I have been using this store for a while, i enjoy it because they have a larger store and tend to have more in stock in the location. Even though i have always had great customer service experience here todays visit made me have to review. As with many places lately they are short staffed so Angelo was the only one working and even though he had people after me he did not rush me and still offered to help with all my needs in a very friendly manner. He was also not overwhelmed even while by himself and kept a friendly demeanor and communication open with all customers in line and who entered the store as well. It has been a long time since I saw someone who really felt genuine in a busy situation so i definitely want to give Angelo and the store credit where credit is due.

I was having trouble with my iPhone SE and went to 4202 Wadsworth Cricket Store. I was immediately helped by Kennyann who started by downloading latest update. She was determined to help me saying”I want to know how to fix this”. It took maybe 40 minutes and entire time we waited on Apple she was calmly waiting on 4-5 other people at the same time. She was calm, cool, any very effective. It was a joy to watch this woman work. She is Sensational! Recommend her as high as I can. Thank you for your high level professionalism. Bruce Brown

Not only is the manager helpful but is very knowledgeable. I am confident when it comes to informations given by her because I know she knows what she’s doing. She has helped me numerous times on things that are beyond her job role. I’ve witnessed her going out of her way numerous to help customers coming in and out of her stores. Things that I know others won’t do. The fact that her customers follow her every time she moves to another store speaks her character loud and clear. I definitely recommend her and her store. :)

Kenny was amazing with helping me find a perfect phone for my appointments and apps. She was nice and friendly and went as far as transferring all my contacts to my new phone while multi tasking. I am happy to be back at cricket.

These women that work the night shift are very helpful and even stood past closing time just to make sure we had what we came for. And didn’t once complain about having to stay later. We didn’t even notice it was almost an hour after closing until we walked out the door. GHighly recommended their store!

I have been a cricket customer for close to 20 years or more . When my husband and I came in to get new phones we were just sold phones. No questions were asked about what we needed or wanted. I ended up having to come back and purchase a different phone because it didnt have what I needed. And my husband currently hates his phone

I left that store having received so much more value than I had been expecting, thanks to Sales Rep/Superstar KennyAnn!!The caliber of customer service she imparted could not be mistaken (especially these days) for anything but the actions of a genuinely caring person, whilst also maintaining a work ethic as professional as it gets.I went to Cricket to port out my phone number from another service provider so that I could afford to get a new device with an unlimited data plan. Not only did I end up with everything Id hoped, but for also about half the price I expected to have to spend, AND all because of KennyAnns effort to find every extra perk/benefit/promo she could for me. 😭I cant even calculate the long-term impact this will have on helping me manage my financial burdens.Thank you so much, KennyAnn!!

I love this store. Everytime I come in Kennyann is so bright, bubbly, helpful and so kind. Shes always been so helpful and patient with me when I cant figure out whats going on with my phone. I used to go to a different cricket location. One day I was in the neighborhood of this store and needed my phone looked at. Kennyann was working and I was so impressed with her personality and professionalism that I no longer go to my old location. This is my new go to location. Being kind when in customer service and knowing everything about your job makes a huge difference.

Marisabelle was quick and attentive even while training a new employee.. We like our new phones, however had a lil issue with one at first.. Called the store and was able to get issue resolved without having to go back to the store! Thanks Everyone!

My account was so screwed up after adding a line here. The wait was long and the girls behind the counter are not at all professional. Ended up with lots of additional charges, inaccurate information, headaches repeating myself to customer service, very long wait times and disconnected service. All because of my visit to add a line of service. Totally unacceptable! Was told to go to another cooperate store because they dont have full access to accounts. All the stores they said to go to are no longer there. STAY CLEAR!

Awesome people had to return a phone not enough storage on it, and awesome men to deal with. The lady wasnt that great but the men were awesome. The manager and another guy were so great to deal with. Love them two. Way to go ! 🌺

Cricket has the worst service Ive ever had. Verizon is exactly where you want to be if youre looking for excellent Nationwide coverage. If you have a Galaxy S7 phone though you could accidentally be turned away from Verizon you just need the U firmware for the phone and then it unlocks the full capabilities of the network. Verizon is already thanked me for bringing this to their attention. My new phone with my new Verizon service works impeccably Im never short of full on bars.

Im a new Cricket customer and decided to explore my options since many family members have made the switch from Sprint, Verizon and other high priced carriers. Happy with the service over the phone and in-store. Richard answered all of my questions patiently and recommended the right phone and plan for me. I live in West Highlands and am now actually getting good mobile phone service (compared to Verizon).

