I purchased my Honda CR-V from Conklin in Salina, but wanted to service it closer to home (Wichita). So I chose Schofield Honda Service Dept. So far, Ive been happy with the service received...
I expect quite a lot when I pull up to a quality dealership service shop. Every time I bring in my vehicle to this location, there is rarely a time where I have had a easy and convenient experience. I dont really write reviews but this time they really had me upset. I came in for an a alignment check and for them to fix my sun visors and I needed a rental for the weekend. I made it clear to them that I would be busy until SUNDAY and that I or the person authorized to drive the vehicle would not be able to bring it back before then. They verbally agreed. I left very satisfied and then an hour later they called me back demanding the van back... Very upset how they did not respect the agreement and how I myself have a personal schedule. Made me go out my way to bring the Vehicle back. Messed up things with my employer as well as my personal plans. Disappointing.

Despite some good Miriam issues I had with the dealership registering tint install that had to be done 3 times to get it correct. The dealershipqqq has turned around and I’ve had nothing but exceptional service since then. I’ve been able to schedule service easily online and I have waited for most service and it was quick. Even a windshield replacement took less than a day. The staff has been friendly and taken time to explain things to me and I’ve never felt forced to do a repair I didn’t think was needed.

Had a great experience with Scholfield Honda Service, on arrival i was greeted and checked in quickly! Jason Jewett was my service advisor who did a great job from start to finish. Jason went above and beyond helping me throughout the course of my body work being completed during my visit. Kept me updated on the progression of the vehicles work throughout the week. On his day off he got me in touch with his Assistant Manager Travis who also did a great job with assisting me and letting me know what was going on with my car while Jason was off. My overall experience with the Service Department was great, the work preformed was excellent. I would recommend Scholfield Hondas Service Department to anyone looking for a great team of employees to get you taken car of. Thanks again to the whole Service team and especially Jason and Travis!
This is honestly the best service center Ive been to. Its easy to get my car in when I need to and their service is fast. The waiting room is also very nice with plenty of room and vending machines. They supposedly service all makes here too.
Always courteous and informative. I trust their recommendations. Prices are reasonable and comparative.
They always take care of my Accord and return it freshly washed.
I bought my Mustang from them a year ago and since they obviously dont sell Fords, they threw in an extended warranty on the motor and transmission for life. They also do my oil and filter changes. If theres a question about anything, they contact a Ford dealership and ask and then contact me. Its up to me whether I want to pursue it with Ford or not. But, they also dont charge me an arm and a leg for any service they provide me. Good customer service and really good people!

As ALWAYS, I was treated with respect. The entire staff and service dept at both locations are top notch, provide knowledgable suggestions and are friendly when explaining why or why not something isnt working as well or needs attention. Every time upon entry. I have been promptly greeted with a smile. Top notch business, that is for sure!

Ive had my car for a week the wrong Parts came in so now they have to wait till the correct Parts come in so I probably will be out of a car for another week well the service tech said they were going to get me a rental car free and the parts department was going to pay for it because the wrong Parts got shipped well my car is a 91 Honda Accord and I have American Family Insurance well American Family Insurance will not give a car that old full coverage its a waste of money so they only give you liability and since Scholfield has their own rental cars they could not give me a car to drive even though its their fault I dont have my car back today and so now I have to wait till the parts come in next week they get them put on and get the car back to me so Im going to be two weeks without a car so I am not very happy with Scholfield Honda at all and Im putting $3,200 worth of parts and labor on my car

