Had issues with my account online as well as through customer service. Went into the store and within 15 minutes Aaron was able to resolve everything. Impressed by this customer service skills as he never left the desk without assuring me what he was working on and that he’d be right back.

Ugh! What the hell, went there to have my phone reactivated because of their stupid billing. My phone was deactivated due to an outstanding balance of $0.00. Could not do it over the phone. Waited 30 minutes in the store for help & when I did finally get a person, they called financial services & handed me the phone. The girl on the phone reactivated it. Customer service is non existent with Verizon.
Had a great experience at this Verizon location with Chris the manager. He was incredibly knowledgeable & helpful about my best options when it came to a phone, plan, etc. and made the entire experience very pleasant!

Went in at 5:15 to exchange a phone and was told it would be a 30-40 minute wait. One sales rep finished with a customer and proceeded to ignore us even though we were the only other customers in the store late on a Friday. After we had waited an hour and 20 minutes she took over another rep’s customer and sent that rep over to us. It took five minutes for him to tell us they had very limited selection, they didn’t have the phone we wanted to buy and they couldn’t order the phone because that would put us past the 30 day return period. Worst customer service ever.
Was put on a 45 - 60 minute queue for service, got a text verifying this. Then 3 hours passed and I received no text. Totally unprofessional. They blew me off completely as I was trying to buy a new phone
Very helpful people, the store currently has low inventory but that isnt their fault. The first time I came in felt a bit rushed and I would have preferred more time to talk about the phones and see them. However the people were very nice and helped me out when my phone screen cracked... The pixel 4a5g is not a terribly durable phone in the hands of a clumsy person... Again not their fault. Definitely plan on returning next time I need a phone.
I give 5 stars to this place for one salesman. I came in with my two young kids to quickly replace my Samsung S20 because the screen cracked this morning. As he came over, Jamel could have made the quickest and easiest sale to date. I told him the situation and all I needed was the phone and their overpriced screen protector. He came back with the phone and then told me my screen works so I should just go to UbreakitIfixit and scan about $500. I feel like it is rare to see a salesperson be honest, especially when they have a sure thing. He deserves recognition - as because of him I will come back.

With covid some people still has to stand outside however the Verizon guys were coming outside too. A Verizon rep came out, my phone was messed up, he knew exactly what the problem was and had it fixed within 5 minutes. Actually he had it fixed instantly, it just took a few minutes to load. I wish I would have got his name so I could give him some kudos points. He was tall I think medium brown hair extremely friendly. Go Verizon!
I have used this Verizon store several times and have been impressed every time. The team is thoughtful and helped meet my specific needs. They are very thorough, patient and great listeners. They are also very knowledgeable and are good teachers, even to those of us who arent so adept at technology! Thank you, Ann

I went to this store monday afternoon. 3 guys worker of the store were standing outside. No one in the store. He ask what I needed i told him I needed a new phone. He said I needed an appointment, i said there is not one here and it need an appointment. Then he said I could make an appointment for Wednesday, I was just here on sunday and it didnt need an appointment that day walked in and got a tablet. The man was very rude and with no one in the store why couldnt I get help. I will not go back here and it will make sure others know how this store is!
If you purchase anything from this store be sure to double check your account afterwards, because they add stuff you didnt buy and CHANGE YOUR PLAN WITHOUT AUTHORIZATION. I will be filling a formal complaint with Verizon regarding this store as soon as corporate opens. BUYER BEWARE HERE!

Customer service at this location was lousy for me. Was treated like a leper due to their excessive paranoia and fear of the corona virus despite masks, hand sanitizer, plastic shields and latex gloves.. Had to wait outside in the cold for 20 minutes.Employees not technically proficient, kept trying to get me to call Verizon technical support because they didnt want to work to figure out their own messaging program and product software. Pure lazyness!One representative kept trying to pass the buck to the customer support number hoping I would go away and ignore the malfunction.In fairness they were able to partially solve the problem by switching out a SIM card after making me wait outside in the cold for 20 minutes.Superficial and could really care less about customer service or producing results...Would rather used two Dixie Cups connected by a string than deal with this location again.
Corporate Verizon is kind of known for their shady business practices and lack of integrity. However, this Verizon wireless location is ran by a team who you can tell genuinely cares about its clients. Both times I’ve been in I was completely surprised by the level of service and sincerity, I have always been taken care of in a timely manner and they have retained me as a future customer. Kudos to Vanessa, Josh and Dallas, they’re top notch. Thanks again!