Wins my Cosiest Cricket Store award. A nice relaxing environment but they lose a star for having restrooms but not making them available (it used to be my favorite Jack in the Box before it was Cricket).

This store is a rip off. They tried to charge me a 25 dollar activation fee which online and the corporate stores dont charge.

I hate cricket phone service. The first six months my phone worked great but then it stopped working. Took it in to two different stores. First place told me I had to much data which was BS and wanted to sell me a card reader download thing which I did not need or want. Second store put in a news SIM card but it did nothing to help my phone work. Called customer care and they said SIX Towers are out in your area. Seriously Cricket? so I waited and nothing. Went back to cricket and paid to get my phone upgraded and still no connection to towers. Called customer care again and they said they would reset my phone after one of there people said I needed to create a work service ticket. Could they have done this in the first place? Still did not work.So frustrating and I have given up on this idiotic company. Will try Verizon down the street. Not sure if they are any better but Cricket sucks big time and customer service is lacking . They are nice when you first buy a phone but if anything goes wrong you are lost in space with no phone service unless I drive right up to the towers to get reception. Go elsewhere. They are cheap for a reason I have discovered and dont care if you dont have service as they only sell phones. CUSTOMERS BE AWARE.

This is one of the best cricket stores Ive ever been in. Everybodys real friendly and nice and if I had a choice I would only go to their store.Ive been with cricket for over 37 years and Ive never had a problem with them only staff member sometimes at other stores but as far as my phone service Ive never had any problems whatsoever.

They keep me on hold for over 20 min. Fun right, quick to sell stuff for your phone and 3 mo latter my tempered glass screen falls off and of course they cant do anything about it. So save your money and buy your things from the store go on line and save money

I always use this store and so far its been great. The staff have always been helpful and are great for honest answers and I never feel like they are trying to sell me something. They always give me the time I need to make up my mind and never try to push product on me.

They used to have great customer service, called today about a phone they where out of a week beforehand, guy on the phone said he had to help customers in the store, I told him I was a customer and he was gonna lose a sale. He hung up one me. I called back he answered again I asked for a manger he put me on hold, I waited 20 mins no manger ever answered the phone. I may not spend tons of money there but I do know they will never get another cent out of me.

I bought a phone that I didnt like,( I didnt know until I got it home and tried to use it).I thought for sure I was going to be charged a restocking fee plus activation, but instead I left with the phone I wanted at no additional charge.Great customer service, I will continue to buy all of my phones at this location.

I cant believe the crappy internet service this month!!! I cant get a straight answer from anyone! Just scripted edits from a screen page that their reading from! Same treatment in the stores, too! They dont answer, youre put on hold, the voice message comes back saying the help line is closed. Is cricket going belly up? If not, dont buy shares,.............

Have had up to 5 cells here for me and family members. Didnt go there for their bathrooms. Went for good service. When they were being changed to another company. I moved over to Boost. It was a $200 night mare. Cell stopped working within the first week. They refused to replace it. It took 10 attempts to place a bad review with them. DID I EVER MISS CRICKET, their not perfect but they do try to take care of you. Will be going back to CRICKET very soon. Also tried to sell my BOOST, never happen, nor can I get any kind of tried for it any place. Im giving up on getting anything above pennys on the dollar for it. WARNING STAY AWAY FROM BOOST.

Horrible customer service. I went in on Saturday 4-2-16 and added a line to my current service. Today I noticed that I was charged twice for the same transaction. After finding out this I called to see what could be done to remedy the situation. I was told that my pending transaction is not a real transaction, even though my money is being held under pending, and that nothing could be done until it either dropped off or was processed. I was told, and with a very negative attitude, that I would have to print my bank statement out and take my time to take it to them and prove their mistake. I find this very unpleasing to be told that my money being held is not real and that I would have to take my time to prove it was a mistake that they made.

Instead of solving my problem they pass the buck well you need to call 611 but they did not hesitate to charge you a extra 3 dollar customer service feeIll get a new phone carrier

HORRIBLE customer service!!! Theres a big guy named Chris who works there, just because my husband didnt understand why we needed to pay more than usual on a bill and was asking questions, this man became belligerent tried saying we had 6 lines when we knew we didnt, when he was confronted on that mistake he became even more rude told my husband it didnt matter and to go fu@#$ng pay somewhere else if he didnt like it then basically told my husband he was ignorent for asking questions in the firat place. This chris character then THREATENED my husband when he became upset by this employees behavior towards him. For asking QUESTIONS!!!! They will completely treat you like gold when you are buying a phone, but if you go back to pay a bill or ask a question they will treat you like GARBAGE! DO NOT GO HERE!!