This was a disappointing visit. Let me preface by saying, we genuinely look forward to our visits to Schofield East. We bring books/school work, enjoy a complimentary Starbucks, & watch something entertaining while we wait on our service appointment.However, our last several visits, weve been told an item needed service/repair that had previously been serviced/repaired ...like two oil changes previously. (Minor items wiper blades &/or brake pads/rotors, but certainly things that shouldnt need a repair again so quickly. Unless, of course, it wasnt fixed properly the first time --or it didnt/doesnt need a repair/replacement at all.)This is, as I said, disappointing.Also, despite being on-time to our appointments, the last two have taken more than the time quoted at the desk -which they always say is an overestimate to begin with. Weve had better service at Schofield than anywhere else in our twenty years of purchasing Hondas (Accord, CR-V, Pilot), so Im not ready to throw in the towel yet, but I am looking forward to a return to the service weve come to expect & appreciate from this dealership.
My honest review: keep reading all*Service center: they were amazing, Excellent costumer service, they were there to help me and not to take my money with unnecessary part or service. I will definitely be back for service.Sales: started good, but I guess because Im 25... And didnt look like I had the money to buy another new Honda... The sales person that take care of me and my wife ask me this question how soon are you looking to buy? I said, around September since thats whenever you normally have your sales for the 2017 vehicles... And he denied me a test drive... Saying that its Saturday and they get busy on Saturdays... To come back during the week...We were the only costumer there...I dont know if I will be back to buy a vehicle here it was pretty disrespectful...By the way The Toyota right beside you didnt deny me a test drive of any vehicle..
Called on Thursday to schedule for an oil change on Saturday around 4:30pm and got the receptionist. Asked for service and got transferred to service department. Nobody answered the service line so I left a message with requested information. I didnt get a call back that evening so waited until 9 almost 10am the next morning and called back for service. Got a hold of the receptionist again and got transferred to service. Service answered this time and I informed her I called in the day before, she asked what time and such and apologized, they had been having issues with their phones and was hoping they would have a replacement soon. She asked where I wanted service to be performed east or west, I informed her east. She notified me that they had an 11:30am appointment for Saturday, I accepted and she scheduled me or so I thought. When I arrived today to get the maintenance performed, i arrived around 11:15 well before my scheduled time. I waited a couple of minutes while the agents were finishing up. Paul was the one and started the check in. He asked what I was in for and I informed him I had an appointment at 11:30 for an oil change. He asked for my information the as he was going into the appointment list asked me additional questions because he did not see a scheduled appointment for me. He did inform me to not worry as they would be able to get me in, his customer service was great and took care of me without hassle. It just seems more and more the customer service here is just poor and they really dont care about their customers. The only reason why I am not scoring this a 1 is because Paul has helped me in the past and his customer service is always spot on and consistent. Even when I listen to him service other customers. Service wise of my vehicle no issues, but more and more i will more than likely start taking my vehicle somewhere else for service.

Scholfield Honda has the best service in the business. We crawled our van into their shop right before it closed on Saturday. They immediately took care of us with a rental car, basic signatures, and a plan on what to expect. They carried through on all of it. This is just one of many instances they have done an excellent job.
On my trip back to Wichita I had some time to look at cars. I wanted to look at the new Accord and Civic because I am buying a new car next year. The show room had the cars I wanted to see and the staff was very helpful. They gave me time to looking around and later answered my questions. I had a great experience at the dealership even though I wasnt buy that day.

I like the service guy I spoke with about my 2019 Honda Civic. I had lots of questions and he took the time to answer them all. I didnt realize it would be darn near spot on with other places to get an oil change for full synthetic being its tied to a dealership. I didnt get an oil change that day but will from here on out.I would like to see an option for the westside service department have some accessory options on hand like the Eastside does. Honda stickers, key chains, tee shirts etc. Why have the customer drive to the Eastside for accessories when Im getting service on the westside for them? Make this one change and Ill give you a 10 star rating!
Always glad to have these professionals work on our vehicles. Im a shade-tree mechanic and prefer to do most of my own vehicle maintenance, but these guys and gals know their stuff when its beyond my skill set!

The automatic doors are quite the level of amusement for a four year old boy. Weve never had a bad experience in the three years weve been going to Scholfield.
I took my Pilot in to get an airbag recall taken care of. They asked if I needed anything else while I was there. I asked if they could replace the bulbs to the control panels as a lot of them were out. They said they could. Forty five minutes later, they said the bulbs would have to be ordered. That wasnt so bad, but now I have a problem with my CD player going on and off when starting and shutting off the engine. Never did that before I took it into Scholfield. They offered to send the player in for repairs or give me a 200 dollar credit. I took the credit because I didnt want them screwing something else up. Will never go back for repairs. Will use 200 dollar credit in the gift shop.
Had a great experience here. Everyone was excellent from the salesman all the way to the owner who spoke with me shortly. Will come back again.
Been a loyal customer since 1996. They have great service and Ive had no issues purchasing/leasing a car from this dealership.
The service department got my car in and diagnosed it in a timely manner. They overcharged me for the repairs and I will look elsewhere for service work in the future!

Little on the pricy side, but these folks will get it fixed. Would have given five stars of phone system hasnt been looping me in hold forever accidentally and they would have got my car done in the timeline discussed, verses extending it twice.

Went in with a friend who was seriously looking @ a particular make and model of vehicle. She knew what she wanted. Sales rep took us out and let us test drive the vehicle, but as soon as we made it back to the showroom he handed us his card and parted ways. No discussing the vehicle beyond the color available. He clearly wanted to end his day and go home.

Over estimate their under estimation of the wait. Every time I take it up there they are late causing me to scramble for a car. I have been taking my car there since I bought it from them in 2013. Btw, don’t expect any special service just because you bought your car brand new from them. You mean nothing to them.
