Went to the Rock Rd location. My sales guy was Josh and I dealt with Ryan hes manager as well. Josh was fun, went on 2 test drives, which I didnt not scare him inside joke. Ryan was a little more down to earth. They were both helpful and listened to what I needed and wanted. They came off not as pushy as most salesmen but you could tell they were still doing there job and thats to sell you a car. Im happy with my purchase so far of a 2017 Ford Flex which me and Josh went to drive back from the West location, so that was fun. I didnt spend too long at the dealership but when your shopping for a car you better plan for an all day event. I will change my review to 4stars once I get the oil change and detailed cleaning I was promised. Or will change to lower stars if this doesnt happen or there is issues with it.FYI dont let them take your keys, thats how they get you to stay, that was the only thing I didnt appreciate. They said they needed to test drive my car, never once did they drive my car. They should not make you feel that you are trapped. I had 2 small kids at home and if I needed to leave in a hurry I did not want to have to chase my keys down to get home to my kids.

Everyone here is so great. I dealt with Brandon the manager and one of his employees Josh. I gave them my limit on payments and they went beyond to help me get almost $150 lower payments then what I asked. They even helped me find a lower insurance company then what I had. They take great care of there customers and make sure they are pleased. They definitely don’t try to steal your money and they make sure your car is in pristine shape before it even leaves the lot. I will be going here every single time I need another vehicle.

I would be remiss if I didnt share what a wonderful car dealership this place is. Randy Couts and David Cruz are the definition of customer service. The second I entered the dealership I was greeted and well cared for the entire time. The process was so stress-free. They listened to what I was looking for and were professional, patient, funny, and very understanding. I know most people hate the process of buying a car because it takes such a long time and everything is so tedious its just not like that here. So I purchased a vehicle here three years ago. No problem there. I just paid off my vehicle (in house financing) three years early. I am entitled to a refund on the last years of my loan for the GAP insurance I paid up front. I cannot for the life of me get anyone to return my messages. Not only that, but they consistently (accidentally??) transfer me to the wrong department over and over again just to hang up on me. I realize they’ve already made a sale here, so I’m not super important anymore but this is ridiculous. So after several tries, I’m done. If they want me to remove my one star review then they can get ahold of me.

Three weeks in fuel pump replaced. Now our vehicle died again while driving! Hmmm what to do what to do? Guess I have to keep paying on a vehicle I cant drive. I sure would be nice to talk to the previous owner. Just to find out why they got rid of it!

Good place to get a reliable vehicle. They work hard to get you a deal. I’ve been using my car for a year now with no issues at all. They also have a lifetime warranty on all, but German imported cars. They have great hospitality over there. Staff is very friendly and treat customers with respect. They don’t try to push customers to get something they don’t really want. Last time I was there, they ordered pizza for everybody.

Had an offer to sell my car in Oklahoma but wanted to see if they could match it or give me a better price to keep me from making the drive. I pulled in on my way out of town in hopes that they would make me a quick offer, otherwise I would need to make the drive to Oklahoma to sell my car that day.After we told him the price the OK dealer offered me, he assured me he could get me even more money, even if I didnt do a trade in. Travis asked if we would look at other cars while he assessed ours, to which we agreed, even though we were not interested in the models or price points that were shown to us. This ended up lasted 2.5 hours.Dont be fooled by their non-comissioned sales strategy. We spent the day with Mckenzie, who was sweet and helpful, and learned that in fact, any commission she is generating from all of her work goes directly to the manager Travis. Travis was arrogant, rude, and condescending through the entire interaction. He took my keys so I couldnt leave, continued to have Mckenzie show me damaged, dirty cars that I told him I was not interested in buying, and finally slid me an offer that was 2k less than what I told him I had been offered in Oklahoma. I told him thats not what we discussed and agreed upon, and he said he was never interested in buying my car in the first place. It was too late to drive to OK before the business day was over.Needless to say, it was a waste of my day. I just had to spend my Saturday with my family selling my car in Oklahloma, which I should have done instead of stopping here during the week.They lie, lie, lie. I would rather shop blind on Craiglist than have another interaction with Travis.