I just want to say that, this store and the service that you get here, is hands down the BEST!!!! My husband and I went in on Friday, to switch my daughter’s phone to my line, to drop my daughter’s line, to sell back my phone, to get 2 new cases, 2 protective screens, and to purchase a new Apple Watch. Bill, our Verizon Rep, was amazing!! He did all this and then HE, proceeded to look into our account, and saved us some money on our bill!!! We couldn’t have asked for anyone better!! Thank you so much Bill, for your excellent service, and your willingness to go above and beyond...words can not express our gratitude!! Whenever we need to come back, we will definitely be asking for you!!
They are taking appointments when I went but were able to help me switch out my sim card to my new unlocked Samsung Note 9 out in front of the store because they are not allowing anyone in the store. I m not a Verizon customer anymore but they were super nice at this location.
Went in excited about my brand new phone and phone plan. The gal who helped me spent more time talking with management than she spent with me. The last straw was when she said I would not be able to keep my old phone number. WHAT??? Why not?? I left in frustration and my phone was still not activated. Next day I went to a different location and received real customer service. My phone is up and running and I have the same phone number!! Crazy, huh? I wont go back to this store. They did not provide accurate information or quality customer service.
Very odd. I was ready to buy a phone and was told I only could only do so online for pick up. I guess they’re understaffed. But it was clear I wasn’t welcome.

The salesman Bill was seriously unprofessional during our visit. Verizon charges an upgrade charge of $40 for a replacement phone that was $50 less on the internet. When I pointed that out, bill stated to me You can go to another company if you like. Wow! Verizon instructs/teaches their employees to speak to customers like this?Bill did spend time helping my brother, who is a disabled vet get set up. That is the only reason for 2 stars instead of zero.But I feel when viewing my brothers account, he would clearly have seen my brother pays 12.00 a month warranty. Why would you not have said there is a warranty and lets fix the phone. ? Instead you ignored that and continued to sell him a new phone.I feel this was very dishonest and you took advantage of my brothers disability. In turn, my brother was not aware and purchased a new phone.Very very poor customer service and clearly absence of integrity with the employees who represent verizon.
Not really much to review I wanted to get my own phone plan and get off my parents phone plan how there managed to be issues doing that just baffles me. When I mentioned I could go to the competitor across the parking lot he told me to go for it. I went to the att store across the parking lot and within 20 minutes i paid cash for a new phone and was set up on a new plan. Its just sad that stores are so quick to send long time customers to a competitor.
Destiny spent over an hour with me getting my entire account fixed. It wasnt broken. It just was set up as personal and qualifed for business. I had no idea. She went above and beyond to spend the time to explain the benefit of switching, and all the steps to make the change, to save me a significant amount if money every month, and I was only there for a cheap SD card. Good selection of phones, mixed reviews on service. I was greeted genuinely and promptly but felt really rushed. Salesmen left me hanging and moved onto the next customer because I had too many questions. The store inside Colorado Mills was much more helpful. If you already have your mind set on exactly what you want, this might be a good place to go. Good stock of inventory.
Don’t ever buy an iPhone. They bleed data all day long. I leaked 2gigs in the last 7 days. I normally go through one in a month. I can’t believe Verizon didn’t tell me this. And they only give you a two week warranty. I’ve had mine for a month and just realized this. I’m going to put a note on my wall to remind me of this mistake. I’m never again buying an iPhone. And I’m very suspicious of Verizon now. What a scam... so, I’ve bleed another gig in the last few days. I want this phone out of my life. I still hate my iPhone I had to shut off apps that were using data. So if I want to use them again, I have to go back into settings to turn them on again. I have to go through four steps to shut an app down. You’ve got to be kidding me. On a 1000.00 phone, I have to go through 4 steps to shut down apps every time I use the phone. This is definitely not a smart phone. And I was stupid for buying it. And the two weeks return policy isn’t enough time for these issues to show up, or I would have returned it. I’d love to now. Never again. I’m going to write myself a not in case I forget.

I had a good experience here. I needed a couple things, and they got me what I needed very efficiently. I went on a weekday so it wasnt the busiest time, but was served right away by a polite young man. I would recommend this store as a good one for Verizon needs.
Horrible customer service. My wife and I came into the store to fix an issue with her phone. We signed in a waited for our turn. We sat and watched every customer in the store receive help and some that came in after us. It came to a point where there were hardly any customers in the store and a group of employees were huddled in a corner talking and laughing. I went up to the group to ask when we would be helped, they laughed and stated they forgot we were over there. My wife later told me that as I walked away from the group one of them made faces and gestures toward me.After dealing with the first employee, who couldnt resolve the issue with the phone (not his fault), the Solutions Manager came out to assist. This guy was so condescending to us that it took me everything I had to bite my tongue. He was extremely rude and provided no solutions to us at all. He basically said the issue we were having isnt possible to have. When we described the issues we were having, he would laugh at us like we were idiots and had no idea what we were talking about.I will never visit this store again. I have previously been a manager in retail and have seen a lot of things. But I have never, ever seen such poor customer service. I have never seen people, in view of the customer, be so insulting. This store needs to start from scratch.Do yourself a favor and stay away from this store. Im tempted to leave Verizon all-together due to the experience at this store.

