Not such a good switch over experience. The coverage is way better than my coverage was at Verizon within Colorado, which is why I’m leaving 2 stars instead of 1. Here is my experience at this AT&T location:About a month ago I spent 2 hours at the store to get the new iPhone 13. It took me almost 2 hours to get the phones ordered, which was waaaaaay longer than it should have. I then came back about a week and a half later once the phones arrived to turn the phones on. Turns out the rep from my previous visit had signed me up for my Apple Watch to be on AT&T, even though I wasn’t aware and was still using my previous service. So it took a while for that to be fixed by this next rep.Beyond that, it took him a very long time to then set up my plan and get my Apple Watch set up correctly. I spent another 2 hours at the store before I could finally leave. Unbelievable.Now for the kicker, my first bill was $160 higher than it should have been! Turns out they put my Apple Watch on 2 TABLET plans (yes, 2 plans in one device). So instead of getting charged $10 for a Watch plan, I was getting charged $80 for 2 tablet plans on the Watch. On top of that the reps in the store had made some other issues that cost me another $80 or so.So I had to call into customer service to get all of this fixed. I just ended that call a few minutes ago, and it took me 54 minutes total to get everything fixed. I spoke with Amanda at customer service, and she was great and cleared everything up, corrected my plans and got me refunded (she gets 5 stars). It is simply frustrating that the representatives at this AT&T location messed up so badly that it took 5 hours of total time to get everything set up, and then fixed, and then re-fixed. It’s frankly unacceptable. Five hours is a ridiculous amount of time to simply switch phone services.
The lady that helped us was nice and had great customer service. She however suggested a wireless charger for my phone. I get home to realize my phone does not have wireless charging. Would have been nice to know that before making this purchase.
I came into this location to get a new phone. I was greeted immediately by a young man named Moe. He made sure that I understood all the different plans when it came to getting a new phone. I feel often that I can be spoken down to when it comes to technology, cars, etc. but Moe took all the time needed to answer all of my questions. I really cannot recommend him enough. Thank you again :) !
Gentleman that helped us was very nice, and quick with our transition from Verizon on over to them. He beat our monthly bill and got us all three upgrades we’re all very happy with. While giving us a fair price on accessories. I’ve never been so happy with the customer service from any business. We’re glad to business with you guys! Thanks again!
I had gone to the ATT store in Denver west and the guy would not help because I was not authorized even though I was and refuse to further help. Then, I went to the Kipling store and within 25 minutes, I was done with a new phone, no problems. Which was very much appreciated.
Ali was so awesome! Literally top-notch customer service. He asked us lots of questions to help us find the best new phones for our needs and was so knowledgeable! I asked a million questions and he had a helpful answer for everything! He truly went above and beyond. We will reach back out to Ali when we’re ready to switch to our business account. I went to this AT&T store in Arvada, Colorado to buy a new phone. I was greeted by a salesman named Aaron F.. Aaron was very kind, helpful and knowledgeable. I purchased a new IPhone 11 from him at the store. He spent a lot of time with me getting the phone all set up and transferring everything from my old phone. I would highly recommend this store and commend Aaron as a terrific Signature Sales Executive!!!
It was AMAZING working with Jerimiah Tutor!! He is not only knowledgeable, but extremely helpful and SO funny! That was the most enjoyable visit to upgrade my phone, get everything I needed and get a new Apple watch. That was a lucky day having him be our sales rep because this type of experience has never been this helpful or enjoyable. I highly recommend this store and Jerimiah!

The staff at Arvada Kipling store are fabulous and are consistently supportive. I have been a customer about 20 years. They are young, knowledgeable, patient and very kind. It is fun to come buy or request help. I recommend them highly fir all ages and especially seniors!

I went into the store 10 minutes to close. All I wanted to do was order an iPhone 12 pro. I understand there isn’t anyone that has them in stock. The salesperson told me it would take too long to do my order before they closed and that I should probably go to Apple. I thought closing was on the hour not 10 minutes prior! This store is ****!

Our customer service experience was bar none the Best service . Felt very at ease and comfortable with Jeremiah; nice to deal with someone who knows what they are talking about and also very professional. Very much a people person.. a few of your other reps from other stores could learn a great deal from him. I got the help I needed right away, I felt like I was being heard & she treated us with respect and was willing to listen to what we had to say about our reasons for coming in.Our customer service representative worked really hard to keep our monthly bill within our budget and helped us to get new phones and new plans since we switched from metro pcs and we also got to keep our phone numbers!
I went to this store yesterday and had the pleasure of working with Jeremiah Tutor. I have been a customer of AT&T for over 20 years and by far he provided the best customer service experience I have ever had. He was knowledgeable and very engaged in finding a solution to my problems. Because of the service I received from Jeremiah, I chose to remain a customer of AT&T as opposed to going over to Verizon.

I wen in to fix ma bill and speak to manager last Saturday. Jerry said store manager don’t work no Saturdays and only manager Jimmy could help. Jimmy was no help I need the store manager to help me a line was added to ma bill without my parmission. This is not right a line shud not be added if a customer jus wants an upgrade. I work weekdays and need the store manager to acomodate ma schedule an work some weekends!

