If I could give 10 stars, I would.Kasey, Tina, and Bridget were extremely professional and caring staff who worked great together as a team! I brought in three very old pairs of glasses that were missing a nose clip or tiny screw. Fixed in no time. Better than brand new. These superwomen at the Westminster location literally go the extra mile for their clients. Very accommodating in ways you cant even imagine. Highly recommend them :)
I would not recommend going to this place, first experience was with a rude employee named Bridget, she has no people skills and is rude and impolite, my second bad experience was with the optometrist, he told me I need to get faster at taking my contacts out and putting them in ( this is my first time wearing contacts ), I went in yesterday Aug 12th for my follow up with my contacts, my vision blurry with them and he pretty much told me that’s as good as it’s going to get, but he gave me another pair to try and I was trying to get my contact out I thought I dropped it but it felt like something was still in my eye so he took me back into the exam room and looked for about 5 min using the equipment in the exam room and said it must have fell out and that he doesn’t see it, so I left and drove 45min home with that feeling of something still in my eye, so when I got home I told my wife about what happened and she used her flashlight app on her phone and found my contact rolled up under my top eyelid, the same place that the eye dr looked and said he couldn’t see it.let me say it one more time…. He sent me home with the contact rolled up under my top eyelid and said he didn’t see anything there.!!!!!!!!!!!
I chose MyEyeDr. of Westminster, MD because of the customer service experience I had with the employees from the time I made the call for an appointment. Prior to even seeing the eye doctor, the employees were so accommodating. They keep the business location immaculate as well. The doctor was so personable and went out of his way to ensure I had the right lenses. I had an issue with my glasses, but it was my own fault. As soon as I called the location, the young lady who worked there was very sympathetic; she set up an immediate appointment. When I went in for the second time in 4 weeks, all of the staff went out of their way to help me. The doctor was very nice and assisted me again, more than I thought he would since the issue was on my part, yet he told me not to worry. The doctor fixed the problem and once again, was so accommodating to anything I needed. I will never go to another eye specialist location except this one. I am so happy they are 2 minutes from my house.
I have been going there for several years. I have good vision insurance. In the past I paid little. The last time I went they charged me way too much and the glasses dont fit. I wont be going back
STAY AWAY This is the worst place you can go. I took my own frames for new prescription transitions lens after almost paying almost $800 and waiting for almost 2 weeks i came to pick up my frames only to find out they had the wrong thing.No transitions.Bridget the lady who sits on the right realized the folly while being rude took it back. Went back there a second time after 2 weeks to pick my glasses.Again i was received with extreme rudeness. I did tell her she could be a tad nice considering the fact that she screwed my order, instead she closed and locked the door and walked away.This place is the worst because of this lady called Bridget.I wish and hope she doesn’t work there so that others wouldn’t experience this unbelievable rudeness.I wish that she is fired.I will be following up with the corporate office, so a canned response is unnecessary.I will definitely not go back and will advise my friends and family to stay away.
This place is the WORST. First they messed up my prescription and then blamed it on me! They were rude and very nasty about it. The lady tried to tell me I didn’t need glasses when I’ve been wearing glasses since middle school. They then told me my insurance wouldn’t cover it even tho it fully did. They’re way over priced and just want to squeeze as much money from you as possible. Go anywhere else and spend a lot less with a lot nicer people. I promise you. I also had to block their number so they would stop harassing me when I told them I wasn’t coming back.
Wonderful experience! Dr. Wyman was wonderful! He took the time to talk to my 14 year old who has Astigmatism and explain how her eyes work so she understands what is going on and why wearing her glasses is so important. Finally a doctor that didnt make everything seem like my fault. The front staff were accommodating, patient and friendly! Their COVID policies were great too! Im on oxygen and at high risk, so this is very important to us. Thank you MyEyeDr for a great experience.
It was my first time ever seeing an eye doctor and everyone was great. Staff was friendly, and they handled everything quickly. The doctor explained everything to me and was very kind. The whole thing was a good experience.
Worse experience I ever had at a doctors office. The woman that sits to the right is rude and I was unable to see at all with the contacts they fitted me with. Go anywhere else, cant be as bad as this place. Complete waste of time and money.
Went to the My eye doctor in Westminster today and had a wonderful experience. Greeted very warmly by the nice lady at the desk and she got all my information up and ready for the lovely lady that helped me pick out frames for reading glasses and sunglasses. Lots to choose from. Good prices friendly employees what more can I say. It was a great experience.
The doctor was OKAY. The women working up front(with the exception of one older lady) are all extremely rude, impatient and not customer service oriented. They did not help me at all when picking out frames, gave me an improper description of what I was paying $175.00 extra for and I ended up returning the glasses that I ordered from them. I will NOT be back and I do not recommend this place at all.
Went to get my lenses out into a new frame, first she couldnt get my original lenses into my new frame so she gave me completely different frame which was okay aside from it took 40 minutes all while I had to stand outside. But when I got home I noticed my Lenses which were prefect before I went are now completely scratched up. SHE SCRATCHED MY LENSES When she put them in the new frame. 😭 I am so displeased with this place.
I had an appointment today at 3 and I got there a little early at 2:30 and they took me right when I arrived. The ladies at the desk were so nice, the lady that took me back (I think I heard that her name was Sam) had a conversation with me before I saw the doctor and it just was welcoming and eased the nervousness of having to do the puff in the eye test. I always had Dr. Marty Wyman, hes so nice and accurate with the eye exam. I knew I would take awhile with picking out frames but Bridget helped me out a lot after I told her what I liked in my frames. Her and I went around the whole store until I picked about 5 that I liked. She also helped me pick a final one by giving her opinion as well which really helped me out. Ive been going here since I moved to the area and I would gladly recommend this place to anyone.
The MyEyeDr in Westminster is the best. They are so friendly and helpful. If I could give them 6 stars I would. Its not everyday you come across a business like this. Kudos to everyone who works there :)
I dont want to leave this review, but really no choice. This was my 3rd time in 5 years. 1st time the lens had to be remade. 2nd time the order was lost, and the tint is peeling (less than 2 years old). 3rd time (Nov 2019) the lens just do not have the viewing range of all of my previous glasses. This seems excessive for something that claims retail prices of over $1,000. While that is not what I paid with insurance, still 3 strikes.12/27 Update: While they may have attempted to contact me, it seems they called my wifes cell phone (not mine or the home phone) and they did not leave a message. I did speak to the manager just before Christmas. She was not in on Thursday when I went in and she is not in today (Friday). I am changing the review as well and reflects my continued frustration that a service guarantee and warranty is not worth anything if you cant utilize or is too onerous.
Extremely helpful and professional staff. They helped make my first experience of getting glasses easy and fun. I was also notified that they received my frames in a much shorter time than they estimated. I couldn’t be happier with their service.

The young girl I spoke with trying to make an appointment with was more confused than I was. Its like she had no clue and was asking someone else for the answer. If there confused about there own presses how can I trust the care of my eye sight to them? Your best to Look else where
Walked in without an appointment and was out in under half an hour. Bought a pair of glasses and sunglasses that were ready for pickup a week later. Everything looks crisp again and everyone was very helpful.
Extemely bad customer service. The woman is impatient and rude. I don’t feel welcomed there. Would not come back again.
