Well since my first review I was contacted by this company and I think they werent properly informed of my concerns. So Im going to give Dana a chance to fix the issues and I guess well see if it gets handled. I didnt really think these reviews got read by anyone other than me. Im going to give them the opportunity to see what it is and go from there.

My family has trusted G&L on south Seneca for probably 40 years. Ive had a few other places work on my car, but came right back to G&L and now I wouldnt go anywhere else. They have done right by us every time, no complaints. Great communication, they always give you an analysis and an estimate before proceeding. Never had a problem with the work. If you ever have a question, theyll make it right. Dana is practically a family friend. I highly recommend them.

Its pretty messed up a body shop doesnt do body work

This is a very good garage. Other garages send jobs to G&L that they cannot do. Ken is always friendly and helpful. I called him with a question and he was willing to walk me through doing it at home. His rates are fair and the work he has done for me over the past several years has been of high quality and I have never been hustled.

They have been fair to me and pricing has not been to bad.

After receiving a very high bid to repair my Cadillac. Escalade, a neighbor recommended G and L Garage. They were able to diagnose and fix the problem for a significant savings from the first bid! They addressed the problem at hand, kept us informed of their findings, and fixed in a timely manner. We had a battery issue shortly after and they took care of that quickly as well. Often when taking a car to a mechanic you feel at their mercy - I feel that Ken and others at G and L are honest and professional. I would be happy to recommend them to friends and family.

I will always take my car to G&L! Professionalism and courtesy are two main reasons. The few times I have had problems I have always been able to get my car in the shop, have it worked up and back in little time. Great bunch of guys running this shop!!! Very helpful and quite knowledgeable. They do excellent work at a reasonable price. They have worked on my 2007 Pontiac GXP and done a fine job.

It took more time than i expected but they got the problem fixed and my car is running great now.

I needed an oil change and they came highly recomended. Very polite and fast service. When Ken checked over my car he found a couple things wrong. I had a wobbly tire in back and needed a radiator flush. Cheap prices and friendly service. Im going here from here on out.

Sat October 17 2015. JUST dropped a friend off at the Wichita airport and heading down Kellogg and my Buick starts wanting to NOT run! I baby it back to the postcard convention I was attending and TRY and figure out whats wrong with it. A few local folks suggested G & L garage on 13th, as they have been going there for years so I called Ken FIRST thing Monday morning (the 19th) and by noon, Ken called me back, told me WHAT was wrong, gave a CORRECT estimate and told me hed probably have me out by Tuesday. It was back running by 12:30p.m. Tuesday. . And better then EVER! All for a reasonable rate and time. I suspect this group of gear heads has worked on a few cars in their time, and Id bet an oil change that IF you looked in the shop rag bag you just may find an old skool Rat Fink tee shirt getting its LAST farewell. Ken and Kevin did a GREAT job! Thanks guys, and I hope to NEVER break down in Wichita again, but IF I do, I know where the cars going!
