Came in to get a game and controller for my son and I. Young man named Jonah assisted us with getting what we needed. While they did not have any controllers in stock he ordered a controller for us and had the best customer service I could’ve asked for. Very respectful and amazing staff compared to other locations I have been to. This is now my go to place. Thanks Jonah!!

Never open when they are supposed to and noone ever answer the phone

This location is posted to open at noon daily. Yet it is not open and no one is answering the phones at 1pm on a Wednesday. This location needs a whole new staff at this rate.

Customer service has really gone downhill at this location. My son received a game from his uncle he wanted to exchange for something more age appropriate. The sales associates ignored them the entire time until he started looking at plushes and then they seemed to assume that they were going to steal the thing. Autism was the excuse for poor service. My son shouldnt have to feel this way for wanting to exchange his gift.

Not a great experience here. Went out of my way to go to this location, just to buy my son a PS4 iron man bundle, when I called they said they had it and I could come in to buy it. (Never told me I had to buy multiple things in order to purchase it. Even the game stop by my house didnt mention that detail) Anyway, when I got there an employee told me I had to buy other games or items in order to buy just the one Item I needed. To me thats the worst tactic you could use to upsell your customers. Not just that it makes the company look bad just because all the other stores are sold out. Thats ok though thats why Im giving them this rating and FYI to Game stop. I BOUGHT IT AT WALMART AND I WAS NOT FORCED TO BUY ANYTHING ELSE.

I cant give Gamestop a 5 star off business practices alome, but a good normal Gamestop none the less. Staff is helpful, but shifts seem understaffed.As of 11/2020, store has less in it, visibly more empry.

Good place to trade buy sell games!?!? GameStop is a cooperate ran store with many locations there competitively priced they dont give you much for most used games but then again who does? The big advantages are they will warranty most games and have a large selection. That being said service is good in this store and they had what I wanted with a buy 2 get one free on used games so I got 3 games for the price of one new however watch prices some times its cheaper to get new. Store has no bathroom but is wheelchair accessible and had handicap parking

We came to let my 12yr old use his birthday money to purchase a used Xbox One controller. The employee that helped him made his year!!! (And made his 17yr old big brother very envious). He found him an awesome controller that my kiddo loves. He couldnt stop smiling ear to ear. The employee made it a really special experience and made my kiddo feel special. Both employees who were working that day were so friendly and helpful. Its a great location with knowledgeable employees who love what they do. They made a kid feel awesome... It might not seem like a big deal but my kiddo is special needs and often struggles with his feeling. Thank you guys so very much.

Its sufficient, if you go when it is busy plan to wait for 10 plus minutes. The employees are very friendly, but they tend to chat a lot with the people checking out. Most of them are very knowledgeable and are happy to help with any questions.

Horrible Management and horrible customer service goes all the way to the district manager who doesnt care about the customer.you can literally get banned from the store if you complain about the poor customer service.that one of the managers and one of the employees an employee by the name of Sam who is not only incompetent at his job but rude.and a district manager who doesnt care about hes rude employees but will ban you if you have the nerve to complained about their poor customer serviceI guess mr. Chan doesnt want to do his jobI spend thousands of dollars at game stop and mr. Chan couldnt even bother to pick up the phone to contact me about it.this is why GameStop has such a bad rap no other company runs like this if you have a complaint a company will talk to you about it not GameStop theyll just banned you for no reason.hopefully in a couple years this horrible company will be out of business

I mean gamestops has always screwed people over but man its so much worse now got an elite controller used it had a problem went to return it 12 days later they told me I cant get my money back its only 7 days used to be 30 and then told me I can exchange it in for significantly less value then what I paid what a joke definitely done with game stop hope amazon destroys them! They deserve it after all the screwing its customers over

I only had a phone conversation, but it was excellent. I could tell they were busy, noon on a Saturday the second week of December. But the person on the phone was so helpful and nice. I was looking for retro games and they didnt even carry them but told me exactly where I could find them and didnt try to rush me off the phone or anything. They still answered my other questions and calmly told me to have a nice day even though I could hear customers talking and another phone line ringing in the background. They totally get my recommendation!

I came to visit GameStop on September 13 around 530 Was 1 male staff there. After a customer made purchase he literally standed there and talked about dragons for 15-20 minutes while I waited by the counter . When ask for help kept getting a “one moment please” response. When he finally had the time he was very rude . Literally went to another game stop in down the street because of his terrible customer service.

I have always gotten fantastic customer service here. When I bought a used 3ds and exchanged it for a new one, it was a breeze. Thanks guys for all your hard work and being honest.

The only problem with game stop is they give you far less for your trade ins. I went to buy back games and they offer decent money, or more towards store credit. I didnt spend $60 on a game to receive $1.50 towards store credits from Game stop. Thank you but I dont like to feel suckered. Buy back games is the place for me.

I like this game stop because its in a great area and the staff is really friendly. I just wish they kept the door open more or something because it can feel very stale inside and warm.

Used to be a 5 star place but since the old manager Grayson left its gotten kind of bad. The only decent employee is the really tall younger kid. Havent really been back in a while so I cannot attest to anything recently, but I dont think that it wouldve improved.

The staff at this location is always friendly and knowledgable. Sometimes you get guys at game stores that are all about business and making the sale, but the people here are always happy to have a conversation about whatever ia in your interest and theyve kept me coming back for years.

I went there and spent $759.43 and was treated like I was a criminal trying to pull some sort of scam. The employee was rude and condescending. I never felt like my money and myself were more unwanted at any store in my life.

Im not a gamer, step son is and he finds a way to get me in there for his Xbox 360. Good help and knowledgeable of what were looking for.

False advertising. Looked online at the price for far cry 5 and then went in store to pick up and the price sticker said the same. Went to the register only to find out apparently the sticker is old and the ok online prices are not updated. Was charged $20 more than the online price. Will not be shopping with gamestop ever again.

Horrible customer service, showed up 2 min to closing. Open sign is on and door unlocked. Yet still I was refused service because they were getting ready to close. Maybe next time do your job and help the customers, even if it cuts into closing time.
