Well I believe they had a staff turnover or management change,. I took my LG G3 into them and they fixed it and in the time frame they said they would. The customer service was great and I think if you gave them a shot they would impress you. They did me.

I wish I would have read the reviews before going to this place!! Horrible customer service and I will never go back there!! I still never got my screen protector I paid for and I dont care, they are rude! They cant even answer any questions about there products they are selling you if they mess up so they just argue with you! Ridiculous. Not to mention they never have anything in stock.