Had a great salesman Joe, problem with Verizon when we tried implementing a new plan upgrading to unlimited a new phone and disconnect of one line due to family changes. Everything was great and I could change 13th of next month! Well thats exciting! Could not even do a pro-rated option so everything could be done now.Bet they could have done it today if I was coming from another carrier. Maybe At&t would like a new customer.
Mark was awesome last night. He let my young teenager do all of the interacting and included me only when needed which we both liked. Mark did not give up easily on our problem and he did everything he could to try to help us out. The other employee in the store checked with us as well to be sure we were getting what we needed. Nice guys who relate well to customers.
Went in to see why I was double billed a month service after I switched to Tmobile. I couldnt get anyone to help me when I called customer service. Just got hung up on when I asked to have a detailed list of charges emailed to me. I talked to Jamal at this location. I started to explain the situation I was having. He just kept saying you need to call customer service. I asked him if he could please print me out a copy of what they had because I had already tried calling the billing/customer service dept. He didnt really want to help. Once I got the printed copy I started to show him what my concern was. Right away he said Im not the billing dept, you need to call them. I was just showing him what proof I had and that he just look and see if it truly was a valid discrepancy. He just kept saying call the billing dept. If I could give 0 stars, I would. This is why I left Verizon. Overpriced, and not very friendly staff. Ever. No wonder why this location and others are hardly over a 3 star rating...

Issue with billing - I was owed a credit, previously called 2x, asked for assistance, Jesus informed me he couldnt help, had to call, told me I just didnt want to do the work for return of my money. Interesting attitude towards customer. Finally looked up my account, seeing I had, in fact, done the work. Still no help, told to call again. Jesus could use service training.
The lady rep was so knowledgeable it was incredible and she gave me step by step directions to place excel on my android. no one understood what I needed to do, but she did. and explained why i needed outlook, o one had told me that. I am so pleased.
Pretty horrible service. Didnt even offer to help setup the phone after we dropped over $2000 dollars there. Luckily after we returned to fix a setup error, another employee did a great job fixing the problem and helping us out with another issue.
I went to the Arvada store. The employee who helped me (named Mark) was very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. My phone was not working right. He resolved my issues quickly.I had previously gone to the Cherry Creek store and was told that my phone had no problems.
Their sales representative Dallas was very friendly and knew his products very well. He helped us get exactly what we needed for our family. I also loved that we were acknowledged as soon as we walked in the door by Chris, the store manager. It was an overall great customer service experience from that store and I would highly recommend it.

It would be nice to be treated with some respect at this location. You’ll get none so don’t expect it. They will be nice as can be when they are selling you something and taking your money but the minute the product they sell you is defective and they know it it’s on you to figure it out and go ahead and wait for a like new refurbished one that paid thousands of dollars for something that’s not new when they know what they’re selling you is defective. I was afraid to use this store again after my first bad experience there and I proved myself right. Twice I had JAMIL and both times he made mistakes. The first cost $300 in fees + 3 months of back and forth with billing. This one cost $50 and 4 hours off my paycheck. No one at this location made any efforts to resolve either situation. I deeply regret giving my business to this Verizon location. Save yourself the headache and go anywhere else.

