Went to jiffy lube for a transfer case fluid change and they found some problems with it. Pointed me here and these guys were all rock solid. Put my worries and fears to rest and fixed my problem on MY schedule to be able to get me to work on time. Great price too. Will DEFINITELY be coming back for whatever I need

Brought my car in for an oil leak and they misdiagnosed it and I paid $400 for them not to fix it then tell me the problem is something different and they want another $900 to fix it

I have been dealing with an electrical issue with my 07 escape for what seems like years...random horn honking lights flashing and door ajar messages on the dash. All running the battery down. Super impressed with these guys. I came in with an engine issue, and they were able to pinpoint the issue, as well as brief me on some other problems my vehicle was having (one of which I already knew about, and they called it perfectly). I am so glad I went to Just Right Auto! There wasnt anyone at the front desk when I entered and after waiting a little I peeked through the open door to the garage and asked for help. They quickly asked what car and what was wrong then took my car into the garage added a missing clip on one of the windshield wipers and replaced the fuse that was loose. They even moved the wiper fluid tubing to spray the window. Great service and in the end said it was Free. Next time I need work on my car I know where I am going! Our truck has been parked for several months bc we thought the transmission was bad. Mine and my girlfriends brothers both diagnosed that. We even went and got a title loan on it and used the money to purchase a new vehicle bc we thought this one was a total loss. We decided we wanted to get a second opinion and our neighbor referred us to Just Right Auto Repair. In a matter of 24 hours, we had a diagnosis and a plan!! And then the next day our truck was fixed and it cost us way way way under what we had anticipated!I would recommend this car shop to ANYBODY looking for reliable vehicle repair!!we now have two sound vehicles and we didnt break the bank to get it!

Sorry guys had to change my review. Had my truck for 5 days to find and fix a cold start squeal and clicking. Made me feel like a fool saying I let the oil get low and that was the problem.. It wasnt. Then they replaced a starter that wasnt bad. Then they said it was probably a flywheel that they didnt want to get involved in. I got rid of the truck but turns out it was a bad battery. So I paid for a starter swap a 100 dollar oil change, and got rid of my truck because a bad battey. And just right couldnt figure that out

I was referred to Just Right Auto by the guys at Lubbers Quick Lube and let me say they know quality as well. I took my 1996 Oldsmobile in for new brakes and a radiator, and boy was the price suprising. They do not charge you an arm and a leg, and Bob and his boys know exactly what they are talking about when they identify a problem with your vehicle. Worst ive had in a while. I went there about two months ago with an issue couldnt get it fixed because of another issue that needed fixed. All of this service went through nick didnt get charged a crazy amount for it being there and was estimated 1,000 to get the other issue fixed. it was awesome then BUT!well two months has gone by talked to the other guy, he was telling me it was going to cost 1500 that i would have better luck just scrapping my car. if i wanted to scrap it i would have. He was very rude

Crappy Service... They cost me $50 plus my time simplyy because: With interlock, you have an appointment DATE to come in and pay your monthly fee. You are alloted 72 hours to come in and pay after that appt. date expires.****According to their website they are open Sat. which they ARE NOT..cost be $50 b/c I had to wait untill Monday. I brought in a print out showing their hours and he would not justify the hours being wrong, and blamed it soley on me....Asked to splt the difference because their hours are wrong.....No Sir,that would be comming out of my pocket. ....So because of their misleading info. I am now out $50....Sound like a trustworthy business? I THINK NOT, BRETT S* 11/1/12

Used to be fast and friendly . Now they wont even return your calls . Dropped my car off for repairs 2- 1/2 months ago and its still sitting in the very spot I parked it and nothings been done . Very unhappy