We purchased a car from Super Car Guys Feb. 2021 and it was a great experience! They were very open and honest and worked with us to get within our budget. We drove away with a great vehicle at a fair price. I would definitely recommend them!

First and foremost they over promise you things to get the sale, but when it comes to paying those promises they lie and they are dishonest! We recently bought a truck in may of this year and it took them 3 weeks to get ahold of us regarding the car payment, paper work, etc. The car salesman Josh promised us if we bought the truck today they would send us the first payment the week before it’s due. LIE. We’ve tried numerous times to get ahold of Travis and Justin several times for the past month regarding the truck payment. I wish I would’ve went to another dealership instead of supercarguys.

This is about the service department. I bought the extended warranty on my car. I have really appreciated courteous service provided by Brett and others who have helped me. Its nice to buy a car and know that I dont have to be on my own once I drive it off the lot!

I will admit they tried to get me into a vehicle but somewhere along the line my salesman dropped the ball. I think he knew they couldnt sell the car and never returned my calls or texts. I wouldnt go back if they offered me a free car

I went to go and try to purchase a car and the website the car had a different price versus the price they were going presenting me. They had a promotion to give you money back matching your down payment bs they just up prices to make up on the money they match.. please people do you research and don’t get taken advantage of. I had issues with them previously due the finance guy thought I would give them another shot. However the gentleman that attended us was nice and listen to us.

I bought a 2016 Chevy Malibu from here less than two years ago. Over the past few months I’ve gone from perfect paint job to bare metal showing on my trunk, top and hood. Now I’m forced to either sell the car, have it wrapped, or repainted. For spending almost $20,000 on a car I’ve only had for a year and half. Needless to say I’m extremely upset. The car was quick painted and they took the easy way out.

We have had the worst experience with this dealership. We bought our vehicle from them 6 months ago and still have an ongoing issue with it that they cant seem to fix. Within 90 days of purchasing the vehicle the alternator went bad and shut off in the middle of the highway leaving me stranded in 100 degree weather while I was 9 months pregnant. Since then we have had to take our vehicle back to get fixed 4 times. Every time we get it home it does the same thing and flashes the same warning it had the first time. We just got it back less than a week ago and it is still doing the same thing. We are now about to send it back for the 5th time. We also live an hour away. They also removed our stroller and it took them 3 days to find it. They have put over a thousand miles on our vehicle trying to find the issue. I am not satisfied with this company at all and will strongly recommend to anyone I know not to ever go here. I should not be scared to drive our NEW vehicle with our kids in the car.

When trying to reach a person, it was difficult to leave a message as well as getting a call back. Called several times, then stopped in before my issue was resolved.

Timm and Brandon are the best. The entire team is extremely friendly and more then willing to answer all your questions, even if it takes four hours.

Sells Lemons, knowingly sold a vehicle with issues (that I could tell by listening to the vehicle during the test driving process). They also didnt inform me that they have a THREE DAY (thats right) return policy. I couldve asked but I chose not to, it is not my job to be told what the return policy. This is not my first rodeo buying a vehicle off a lot, this is the worst experience ive had thus far and borders on Predatory.

The sales department was great! Service on the other hand is horrible! Never done in a timely manner as they tell you and you have to call them to get any kind of update! They had my car almost a week the 1st time and not everything got done. Had to take it back AGAIN (keep in mind an hour drive to take it there) was told 2 days and they had it almost 4!! I never once was rude and kept my cool because Ive worked in service, but definitely one of the worst experiences ever!!

