This was the best customer service We have received ever at a phone store we have been with sprint since 1999 since T Mobile took over they really helped get all the transition done lowered our bill. Julia and Kevin are the absolute best ever!!!Thanks to them

I live near by and won’t use any other store .The lady Ms. Neesly, has been so so helpful getting my account straightened out . Besides suggesting to me the most cost effective ways to operate my devices .I myself have worked in some form of customer service for well over 30 yrs and it’s truly an Amazing & Awesome experience when you get to be on the receiving end of stellar 10 star service.Know they only give 5 stars she definitely deserves 10 + if they were available.Thank you, Respectfully,Drake & Hobbes

Awsome location, and very knowledgeable staff. I wanted the new S21 Ultra right when it was released, but I didnt have a pre order. Kyle was On It! and helped me get the phone in the color I wanted [Matte Black] and on the day it was released! Got the case and a super fast charger for cheap too. Super Happy with the whole experience and the phone is perfect!

If you need help with ANYTHING related to your T-Mobile account, go to this store! To make a very long and complicated story as short as possible: I spent the better part of the last 3 weeks trying to give back my daughters old phone after she got a new one through the Jump on Demand Program. Making no progress on my own, I went to the T-Mobile Store on Youngfield Street in Wheat Ridge. Admittedly, I started off with an attitude because I was very frustrated)! Despite my snippiness, the young man helping me was kind, professional and did what he could to help me (of course, I apologized to him!). Hitting the same roadblocks I had faced, he called over his Manager, Nezly, to help. Nezly then tried to do everything SHE could to help but hit the same roadblocks! After being in the store for 2 hours, I had to leave so Nezly took down my phone number and email address and said she would reach out if/when she problem was resolved. Bless her heart, she kept at it for a total of almost SEVEN HOURS. She talked to dozens of people at T-Mobile, most of whom told her nothing could be done but still she KEPT GOING and SHE DID IT! She was able to do what no one else could so that I could return the old phone that we never wanted to keep. Nezly went ABOVE AND BEYOND for me and I am forever grateful to her! (T-Mobile should be forever grateful to her as well as I was this close to cancelling my account with them because of this whole thing, and I have been a customer for 20 years!). Nezly, THANK YOU for everything you did for me - you are an absolute ROCK STAR!

Wow, very knowledgeable staff at this store. They also went out of their way to get us the phone we wanted. Great social distancing practiced here. Masks required. Highly recommend a visit to this location if youre in need any of Tmobiles services.

Nezly and Kyle turned a difficult time into a rewarding experience! I had decided to accept a new employers plan with another provider but couldnt get my phone unlocked. They were patient, courteous, and knowledgeable. Nezly, the manager, succinctly and respectfully explained how I could be helped and began doing so immediately even though she had to interrupt working on other T-Mobile paperwork. Kyle was informative but listened and asked a few important questions as much as he spoke so there was no pressure to the possibility of having the Applewood store help me in the future. Thank you, Nezly! Thank you, Kyle!

I’ve been with T-Mobile almost 20 years, I just upgraded two our four iPhone lines at this store, the young lady that assisted our purchase couldn’t have been more friendly, helpful and knowledgeable with T-Mobile promotions and device technologyShe performed the product transition and data transfers between the old phones and our new ones seamlessly and professionally with no glitches

I want to thank Solomon for his kindness, his ground, his professional abilities and his generosity of patience to teach me all that he did today in person. I have called the store number of times and he has been very gracious and answered all my questions. So to meet him in person and have him work me through my latest batch of questions was a pleasure. Collin was the best TMobile guy!! He helped me with getting a new phone. he helped me set up my phone which that never is a option. he was a nice guy explain my phone to me. I came into the store because my screen protector cracked. They could not seem to help me. They could not find it in their system even though they sold it to me. I waited until I could not wait any longer. I asked if I could be called once they located it., no one called. I called the store again and after much debate I was told that they would order one for me and that it would be delivered to my home. I have yet to get it and it has been a couple of weeks. I called customer service today to find out the status of my order an apparently they told me I had to go to the store to get an update and to get a screen saver as they could not help me. This is something that was sold to me with a promise that if it was damaged it would be replaced. I was with Verizon for close to 20 years and did not have this kind of customer service. Maybe it is time to go back.

Customer service is alive and well! I almost gave up hope that such a thing still existed. This is the first time in all my years as a wireless customer ( AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile) that I felt really happy as I walked out the door. It’s true! This place is like ‘Cheers’. I swear I saw two customers come in while I was there and the store manager knew their names.I had my two kiddos with me, which is never fun when trying to accomplish something as serious as buying a new phone. Imagine my surprise when the store manager, Michelle, actually asked my kids questions and kept them entertained! Better than Chuck E. Cheese. We were there almost two hours and they didn’t complain once. (If you knew my kids, you would understand just how extraordinary this event was.)After we left the store, we discovered a problem with my daughter’s phone number. I called the store one minute before they closed and talked to Michelle, who was kind enough to walk me through literally every step of fixing my daughter’s phone ( while being patient with me as I resolved a conflict between screaming kids and a giant puppy who kidnapped their favorite stuffed animal).I am so thankful for kind people who take the time to help a hot-mess mom like me navigate through the confusing new world of buying a kid their first phone. I feel like I’m pretty much an expert on the subject now, and thanks to Michelle, my mess isn’t quite so hot.
