I will only come to this location now. Cami is always helpful, and she is ALWAYS pleasant! She goes above and beyond, and always goes out of her way to help customers. I have gone to other locations and they tend to do the bare minimum, and just want to get you out of the door fast. They need more people like her working in customer service! π―π―
I needed to do an upgrade on my phone and plan. I have worked with Cami, the Store Manger before and she has always been very knowledgeable. I highly recommend coming here.

I was in this store for the second time on 12/28/20 around 3:30pm to ask for assistance with my new phone. The employee (who was also working the last time I visited for help) was incredibly rude, snide, unhelpful, and seemed very unhappy to be working at that facility. I actually went in because the website was not working properly and I was unable to hook up my service through the website on my own - and found myself without a phone. She let me know there would be a charge for having her help me - which was RIDICULOUS in that the website was down - then said it was because the store was a franchise - and she could do nothing about it. Her demeanor is incredibly belligerent, and seemingly, she did not want to help me because of the color of my skin. I was highly offended for the second time. I will not be visiting this facility again. I think someone should speak with her - and perhaps educate her on customer service skills and what it means to be able to actually hold a job in a pandemic. Dont we have enough problems in the world today? No thanks man, there are PLENTY of other locations.
Obviously thesePeople think that it is ok to hang up on people who call to complain about service interruptions that if scheduled for a day they know but had no idea why my phone was off for 2 hours this morning no service or not registered on network Customer service is supposed to be willing to take whatever s*** is handled out by any customerAnd being in a customer service business such as a phone companyThey should be doing the same

I have been coming to this location for 3 years. I havent ever had a bad experience. Cami helped me transfer all of my pictures and contacrs to my new phone. She also helped me learn about features on my phone that I didnt have before. Highly recommend going here, groovy!ππβ

The young man working was so helpful and even though he was helping 3 people. I still felt as though I had his attention. He got on the phone and took care of all the confirmation of all the accounts I was switching over. And when I came back the next day for some help on a phone and a new case for another. He again was so very helpful.
Boost Mobile is horrible I paid for a $60 plan and it put me on $35 plan which is terrible. And I couldnβt reverse my charge donβt go here, they donβt even have a customer service.
Went to boost to port over our T-Mobile numbers was told that it wasnt possible because the account was in collections (i knew this wasnt true because I had just talked to T-Mobile to make sure we were able to port over off my aunts account) anywho they then said they could get Google voice numbers and port them over to come back in 3 hours and our phones would be ready well that was a mistake our phones still dont work correctly when my family calls me a guy answers the phone i talked to him who is also a boost customer from this store. Not sure what shady things they are doing with other customers accounts but Id be careful
I went there on a Saturday night they close at 7 p.m.. I walked in at about 10 minutes till 7 and all we wanted to do was pay our phone bill the woman who was closing down the store said they had already closed the registers and could do nothing to help us until tomorrow. She did not even offer a time when they open or an apology for closing early. I was not happy with the place I will not go back there and thats just a fact. Rude customer service does not create the feeling or desire to come back just a lessen there. I think if someone is going to close down the store early because of some kind of an emergency then they should offer the people that come in the last few minutes of the day some sort of something a discount on a case or 5 bucks off their bills something because it was a race to get there in the first place obviously we knew they were closing at 7.
Oh my kamy is wonderful!!!! Please I hope I soelled her name correctly. She has been great with me, I have a spinal cord injury & she helped me with my new phone, returi my phone calls in mins, not days or hours. They keep the store very clean ( compared to the employees a few years ago) I would recommend going to boost Mobile in wheat ridge & she will assist you with your phone needs. Cant is very knowledgeable... Also very pleasant to work with. Forgive my misspelling words.

Horrible experience. Go anyplace but here. These kids habe zero knowledge of customer service. All they want is your business and will say whatever it takes to get it. Then once youre a customer, they dont care. Even the owner, Mr. Ruiz doesnt care. I have called and called but were all just money bags to these people.
Theres a person? whos been at the store each time I needed to physically deal with my simple situation, replace broken phone screen saver and pay my bill. The first time in the person sat there and barely acknowledged me busy on its own phone at this time I was told if I waited two days Id get a $30. discount. Returned two days later chose the phone I wanted, got a new screen saver and make a payment. Great, after spending well over an hour I went home tried to make a call no service. Really? Who do they have working here? I called explained to the person who I was and what had gone on, mind you I just left the store 15 minutes ago, I deal with so many people I dont remember explain again. By this time I was aggravated spoke louder and was told quit yelling and cussing at me which was not even the case. oh yeah I remember, Ill make it right and give you some accessories for your new phone. I called the store two days later to see if Brian which I learned looking at my receipt, it was him who answered and once again I explained who, what, where and why again. I got the same story I see so many people black bla bla this time once again he told me to quit cussing and yelling which in fact was not the case again he has a hard time dealing with uncomfortable situations and speaks like a mouse. Well how many customers does he have to make things rightwith with in two days? I could say more but Ive wasted so much of my precious time on this numbskull that the only thing I have to say is visit a different store unless you want to deal with someone elses bad upbringing, yuck.
Best team best prices I feel that they cared about my needs and got my phone repaired at a decent price and the same day i recommend you go to them.

WARNING do not go to this place to buy a phone, i went in and they tried to sell me a fake galaxy s5 after i spoke to them over the phone and reassured me that it wasnt a fake but when i got there it was a fake/replica. Very shady
This is the 7th try at trying to warn yous about this place. My $200 cell needed repaired in first week. And has never worked right since. They dont care about customers after they get your money.