I cannot even begin to say how amazing these people are at Super Car Guys. I came in to their dealership not knowing what to expect. All I knew was that I needed a reliable vehicle to get me to doctors visits, to school, and to take my kiddo to school. As a disabled single mother going to school I didnt have a lot of money. Honestly I thought that they would just turn me away or try and sell me that wasnt what I could afford. That wasnt the case at all. The second I walked in I met Josh and Chris. Chris was so patient with me, and bent over backwards to help me as much as he could along with Josh. I had a broken down truck which I didnt know what was wrong with it. Just one day it died and wouldnt start. I didnt have much but what little money I did have I put towards a new battery because that was what I was told it was. It obviously wasnt the battery. Josh told me to have it towed to their shop (Because I did have roadside assistance that covered towing, because Josh and Chris were both trying to work out a way of getting my truck there). They told me that they would see what was wrong with it and try and see if they could fix it and how much it would cost.The next day they told me what was wrong with it. There was an issue with the wiring and it would have cost me a lot of money to fix, but compared to other shops that I talked to about it they were only going to charge me a FRACTION of what I was going to get charged if I took it to someone else. They were so honest with me, and comforted me as I cried in their store trying to figure out what to do. Chris and Josh made it a mission to make sure I was taken care of regardless if they were going to get anything in return. You never see that from anyone now a days. They genuinely care about the people that walk in through those doors. They kept asking me questions like, can you drive a manual. Do you like hatchbacks. They were racking their brains on how to take care of me and my daughter. Im still floored sitting here thinking about all the wonderful things that they did for us. Then they called me and asked me to come in. They made sure I had a ride to and from there so that was less thing for me to worry about. When I got there Chris took me to the back of the lot where they were holding the cutest car I had ever seen. It was an adorable chevy spark, and he had asked me what I had thought. I told him it was amazing. It was so cute. He said that they wanted to make sure I could get to the doctors again, to make sure I was able to go and great treatments, and not have to struggle on how I was going to get to the doctors or school. Or even run the chance of getting hit by a car again from walking everywhere. I couldnt believe it. They were able to trade me out of my truck which costed me almost 60-70 dollars in gas to a car that 15 dollars filled it up and I could drive it for at least a week and a half until I needed to fill it up again. Also all the safety features. And it is perfect. It was fun size like me. Adorable. Has character.They told me to come back in a few days, and when I did the guys had it all detailed and cleaned up and man was it super awesome.The guys there all bent over backwards for us. They did such an amazing job, and made me and my daughter feel like we mattered and we were important. Something I have never felt much of. I tell everyone I meet now to go see Chris for a new vehicle. Because I know, FOR A FACT, HANDS DOWN, that you will be taken care of. I know in the future I will always return to see Chris for my vehicles. And when my daughter gets old enough to drive she wants to get her car from Chris. You can not ask for a better group of guys then Super Car Guys. They literally saved my life. Thank you so much Chris, Josh and everyone at Super Car Guys! You guys are so AMAZING!!!!!!!!!

I went into super car guys on 114 NW street. Talk about a amazing experience. I went in with nothing to my name and was able to walk out with a 2008 Ford Focus. I want to give a huge I mean huge shoutout to Alex Cain. He been helping family’s out from many years to get into new car. I wouldn’t be able to have a car thanks to him. He was working for days to help me out and he 100% did all he could for me and it was amazing. If anyone needs a car please go to this location. They make you feel like family there. Once again Alex Cain is the man. Go see them for amazing deals.

Absolutely the worst car buying experience Ive ever had!!!!! From the time we showed up till we left with our vehicle. Took five plus hrs from start to finish. Finally leave with the vehicle. Only to get home to find out on Monday we wasnt approved for the loan. Because the people of super car guys didnt send the right information to the loan company. Ended up having to returning the car!!!! Very disappointed in there service. Will never return again. I feel we was treated very poorly. Very poor customer service!!!!!