The worst... They will recommend you to buy over priced covers for your phone when you get a new phone. Most covers are almost half priced anywhere but this store. Then jerk you off on warranty your phone. Supposed to have it next day, 3 days later and nothing. Why do I pay 20 bucks extra a month again!? When you actually talk to store they literally say here is a number you can call. The only thing this store can do is rip you off on new phones. If it does not involve taking your money they cant do it. Actual service forget it.I was never told insurance was third party company that has nothing to do with Verizon or the store that sells it to you.And if you actually find the local store number They wont help you either. The excuse is the call is not recorded and they are not able to look up your account. Gee how do you look up my account in store DUH. BS someone else.After talking to Verizon corporation it turns out the insurance on phone was canceled and refunded. Then I was Charged for replacement new phone shipped usps and arrived 7 business days later. Ill give you one guess who did it.Verizon fixed that as well.Lesson learned your business is a black hole for peoples money without providing service and passing the buck to someone else for responsibility.
Been to this store about four different times now and have always left pleased. I live about 5 minutes from the Golden store and refuse to go there. I drive an extra 15-20 minutes on I-70 just to go to this shop. I have waited, but when Ive made an appointment Im in and out - waiting is to be expected at ANY phone store so get over it.Everyone that works there knows what they are talking about, have great senses of humors, and you can tell they actually enjoy talking about phones and explaining them. I will be back to this store whenever I have any issue from now on.
Staff is very friendly but not always able/know how to help if you have a need other than making a purchase. Simple array of product available. BUT the wait time can be quite long! When it is your turn though, they devote their attention totally to you.
Bought a Galaxy 9 the sales associate appeared to be a bit Put out, I ask him to switch the phones over and I guess they dont do that anymore. I wonder if they do that over it to AT&T . I guess Verizon is getting so big customer service is kind of a secondary deal, when you spend a $1000 for a phone I really believe you should get good service. If it wasnt for the great coverage they have I would have probably went elsewhere. Been a customer for 20 years
Verizon representative bordered on rudeness. I am elderly and not computer or phone savvy. He was short and curt on answering questions. I had told him I needed to keep new phone costs down, he continued to offer higher priced phone, cover and an iPad? I felt guilty for saying I cant afford this . New cell was to be paid monthly and bill came all in 1month. He needs training to increase people skills .

Super disappointed at my experience today at this Verizon location. My first experience here was great, the staff was helpful and Ive enjoyed my new Google Pixel phone. After a glitch in an update I did today my new phone shutdown and wouldnt turn on. Because the phone still has a warranty I contacted Verizon and followed the prompts for technical support at their location. After being on hold for more than 15 minutes, I hung up and called the main line. Joshua answered my call, was super condescending and literally told me that nobody can help me. Frustrated I ended our conversation, I called another location and they helped me immediately on connecting my phone to a computer device. I typically dont leave bad reviews but I was so floored by how rude this guy was!
If I could rate this specific location with negative stars, I would. Not all Verizon stores are horrible, but this one is beyond words. Apparently, they hire a bunch of guys who are tools. I often go to this location because it is near my home. I have never once had a good experience. They are too lazy to do their job. The manager never gets involved either. I always wind up going to a different location and they are able to fix the issue right away. I will never step foot in this location again..
Great experience at this store. I was helped by Morgan who was very knowledgeable and friendly. I was there when the store opened so I was helped right away. Came away very satisfied!
It wasnt very busy but the person helping me acted like they wear in a hurry to finish up with me and they kept interrupting me, trying to finish my sentences to make things go faster but it just slowed things down. Further more I had to call Verizon later because the person helping me at this location didnt do what I asked. I like Verizon but if you need to go to a store I would choose a different location

All they’ll do is waste your time.I set up an appointment to pickup an upgraded phone... got to the store and it wasn’t ready and the person I had the appointment with wasn’t there.I went to this store because that’s where my business account was setup. There are many stores closer to my home.Because you guys decided to waste my time, I’m switching carriers.
I love Verizon and will never change carriers. They have the best reception and customer service leaps and bounds above the rest. That said, my experience at this location started out frustrating and got worse from there. I will acknowledge that the culprit was an incompetent employee, but I was unable to get anyone else to assist, so I feel motivated to express my dissatisfaction. I left this store before venting my anger, and went to another location where I immediately received excellent service.
I wanted a new phone, the iphone 8. Sales pitch after sales pitch after sales pitch. Finally, I just didnt want to hear it. Went to the Golden store, walked in, told them the phone, purchased it and shook hands. Part of being a successful sales person is listening to and understanding your customer . . .

I purchased my phone here in February and was very pleased with the service at that time. Today I was back with a handset hardware problem and they fixed me up. They are super fast to attend to people and eager to please the customer. I would send people there.
When we got in the store, we were told that it would be a 20 minute wait, which was concerning given that the store would close in 60 minutes, but it seemed manageable. We waited for almost an hour. No one came to tell us that theyd be right with us. No one even seemed to acknowledge our existence other than to ask one of us to move so that he could access a drawer. The worst part, however, was that people who had come in after us were attended to before us. Had we known that we would be treated so rudely, dismissed, and ignored, we could have spent that hour more productively and without the frustration.
I recently visited this location to pay on my Verizon bill I was very pleasantly surprised when one of the employees Tristan Davis was polite enough to open the door for me as I was approaching, that really went the extra mile and made me smile and made my day I was totally comfortable throughout the whole experience he was super knowledgeable and had a lot of great things to show me he was able to find exactly what I was looking for and it was even convenient for me to pay I would highly recommend this location to anybody looking to have a pleasant experience. And thank you again Tristan Davis for making my day!

