Pretty happy with my experience overall. This place was recommended to me by another shop that was full. They were able to get my car in for an oil change immediately and they didnt try and hassle me about replacing a whole bunch of other stuff like many shops do. I was able to watch them work on my car the whole time which made me feel even more comfortable.

Gave me great deal on 4 tires of cooper brand. Plus when needed a patch they got me done in 23 minutes. Very fast and very friendly.

Went in at 3:30pm, got fairly quick service. Very friendly and helpful staff mainly dealt Chad. Even loaned me a charger while I waited. Got 4 new tires put on the day I came in. Also within walking distance of a few places to eat if you dont wanna wait in the lobby.

Outstanding service! I took my car in for new brakes and they not only changed my brakes but replaced 2 motor mounts. I paid a little over $900 for all of this and it took maybe a couple hours. My husband is taking in his mustang when time to have the engine rebuilt. I highly recommend them to anyone that needs work done.

They offered the best price for new tires and gave me an alignment for half price. More importantly, they have perfect customer service. Very kind and easy to work with!

Trustworthy place to take a vehicle

Been a customer for years. Recently had a flat on one family vehicle and they told me about their cash discount where it was a few dollars cheaper for a repair by paying cash. Have total respect when they try to help the customer out. Had another flat on the other family vehicle and they worked on the tire and double-checked and triple checked the tire to make sure it was good to go. They are never forceful on suggestions like other places, they are ALWAYS friendly and treat you like you matter to them. I will continue to use GK Tire and Auto as I always feel like I get great quality service in a timely manner!

Cant go wrong here. Honest, fair and quality owners and employees. We take all five of our vehicles here for routine maintenance, service. They can also tackle bigger issues, as well!

I couldn’t have had a better experience here. Went in yesterday because my service engine light was on and they figured out the issue fairly quickly despite having a lot of business. They ordered a part and had me come back in the next day. They fixed my car in less than an hour and they were very fair, and affordable. They also checked my tires and made sure that all of my sensors were off. Their oil changes are also a great price. This is the only place that I will continue to visit!

I grew up in a small town in Texas and we always shopped for tires at a family owned business, with friendly people. This is the first place as an adult that Ive found that is like that. Even brought in another customers tire to show her where the wheel was bent and explained in laymans terms how they would fix it.

First time in....the guys were friendly and fast and fixed my tire leak for $20.00. I highly recommend.

Their service was top-notch. And they had the tires I wanted when I needed them.

They charge $95 an hour for shop labor to install used parts that are more expensive than remanufactured parts. Get your car fixed faster and correctly for less money at your local dealership.

While running errands on my own today, I had a flat tire. Due to knee problems acting up, I was unable to change the tire. I called a few places in hopes that I could find help and this place was it! I ended up needing a new tire, but they came to my location took the tire off, went back to the shop and got a new tire on the wheel then came and put it back on for me! I dont know what I would have done if they werent able to help! Thank you so much!!

I scheduled an appointment three days in advance. On the day of my appointment, I took my car in as soon as they opened and it was literally there all day long and they finally gave me a call at closing time and told me what they think was wrong. I dont believe they actually looked into the issue, but instead I think they just guessed what was wrong based on what I told them was happening with it. When I went in to pick it up, they asked what symptoms I was having and then said Its likely that your rotors are warped. That statement basically tells me that they didnt actually look at my brakes. If they are too busy to properly investigate an issue, they should tell you that that way you can take your car somewhere else rather than just leaving it parked in their parking lot for the day. Its as if they think that its no big deal to go without your car for the day. I took my car here because it was close to my house, but now I see that that was a mistake.
