I lost my glasses at the beach the day before. I went into get a new pair, but my prescription was expired. They were able to squeeze me in for an eye exam, update my prescription, and get me new glasses within about 2 hours. Amazing staff of knowledgeable and friendly persons. Eye doctor was very quick and let me know everything needed for my eyes. Definitely happy with services since coming here about 5 years ago!!

Justin and his team are amazing! I came in on my lunch break without an appointment and was able to get an eye exam, a contact fitting, and chose new glasses in under 45 minutes! This was my first time at LensCrafters and I am very glad I decided on this location. Everyone was incredibly helpful, kind, and easy to speak with.I met with Miguel at the front desk to get checked in and fill out my paperwork. Miguel was incredibly friendly and helpful from beginning to end, and took the time to explain the different forms I was completing. After, I was greeted by Liz to go through the routine consultation (pictures of eye, air puff eye test, etc.) and I felt comfortable the entire time. She was so friendly and communicated every part of each process to me. For my eye exam, I met with Elaine and started my eye exam. She was very helpful and explained my options with great detail. Once I got my prescription, Mai helped me practice putting on and taking out my contacts, with getting my frames, and payment which was quick and easy as well. I was originally scared to try contacts because of the application process, but Mai helped me taught me some helpful tips and I was able to put in and remove my contacts very easily. I was fitted for contacts, received new frames, and got new sunglasses all in under 2 hours!Everyone was very easy to speak to and were great to work with. I highly recommend coming to the Westminster Mall location and I will definitely be returning in the future! Thank you so much!

I have been a customer at this location for 20+ years. And have always had great service. Five years ago I moved to the Riverside area and in that time I have visited two different LensCrafters locations. One in Ontario and one at the Tyler Mall. I have left both locations 2 to 3 times having not even been acknowledged after spending 45 minutes in the store. I drove 40 miles out of my way to come back to this Westminster mall location and got stellar service from Miguel and his team. Miguel, thank you for making this location so welcoming, helpful, and efficient. I was immediately acknowledged and assisted. The process of trying on glasses post Covid was explained clearly. I will be back with my son, and every year there after. This location has never let me down!

I wrote a previous review about how amazing Miguel and Justin are but I had to write another based on yet another experience. The manager of this store Miguel is really an amazing person and an asset to this company. I would be taking my business elsewhere after all Ive been though if it wasnt for him AND his team and the way he manages everything. I had many visits there ( no fault of his) and he made sure I left happy and my eyes were free of pain as I have a really hard and sensitive prescription. He is the reason I will keep coming back to this store.

I have been going to this location for at least 12 years to buy glasses for my daughter. This location never fails on service. Justin greeted us upon entry, and even recognized us with our masks on!! After a quick assessment of our needs we were given a few recommendations and left to our own devices to make our decision on a frame. After our frame decision was made we were provided with various lens options. The service was very quick and efficient. Friendly staff with a family atmosphere.

I’ve been coming to this Lenscrafters branch since I was a kid and had such a smooth pleasant time with the whole team today. Mai, Vanessa, Liz, Miguel and Dr. Hoang helped me find what I was looking for and gave me all options to find the best deal. It was so efficient, I finished my eye exam and bought a pair of glasses in just an hour!

Everyone in the Westminster store is very friendly and attentive. I enjoyed my visit and finally found a store I can highly recommend. The only area they can improve in is their wait time. I had an appointment but had to wait 30 minutes before being seen. It was still worth the wait.

PROGRESSIVE LENSE PERFECTION!!!!I am writing this review to let everyone know that LensCrafters at Westminster mall is amazing!The store is really cool with SO many designer and affordable frames, you won’t believe it.I wear progressive lenses and they can be very challenging to fit for me so that I can see properly.With progressive lenses millimeters are like miles, and they must be fitted to your frame and face ACCURATELY. If your pupillary distance is measured but is off by even a small amount, you will NOT be able to see out of all of the the fields of vision correctly.THIS LensCrafters at Westminster Mall located at 2056 Westminster Ca 92683 did an unbelievable job. They fit my progressive lenses to me with such expertise, and I cannot even truly express how well I can see through these new lenses! The person who fitted me for my progressive lenses is the Assistant Manager who’s name is Justin Torres.Justin was very knowledgeable about these complex lenses and he was attentive to my individual needs. He carefully and accurately measured my pupillary distance as well as all of the other measurements needed to assure an accurate fit for me. As a result of Justin’s efforts, the vision I am now experiencing is on a WHOLE other level of clarity at all distances and it is just such a GREAT experience that I want everyone to know about it!The whole LensCrafters staff at Westminster Mall was very friendly and welcoming. They truly understand what you are going through when you are having issues with your vision. From the moment I entered the establishment and was greeted by a friendly yet professional employee to the day I picked up my glasses and realized I hadn’t given the clerk the $100 coupon my wife reminded me 3 times to not forget. Everything was awesome. An employee helped me pick out the perfect pair of glasses and the manager adjusted my payment and credited me the $100 even though he didn’t have to. I will definitely be going back for all of my vision needs.

I went to this store to get an exam done and get new glasses. They take the proper precautions and make sure that they clean glasses after someone touches or wears them. I found it very professional and was glad to see them disinfecting often. Justin was very helpful throughout the exam and made it easy as well. Most importantly he is bilingual and very kind! This made it easier for me to communicate with him as he helped me with the whole process. He is very kind and I am most definitely coming back and asking for him! Awesome worker!

They make it so easy to schedule an appointment, they even call you ahead of time to let you know youre due for an eye exam! Every time Ive gone in for an eye exam Im greeted at the door and checked in, everything goes smoothly and they even help you choosing a pair of frames! Justin has always been the one to assist me when Im choosing frames, he shows me all the different options they have depending on my price range and we choose the best priced and best looking frames. I love this LensCrafters location. I had an appointment and got there late. While the team was completely entitled to turning me away, they were very understanding and helped me out. I was able to go through the appointment as if I had shown up on time. Overall, Ive always enjoyed the quality of LensCrafters prescription glasses - Even with the smallest change, I can notice a really big difference. Ive gone to multiple locations in OC, and this is by far the best!

I have had the privilege of being served by the LensCrafters staff for the last few years, I have gotten two pairs of glasses from the location and the staff has been nothing but patient, helpful, friendly and courteous. After about a year, my glasses were beginning to slip off of my face (I’m a bit careless with my glasses) when looking down, I stopped in and made them aware of this issue and they were happy to make adjustments to the glasses, adding a “hook” to the frames, resolving the issue and my glasses work good as new. I’ll be sure to stop in next year as my insurance re-ups.
