Im still out of town & I have only seen pictures of my car it looks great. They let me make arrangement for a friend to inspect my & let him take my car. I had a family emergency & had to leave town, Collision Works handle all repairs & made it easy for me to take care my family member I never worried about my car. Their texting me every day made it easy to focus on my family and not my accident or my car. They were great!

Brought car to have it worked on, they broke a trim panel on the interior center console of my vehicle, and tried covering it up by reattaching it with rubber cement instead of just making it right - then seemed to deny responsibility when contacted. Adding insult to injury, the entire panel was only $20 to just replace through the dealership so now I wouldnt trust them with my vehicle again if they need to cover up a $20 mistake.

I can highly recommend the Downtown Wichita Collision Works. I was rear ended at a stop light. Everyone I dealt with was friendly and professional. Collision Works made the repair experience so easy it was practically a non-issue. Easy peasy!

Oh wow. Not only did they make my car look like new (and it looks wonderful) but they vacuumed out the inside! 😭🙀🥰 I know; maybe a small thing to most people or expected, but for this busy mom it was exactly what I needed today. They checked the airbags in the doors that needed repaired to make sure they all checked out (safety is so important to me so thank you for telling me that in particular) and everything looks and acts perfect! Their customer service is top notch. They will be our first choice if we ever need repairs done again!

My VW Beetle was taken in to fix the bumper and fender and most work was solid. Some work was done that was unnecessary and brought the price up a considerable amount. The emblem on the front was undamaged but replaced and put on sideways. Ill never be able to look at it the same way due to me being a perfectionist.

Excellent service all the way around, from the response time, called me back within minutes when found the replacement window I needed, advised me to remove just the broken window and cover the seat and would be ready for me within 30 min. Took less than an hour and they had vacuumed the whole car because the glass had gone everywhere. Very impressed! Thank you so much!😘

I had my car repaired at Auto Craft and could not have been happier with the service provided. The staff was very friendly and professional. They also gave me a free rental car to drive while they were fixing my car.

If I could give Auto Craft less than 1 star, I would. The whole experience has been awful. My husbands truck had a front end collision. The hood, grill, bumper, radiator, headlights, fog lights and a few other things were replaced. Except for the radiator everything else has been wrong. When we picked the truck up the 1st time the salvage yard part number was still on the lense, and the headlights were completely oxidized. There was also paint that had been missed and the hood did not fit right, the grill was plastic and chrome colored. The headlights dont align with the grill. Now we are to the point where Auto Craft says they cant do anything more and wont fix their subpar work. They have had the truck a total of 18 days. We just picked the truck up for the 2nd time they have had it. It is still awful, things were not changed and fixed like they said it would be. The paint that was missed was just touched up with a paint pen. The grill still doesnt fit with the headlights. The hood still has a gap and isnt straight. I would never recommend this shop to anyone.

Put the wrong bumper on my kia. They said that kia didnt make that bumper anymore. They didnt call and tell me at the time, just put it on hoping i wouldnt notice. I noticed. They wont fix it. By the way i can find numerous correct bumpers on line. Liars!

Absoulty the worse experience Ive paid for in my life. Never returned a call, attempted to charge my insurance for items they didnt replace until I called BS. (reinstalled mybroken grill and radiator cover) Blamed everything wrong on an employee that was fired the first week they had my car. How they are still in business Ill never know.
