The staff has always been great! I don’t know why others would say differently. Guess they’re not the type of person who invites niceties. Just a guess. Be nice and you get it back.

I called as soon as they opened and Britney got me in thirty minutes later. I came in for just glasses and she worked with me on pricing and I even got contact lenses for super cheap. The doctor there was incredibly nice and understanding. It was probably my best optical experience. Thank you all so much. I got exactly what I wanted and more.

Extremely disappointed in the support staff. Made my daughter and appointment and provided our insurance information the same insurance used by both my husband and son a couple months ago. Staff member could not locate the insurance and seemed completely lost. Needless to say, we cancelled the appointment and are going elsewhere.

Was 5 minutes late to the door, had to wait 10 minutes to check in, and then they tell me since I’m late I’ll have to reschedule. No thanks. I’ll take my business elsewhere.

Lady at the desk doesnt like to work there. She hates customers. Why do you even work there if you dont want to accept customers? Smh. Who even hired you!

Got to my appointment the doctor was great the staff was friendly... And I got my glasses in less then a week I loved it

I only went to this location after moving from Arvada and not wanting to drive, but I really should have.I originally saw Musgrove for my appointment. While she was nice during my appointment, she failed miserably at following up. She switched my contacts from biweekly replacements to daily replacements and though I kept complaining that they were uncomfortable she told me to let my eyes adjust and to come back after a month. I came back after a month wanting to still switch them and was told I was outside of my 30 day window and that I would have to pay for a whole new exam.The next time I saw the male doctor. I showed up 15 minutes for my appointment and was told that he was seeing someone and that I was welcome to walk around the store and they would call me when they were ready for me. I walked over to the clothes section and returned 5 minutes before my appointment to see if he was done only to be told he took in a walk-in because he was there and I wasnt even though they told me they would call me! I waited almost 20 mins PAST my appointment because if that. I hate every person who works in this office. They are all unorganized and incredibly unprofessional not to mention neither doctor can keep their word.AVOID THIS LOCATION.