Came in a few days ago, waiting a minute as they were closing soon, actually like an hour. But it’s busy season, so I rolled the dice. Went in a month ago to see about fixing my daughter phone. Well so happens the charging port on the phone was broken (after going in 4 times in one week) and had to get a new phone for her. I ended up getting one as well. During the multiple visits, Jeramiah and another employee (forgot name) helped us out big time. We got new phones and after all we went through we are happy and SO VERY THANKFUL for all of the help we got from Jeramiah!

Amya was a fantastic conversationalist who filled time with delightful conversation while we waited for phone transfers and such. This store is a joke! The staff of men are incredibly rude! They need to go through retraining for customer service. They act like they’re doing YOU a favor by doing THEIR jobs. Avoid this place. Go to a different store, order online, do whatever but absolutely avoid THIS store.

Came to this store to get away from Verizon and set up a business account. Alamir was the most helpful employee I have had the pleasure of dealing with. We talked plans, phones and all the fun that comes with it. Alamir was very knowledgeable and an absolute pleasure. He helped me figure out which plan and phones would be best for my business needs!
If I could give them zero stars I would. My daughter traded in her 6S in perfect condition for a XS upgrade. The sales person took it out of the box, set it up, imported all of the information while walking around the store and putting it, at times, in his pocket. He put it in the case and handed it to my daughter and she came home. While getting access to all of her apps she turned it over and noticed a defect/scratch in the camera glass. We called the store and the manager Joseph, said there was absolutely nothing he could do about it and wouldn’t replace it. I spent the next hour online with customer care which said we could go to a different store for replacement. However, after arriving there they said inventories would be messed up and sent us back to the original store. Where the manager Joseph proceeded to be rude and unbending and even though I had the chat text and verification to get the phone replaced he still refused. I will be paying off the phone and moving to a different cell company. I have had uninterrupted service with AT&T since 2007, too bad they let a horrible human of a manager with an attitude ruin it. Avoid this store at all costs.

The ATT store in Belmar made a mistake on two of our accounts and causes giant billing errors. Joe and his team worked for 4 months to fix the issues with ATT corporate. The truly went above and beyond to fix our accounts and was able to get the regional manager Jason to reverse a large part of the excess charges we were paying. Great Service.
They signed me up for pre-paid, so that I could get the deal on the Iphone and was told I could just cancel the pre-paid plan. Ive tried, for 3 months, to cancel it and Ive been told I dont have an account, its another departments issue and finally was given the number to tracphone, who then told me I would have to cancel my debit card to stop the payments from coming out. My debit card is also my benefits card, Im disabled, so canceling it and getting a new card is a MASSIVE deal. Soooooo many things are linked to that account and its how I get the enitirety of my income. So I was flat out lied to about how easy it would be to cancel the plan, told by several representatives that I didnt even have an account and not to worry because there shouldnt be any charges coming, then was told mynumber wasnt linked to any prepaid account, then finally was told to call tracphone, who then told me it was my problem and I had to do everything on my end. This is insane. I will be following up with the store manager. I might have to bring this to small claims court. This is truly un-real.

I went to the AT&T store on Kipling in Arvada Colorado. I had a phone that would not charge. So I was going there to see what it would cost me to trade this phone in and get a new one. Tina, the sales clerk met me the instant I entered the store. I told her my problem and she immediately checked thecharging port and she was able to clear lint and dust out of It. She saved me the cost of a new phone. I think that’s great service.If your phone is not charging properly you might want to check the charging port. Clear the lint and dust from it and it may save you the cost of a new phone and certainly a trip to the AT&T or Apple store.
Slo and Ali were very helpful, friendly, and patient. I had tried to do a phone upgrade at Target with an AT&T rep but that guy made a bit of a mess of things. Ali was the first to help me at the Arvada store and he patiently walked me through all the options and pricing. Then Slo took over to complete the transaction. His thoroughness to double check everything was appreciated as was his friendly demeanor. I am happy I went to the Arvada store to get this situation worked out. Thanks guys!!

There was a guy named mono or something that told me I had to sign up for TV to get a first responder discount. I found out after calling customer care that this is false. I’m now locked into a 2 year contract for something I didn’t need!

They sold me a phone brand new in the box I took it home and charged it . upon turning it on i noticed it had a defective display and was hardly ledgable. I then took it back less than 24hrs later with receipt and they refused to exchange it cause I put my name on the back cover. There totally not concerned with making there customers happy or making right when they sale you a damaged product. My advice is save your self the headache and go else where cause all they want is you $ and can care less about good buisness

Yesterday we got a new iPhone 11 Pro Max at this store. It was a little complicated because I got a new phone and my husband took my old phone. First off we had an appointment which was awesome because when we walked in there were a lot of people waiting! Because we had an appointment we went straight the the front of the line! Best advice is to make an appointment! I’m so glad they offer this service! Ali also known as Alamir Alsadi took care of us. He was sooooo patient with us as we decided what we wanted to do with the upgrade. He spent hours with us transferring data and never lost patience. It was awesome to Not feel rushed and to have that experience! We were there for a while and Ali needed to take his lunch during which time his associate Slo took care of us. We loved him too! They both made the experience wonderful! Great store! Great Service! Highly recommended!!