I highly recommend Super Car Guys! We went in knowing exactly what we wanted and they helped us to the fullest. We did have two kids so they were patient with us. They had popcorn and beverages which was nice. A little play room for our kiddos. We did go through a moment where we thought the car I was getting wasn’t going to work out because the payments were to high and the interest rate was to high which was not their fault but I was so upset I was literally crying in their lobby because I got my hopes up. I had it in my head I wasn’t going to be getting the car but then the gentleman that works on the financing and the numbers came over and was able to work the numbers to get it where we wanted and where we could afford it. He apologized multiple times and felt so bad because we were told one thing and got another until he made it right. I was so impressed and so thankful. Mason was the guy that helped us from the beginning and I feel so bad I don’t remember the gentleman that helped us with the financing/numbers part but they were all so amazing there! And all super nice and welcoming! Will definitely recommend them happily!

Literally called and text me for 2 weeks trying to convince me ive been pre approved without a doubt could drive an hour and a half and drive a new car home with the No Mo deal or whatever well, dont ever take anyones word for anything from this place with an exception of Francisco, swell guy, did what he could. This includes offering me a full tank for my time and drive but The lady Nicole, was 100% incorrect on advertising all of it. Wasted a day,. Though they claim to try and help anyone, doesnt mean their bank will. They make no commission pay so they dont really give two coins about anyone aside the one guy. He gets the 2 stars, would be more if wouldnt look like I actually got any help from the company itself. They are like wolves in sheep skin, get you in, get you cozy for several hours. No I do not recommend this company but hopefully the service gets better in the future. Remember to read the fine print

We are from out-of-town and werent able to make it in to look at cars until about 6:30 PM (they close at 8). We had called ahead of time and were told to come on in! Mason was our salesman and he was AWESOME! He wasnt pushy at all and in fact, he was very patient and kind. We test drove 3 different vehicles from 3 separate lots and he gave us all the time we needed to decide. He was knowledgeable and so nice! The finance mgr was super friendly as well and made us feel confident about choosing Super Car Guys. It took us until after 11pm to finalize everything and not once did they complain (we kept thanking them and apologizing) and ensured us that we were fine. If you want an honest, friendly, knowledgeable and non-pushy experience... THIS is the place to go!!!

Our salesman Mason Davis was great. We gave a list of what we were looking for and came back the following day to se what inventory they had. He showed us the options and when we ended up on a car a little outside our budget, the rest of the sales and finance team were still able to get us a payment we were comfortable with on a 2018 Chevy Malibu.Throughout the whole buying process, we never felt pushed or trapped in any sales techniques. As for paying more than we were planning to, thats also something we knew might be possible due to credit issues, but we got a decent rate, a good payment, and also a great warranty.This was a car for my fiance, but I will definitely check Super Car Guys out when Im ready for a new truck in the Spring.

Don’t buy from here! You’ll spend several days there while they try to put you in a car you aren’t wanting or looking for, giant waste of time. And if you do decide to buy a car from them, pay close close attention to your paper work. My husband went to look at a couple cars and was helped by Jesse who was genuine, absolutely friendly and informative. When it was my time to come in to discuss price, the manager went above and beyond to help us meet our budget. I was super impressed with this experience. Expect upbeat, friendly salesmen. Truly there are no gimmicks. The thing that stood out the most to me was their transparency and honesty and their willingness to work with our crazy schedule. We did things a little out of order with our loan paperwork and they were understanding and patient with us. I would recommend them to anyone in Wichita. When you go in, ask for Jesse. They always say what they have to say to get foot traffic on their lot. We have been to all 3 locations, broadway staff are not very friendly they dont bring that personalized experience with them. Rock the staff is more outgoing but they dont really develop any rapport with their customers, the west location deserves a 5 star. The staff was helpful, friendly, outgoing, and left a great impression. They developed a rapport and even though we were there for 4 hours they made it seem like way less time. Our guy even offered to play pool with us.

I had the best experience with Super Car Guys I went on Wednesday at 7 pm to see what options I had on a getting another car and trading mine in. Mason was the guy I work with he help me find my dream car. They never made me feel pressured. Mason was so nice and friendly it was like I was talking to a old friend.
