happy with their service. Their facilities are very nice (more like a Dentists Office than a car shop) and they gave me a ride home after I dropped off the car. They quickly diagnosed the problem with my brakes, gave me an estimate, and had it fixed within 8 hours. The car sounds like a dream and Im just so relieved that I got it taken care of. Its really hard to take your car for maintenance as a young woman without feeling like youre getting the runaround. They were very straightforward, professional and honest. I felt very assured and will never try another shop.

I’ve had several repairs done here and they do an excellent job of diagnosis and completing the job on time and at or below their estimate. You can find cheaper repair shops but if you want quality work these are your guys.

I was surprised by this auto repair shop. The employees were extremely nice and very helpful. The office was extremely clean and professional. They have a pretty cool system where I got text messages showing me of parts that needed replacement. They were honest and told me I didnt need to replace parts I expected needed replacement. This is one of the best experiences across all types of businesses Ive had.

Told me I had a cracked head gasket on my 1992 cadi and that it would cost 6 k to fix I took it home and pressure tested and block tested it it failed the pressure test out of the rad so I fix it pressure test it again and it’s fine so I block test witch they said they did but did not when I block tested it, it passed so I test the battery it’s bad so I buy a new one and it starts first try how about that you should be ashamed to call your self an automotive repair shop. And they didn’t even know my car was a 4.9l v8 and not a 4.6 when it says on the top of the motors plastic cover although I did have to leave my car there a long period of time and they were nice about that so they get 2 stars

Christian Brothers has a very clean, well maintained facility. The staff was very friendly and took great care of me. The price they charged for the coolant flush and fill on my Prius was very fair. Other shops I called couldnt even perform the service due to complexity of the Prius system and lack of knowledge about the Prius. The service was completed on time. In am very happy with the service I received from Christian Brothers automotive repair at 29th & Maize Rd.

This place is great at what they do. They have always done a great job on my wifes car and my truck. They are caring and friendly from thr time you make your appointment to the point you pick your vehicle up. Once your check is complete you receive a digital list of your vehicles good, bad and ugly with pictures of what needs to be fixed. And when you go over the list they are quick to get the parts and labor done at a fair price.

Had the worst possible case with my car my engine went out. I had a extended warranty and James with Christian Brother Automotive helped navigate this process with me. He spent a great deal of time on the phone making sure my warranty paid their part. Got my car back and it runs so smooth. Could not be happier with the service.