I wish we could provide positive feedback but have a 4g wireless device for our landline so we can fax. The device wont stay connected and must be reset several times daily. Verizon says we are bound to the contract even though its their signal problem. Verizon has no solution and we just want out of that part of our current service. Verizon says we must pay a penalty to terminate that portion of our service. A very unreasonable and unprofessional way to treat a long term customer.
I ordered a phone to be delivered in 2 days, so far it has been 10 days and still no phone. Cant call into the store. Automated system sucks and so do the customer service reps. that lied to me about the status of the phone!!!
About a week ago I had good service and got a screen protector (not a Verizon screen protector) put on my iPhone, the guy told me if he messed up there wasnt anything he can do in terms of replacement and I was okay with that and had a protecter put on my phone.Today I went in and brought my own screen protector to have it out on again as mine broke (my own fault) the lady told me she couldnt apply it because it wasnt a Verizon screen protector. I told her I was there a week ago and had it put on and she got defensive by saying if something happend in terms of messing up they couldnt do anything which I knew prior and was okay. It seemed as though she just wanted me to leave as and go to the next customer.
They suck do not go there. I went 8 times in a week and a half all because my phone was acting up. They sent me 2 refurbished phones. For those who dont know what that means its used broken phones just fixed for resale. Will not working they did nothing for me but the same story I got the first time. Went to the Verizon store at the mall and within 10 min my phone was working right. The problem was my SIM card. The one thing they never checked. To top it off the guy added more storage space to my cloud without my permission than told me later after he did it and it was free of charge due to going in so many times. I go in to tell a manager and all he said was sorry Ill talk to him. So I didnt feel comfortable about that answer. I ended up calling Verizon and asked if I was billed for my glass screen protector the same guy have me the same day as adding more space to my cloud. To no surprise this time he did Bill me. They did remove that charge. Point I am getting at is they suck they dont do things right at all. DO NOT LET THEM TAKE YOUR PHONE IN THE BACK BECAUSE YOU DONT KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING UNTIL AFTER THEY DO IT AND THEY DO NOT ASK IF IT IS OK. THEY SUCK IF I COULD GIVE NEGATIVE 100 STARS I WOULD DO IT IN A HEARTBEAT.I WILL NO LONGER BE GOING TO THAT STORE EVER I WILL GO OUT OF MY WAY TO GO TO A STORE THAT KNOWS WHAT THEY ARE DOING. I HATE THIS STORE NOT THE FIRST TIME THEY SCREWED ME BUT IT WAS FOR SURE THE LAST TIME. SCREW THIS PLACE GO SOMEWHERE ELSE THEY SUCK AT CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Would give no stars if I could. The guy that helped us was nice at first but that was a facade. My colleague was upgrading his business phone, the guy helped us “set” up his phone so we thought. But when he put the screen protector on he did not clean the screen so he has debris in the screen protector. And Then he said all you have to do is sign in your iCloud and you’ll be set so we went back to work and tried all that. Well he had trouble doing it and when he went back to the store the guy was rude and said sorry can’t help you go to the Apple store.I myself went to the Verizon in Westminster to upgrade my business phone and the guy sat with me and walked me through it all.I don’t recommend going to this Arvada store off Kipling as CUSTOMER SERVICE is not anything they are interested in doing.
Mark Reyes rocks! We switched from T-Mobile where wed had hit and miss service for 30 yrs to Verizon. Had to buy an I-phone or Samsung in order to use their service (Verizon), yet w/the snafus and messed up service over the past two mos w/T-Mobile, enough was enough! Plus, Verizon had established their lines early on and their service in the mountains is head and shoulders better than T-Mobile. Skiing at Vail and trying to reach my brother w/my former T-Mobile service sucked as there was no signal either on the lift or in the lodge. Had to borrow a fellow skiers phone to get in touch. Can only imagine if one were to get lost and needed service which could not be available w/T-Mobile. So far, so good w/Verizon after only two mos and have called Mark a few times to get the lay of the land w/my new phone and service. Highly recommend him!
The staff is not very helpful. When I went in today there were no customers in the store. The person who helped me was not friendly and proceeded to tell me “they don’t do that anymore” hmmm when I called corporate they seem to think yall still did. Just rude and lazy. Will not return even to pay my bill. BYE.
The sales person who helped me rocked it!! I forget his name but they all have a great attitude and really care.
