If I could give me a zero I would. I bought my 2020 Explorer in March of 2020. My car has been in the shop seven times five of which have been recorded since they did not take it two times. Every time I get in it, its a new problem. My radio has been messed up since day 1. They have said they are talking to the engineers about this problem but nothing is getting fixed. I even took it on a Saturday and they refused to take it since they know what the problem is. My screen has gone black on me, the radio skips stations, my apple car play will not work, half my speakers went out one day, my tailgate would not shut, my radio turns off every time the charging cable is discounted, one day the radio would not turn off or on, and the presets glitch. I have been told to just wait it out but my car is getting worse by the day. I have spoken to the sales manager, service manager, shop foreman, and tried to call the general manager three different times. He never called me back once. I contacted Ford customer service and still nothing. It is now June 10th and my car is once again in the shop. Mel Hamilton sold me a LEMON and is not doing anything about it. They keep replacing parts that are not fixing the problem. You would think after the first three or four times they would try and offer me something different, yeah no. They offered me to trade it in and would make me pay the difference. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND BUYING FROM THIS DEALERSHIP. Pictures and videos of the problems can be uploaded for anyone who would like to see what is going wrong.

I’ve been here twice and each time is better than the last. Service advisors really pay attention and seem to actually care. No 8ssues with service each time as well.

We called 4 times and left messages to get my car repaired. They never called us back. When we went in they were more than happy to assist until they found out it was covered under warranty. Then they wouldnt help. We had to go back 2 times to get them to schedule the repair. On the day of repair they tried giving us the run around bc they didnt want to repair it. They are a certified ford repair shop. They got there certification agreeing to honor fords warranty but when it comes down to it they dont want to and try to find any loop hole or excuse possible to not have to repair it.
